Super knowledgeable and will do whatever they can to help out! Preston and the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful.

These guys are the Hilti dealer for Bozeman. Ron, the manager of Macon Bozeman, displays resentment toward the customers, allowing one-way service where he takes your money, but refuses after-sale service. He has refused me service due to past anger issues that he portrays toward customers, always service with a chip on his shoulder.

Edit May 2024 - fortunately, new management is taking shape, and customer service has considerably improved, with Preston taking initiative to make amends and do well with product service and ordering. It seems they're aware of the effects of poor management, and are working to correct it...

Amazing service!! I went in to ask for advice on a small project and the owner went above and beyond with advice, customer service, and setting me up with some product for the project. Will be back for any future projects - big or small! Thank You!!
