Great job so far. Project is 3parts. We have finished 2 so far. Mariner construction has been great they respond to any of my questions very fast. They are very friendly and respectful. I would recommend them to everyone. Amazing to watch work. They put a septic in for us and then a slab for addition. They have a great work ethic. Thank you for taking on our project. Will definitely call when I need more work in the future. Can’t really put into words what a great experience. Great job!!!

We would highly recommend Mariner Construction. They are the most conscientious and professional people which is rare to find these days. From our first meeting to discus our future home at our lot, they were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with planning the placement and very honest about timeline and cost. Unfortunately, we were not able to build our house last fall, but Justin and Gabe were understanding of our situation and were very responsive when we contacted them to install the septic system in January and ready the lot for a temporary camper. Their crew is meticulous, timely and so precise about everything with great communication even though I talk a lot. We love Mariner Construction and Gabe and Kyle. We had damage to our house from the storms last December and again in January. We called them and they came out right away and weather proofed our home on both occasions. This was at a time when it was difficult to even get anyone to respond. We had them complete all the repairs and then had them do some additional work we were planning to do later. Our interactions with them were always positive and constructive. The work they did was exceptional. They also provided recommendations for other contractors (shout out to Poulin Tree) who provided the same level of service as they do. Mariner Construction exceeded our expectations by far! They worked well to manage the job with the arborist and roofing company. Mariner completed a garage addition, pulled stumps, and hauled in fill to build up the yard. They shaped the yard perfectly. We're very happy with the quality of work.

Wow what an awesome experience dealing w Justin and Gabe. Couple of stars out of Maine Maritime, doing their sea duties plus having a knack for excellent excavation work! Had to hook up to town water line short notice but these guys were polite, professional and time considerate. Have a whole new admiration for the new generation! Think we're going to be just fine.
