I went in on a Tuesday to reserve some concrete stamps. I went to pick them up on Friday and they did not have them. They said the other renters had not brought them back. I had concrete scheduled the next morning so had to pick a different pattern. a phone call would have been nice. Also called back in the morning to see if the stamps we wanted had come back. The person on the phone said he wasn’t sure and would not go back and check because it was not his department. Not sure how you stay business when this is how you operate. Horrible customer service!

They didn't have what we needed in stock at the time but they went above and beyond to help us find out who might, and there is a fountain of knowledge between the three gents that assisted us.

Guys are really helpful. Just make sure you count and double check what you recieve, especially on big orders. Often they will short you items,other times they give you extra items. When brought up they will make it right.

I have been in the concrete game for several years in the spokane area. I continue to shop almost exclusively at Macon for a few reasons. Product knowledge at the counter, and most of all customer service from the top down. I wouldn't normally be a guy to write reviews but I have had a few recent experiences with one of the inside sales guys that need to be recognized. Ren has gone above and beyond to help me find awnsers, win bids and come up with ingenuitive ways to solve problems. He even offered to come in on a weekend to get me product when I was in a bind on a job. Stand up guy who truly cares about helping his customers succeed.

Fast friendly service and helpful employees. Being a female walking into construction type places can be intimidating but they were very helpful and welcoming. Will return for future needs.
