I went in on a Tuesday to reserve some concrete stamps. I went to pick them up on Friday and they did not have them. They said the other renters had not brought them back. I had concrete scheduled the next morning so had to pick a different pattern. a phone call would have been nice. Also called back in the morning to see if the stamps we wanted had come back. The person on the phone said he wasn’t sure and would not go back and check because it was not his department. Not sure how you stay business when this is how you operate. Horrible customer service!
They didn't have what we needed in stock at the time but they went above and beyond to help us find out who might, and there is a fountain of knowledge between the three gents that assisted us.
Guys are really helpful. Just make sure you count and double check what you recieve, especially on big orders. Often they will short you items,other times they give you extra items. When brought up they will make it right.
