Had a great experience here getting our car painted. Jim was very helpful and communicative throughout the process. He made this experience easy and the vehicle turned out great.

Just a note about Maaco in Logan. Eric and Jim and the guys did us a great job 2 weeks ago. Probably 3years ago, we took our 2003 Camry in with age related paint issues and they painted it again and did an awesome job. When I started having the same problem with my 2005 Toyota, I called up Eric and they got it right in. 3 day turn around base coat/clear. It turned out awesome. We have been so impressed with their attention to detail, timely turn around and professional work. If you need Auto body and paint they come highly recommended by me and my family. Maybe this is saying something about Toyota paint but 2 weeks ago my daughter also had them paint her 09 Rav4 known to have pearl white paint issues and again they did an awesome job. These cars look great again!

Jim did a great job! The truck looks great! I completely smashed in the drivers front side and he got it looking great again! Very happy with the work he did and the prices I was quoted at!

Maaco did a great job painting my bumpers, paint looks exact and they do a top notch job! They were also quick with the job but never lacking in quality. I highly recommend!

Eric in logan is the best he listens to you and does the best he can with what he has to work with. Highly recommend!!!!

At initial visit they cut off my rear liscense plate with a bolt cutter and painted over the cut bolts,without extracting them, however their promptness and eagerness to fix and make it right why they get 4 stars, if initially they didn't cut off my rear plate with a bolt cutter it would be 5 stars.
Make sure to remove your rear plate before dropping it off in case it is too hard to remove.

They do great work. Management is terrible at communicating. I asked them to call me if the price was going to go up on the repair before they did anything, the price went up, and they didn't say a word. They constantly told me incorrect finish dates. They sat on the truck for a week, then decided to order the part they needed. Again the technician, did a great job. My truck looks great. Horrible customer handling skills.

These folks painted my 78 Bronco 11 years ago to my complete satisfaction. Unfortunately, after pulling into my garage, the door came down and raked the tailgate taking off the paint and creasing it.
I left my beast with them and came back to perfect paint matching and no more crease or dimples! Thank you for the job well done!

This company is great at doing their work and keeping their promises. I have had work done at Macco several times and I am never disappointed. Their prices are right and their work is excellent.

I held back on posting a review for a while, but my experience here was a complete nightmare. I came in to have a small dent on my rear quarter panel fixed, only to have my car returned to me with half my whole car damaged. There was overspray across all the panels of half my car, they ruined all the bottom molding on that whole side, and ruined the interior of my car.

I went there in person to make them aware of my concern and issue. I gave them 2 chances to fix it to prove to me that they are capable of doing the quality work that they had guaranteed, but the results were unsatisfactory.

I know I should have posted a review earlier to save others from making the same mistake I did, but I was going through a rough time after seeing the damages they have done to my car.

I don't highly recommend anyone to get their car done here from my personal experience. If I could give this rating a zero star, I would.

I took my car back to my dealership to get an estimate quote for the damage that Maaco have done to my car and the estimate for me to have that fixed is around $5,600+ which is going to cost me a lot more than what they have refunded me back.

I trusted my car with this shop only to be disappointed and then having to pay out of my own pocket to have the damage they've done to my car repaired elsewhere. This location has a lack of professionalism and integrity.

Well satisfied with the paint job on my car. My car hasn't looked this good for a long time. Still need the passenger side door handle replaced which the Macco technician broke after putting it back on the car following the paint job.

Had extreme buyers remorse after having my car repainted for a hefty chunk of change, but the second I saw the end result I've been so satisfied. Red is before, blue is after. Well worth the money!

I had them re paint my whole truck. First thing They told me my left front fender needed replacing so I agreed to have that done. One year later it’s already rusting through just that fender. Second off I told them I took all the bed bolts out but one because I wanted the back of the cab painted. Which they did not do!! Third they didn’t even take my rear bumper off so the rear wasn’t painted correctly either. Personally I would save your money and get a better shop to do it especially considering how much money you’re paying anyways. Wouldn’t recommend unless you do all the work yourself which what’s the point of paying someone to do the work when they don’t do it correctly anyways!!!

A new grille with new headlights, taillights, and turn signals was purchased and Maaco didn't even paint it. Installed it black out of the box and only half of the lighting working. Didn't even paint it. Removed tailgate to paint it and couldn't bother to paint the the inside of the tailgate. This was a $8250 paint job and you don't paint the whole tailgate or the blacked front grille or reconnect the trailer brakes and signals. Told Maaco 3 times the OE paint job came with a pinstripe but they failed to put one on. The driver door sags and is hard to close and was the first item on the repair order and Did not get fixed. Was told the price would come off the bill and instead paid $100 over the bid price. Re-installed the camper windows backwards and with no putty tape. Was bid to install and paint OE running boards and fender flares which was not done and Maaco failed to adjust the bill down for not meeting the bid requirements. Expect me to pay for work not done. Maaco couldn't follow simple instructions over the phone. Had to relay through messages through a manager instead of talking directly to the painter, resulting in the two-tone line being 2" off on the camper. How hard is it to measure the height of the cab and measure and transfer that same height onto the Camper so that it matches the cab, making a continuous line along the combo truck/camper. I'm going to have to pay another shop to hang the driver door correctly and repaint the two-tone line on the camper to where it should be and paint & install OE running boards and add a OE pinstripe. An $8250 paint job and Maaco couldn't even bother to give me any touch up paint... or paint the front grille. My overall experience with Maaco was very poor and I would have better been served going with a local shop. Worst review I have ever had to post.

I had some work done on my car and when I got it back there was drips of dried paint on the passenger side hood, some damage on the front hood dried bondo on my headlight and some other damage and poor quality work done I tried to talk to the manager conveniently not there when I showed up they refused to fix there mistakes unless I pay them more money, I will be filling a complaint with bbb and the consumers affairs, avoid this place at all costs.

It's been a few months and no one has bothered to contact or message me, it shows that they don't care about there customers.

They helped me so much finding parts and fixing up my car. Will go back if I ever have problems again!

I had a 1980 Porsche 924 Turbo that needed a dented fender repaired as well as a complete paint job. Everywhere else I tried either wanted to order a replacement fender (for a high price) or quoted a high price to repair it. The team at Maaco was able to both repair the dent and perform a full paint job for much less than their competition. There was a spot on the hood where the new paint reacted poorly with the old metal, causing the paint to ripple, and they repainted that for free (even though it was a couple months after the initial paint job before I could get it in to them again). The repaired fender is good as new and the paint job looks great! I would definitely go to Maaco for my body work again.

My car has a difficult color to match, and in the initial paint work, the re-painted areas didn’t match the rest of the car, and it gave it a disjointed, patchy look. Eric and his team recognized and acknowledged this, and quickly scheduled me to redo the work. It was such an easy and respectful interaction, and I had a great experience working with them! Maaco repaired some minor damage to my car very quickly, at a very reasonable price, and did a great job. I'm very happy with them!

Can’t lie I was pretty apprehensive on going with a Maaco paint job. Erik(the owner) set me up with a solid quote for repainting my front bumper and stayed true to his quote. Very pleased with the color match and finish work. I do plan on coming back to redo the front fenders. Satisfied customer.

Maaco did a good job painting our vehicle. However, don’t even bother trusting the online estimate service. They gave us a reasonable range for the paint services so we drove from Idaho to Utah to drop off the vehicle. We got a text later that the formal estimate was twice as much despite putting in every detail to get an estimate as accurate as possible online. It felt like a scam because we had driven 3 hours to drop the car off (which they knew and took advantage of) knowing we wouldn’t forego using their services because we had already put in the effort to get it there. Overall, good paint job just not a fan of the scam that came with it.

Staff was great. Did take a little longer than exspected but Maaco supplied me with a loner car. They dId an excellent job on my head lights. $150 to clean and they look new plus they put a protective cover on them. . . . .I will give the paint job an 9 only because I saw spots where the could have taped off better. All in all they did a great job. Can't even tell where the rust spots were, which was the main reason i wanted my 2004 car painted. Car looks new and the price was fantastic. . . .

Eric was great. Provided a loaner car for me to use while they painted mine. He was actively productive working with my insurance and everything was taken car of within a couple weeks. There is a spot that needs touch up but he said we can bring it back in for a day and they will take care of it. The color came out great and they had hundreds to choose from.

The first day I stepped into the facility I was assisted with expertise and all my questions and concerns were answered since this was my first experience in getting my car painted. The staff was awesome from day one till the finished product. Good job Maaco!

They got my bumper painted and done super quick and it looks awesome. Honestly with the age of the car unless I have them paint the whole thing it's not gonna be perfect most people don't understand that.

Logan Maaco is absolutely the greatest! I’ve had two different vehicles painted here now and everything from drop off to pickup has exceeded my expectations. Priced very competitively compared to paint shops I’ve used in the past. Every employee I’ve interacted with here exemplifies the pinnacle of professional, would recommend to anyone!

They replaced a fender that was rusting and matched the paint to the rest of the car. They finished it in 24 hours. Amazing work!

I cannot say enough good about Erik and his team. I've had several projects painted there, they've all turned out stunning and it was a pleasant experience each time. Not only is Erik good at what he does, but is an honest , forthright individual, and it's a pleasure to know and do business with him.

Took my suburban there to get body work done and painted. Body work is alright, I can see lots of flaws though. The paint is good. However, I paid for 9 windows to be removed and reinstalled and only 5 got removed and 3 got reinstalled and they said I’d have to figure out a way to get the windshield and back window (the two that didn’t get reinstalled) put back in because they couldn’t. Also they charged me for a brand new windshield because supposedly mine broke and it was $300, the new windshield they bought for me didn’t fit my vehicle, hence why they couldn’t get it back in. Long story short, put about $500 into getting a windshield put in, ending up buying one myself and had to put it in myself, even though I had already paid for the labor of that. Asked to be reimbursed the $300 they charged me for the windshield that didn’t even fit and all Eric did was beat around the bush and didn't give me my money back. Highly do NOT recommend coming here. They are scam artists who will screw you out of hundreds of dollars.

My son had his Suburban painted here in January 2023. There was overspray paint on door trims and many other places. He paid to have 9 windows taken out and put back in. Even though Macco didn't remove 9 windows they only removed 5 windows they still charged him the full price of taking out 9 windows and installing 9 windows. My son let that go and didn't say anything about it to Erik. But the kicker they took out the front windshield and charged my son $300 for a new windshield that the glass guy they ordered the window from couldn't even get the New windshield installed for hours, so they give my son the windshield and left it as my son's problem to pay another person to put it in. My husband and son tried installing it, it's not rocket science to put the windshield in but it wouldn't go in for them. My son than drove the Suburban in the freezing cold weather to Tremonton window company who still couldn't get the window to fit. New trim, old trim no matter WOULDN'T FIT. My son than has same windshield guy come out to our heated garage and he still couldn't get the windshield that he ordered for the Suburban to fit. Defective Windshield Obviously!! No Refund from windshield company who said I need to see if we even sold you the windshield. How can you forget a windshield not going in at Macco right? Macco wouldn't Refund the $300 they charged my son for a windshield that cost $160-$170. My son was polite and calm until he wasn't because of the run around from both Eric at Macco and the windshield guy. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!

Everyone at the Logan UT Maaco shop was friendly and very willing to work with me to keep the repair costs on my vehicle reasonable.

Maaco was very easy to work with! They gave me a beyond fair estimate and got my car fixed really quickly!

Kambra at Maaco is wonderful. She takes the time needed to explain what is going on with your vehicle. I've worked with her on a couple issues with my Jaguar and she always does an excellent job. Highly recommend.

They bid replacing two panels on my car. We took it in and an entire week later they finally called and said it was ready. I took them for their word and when we picked up the car we didn’t really look at it. What a mistake! Instead of replacing anything they left the smashed panel on and put BONDO on it. Which means they didn’t take it off to see if there was any other damage under that panel. They also scratched the window the panel was around. My kiddo noticed the horrible job because it looked wavy along the car in the side view mirror. I had always been told they were a low class business. Now I know for sure. I gave them one star because that is the lowest rating I could give and still give feedback. Zero stars is more like it.

Overall good. I just wish I would have been towed from the wreck by a mechanical shop rather than a body shop. But for what they did, they were very friendly.

Kambra (sp?) and Erik were brilliant! Addressed all of my concerns in a timely fashion and communicated well. I would definitely recommend them for any autobody repair or autobidy aesthetic service.

Cost me more than I hoped but I think it was well worth it looked almost brand new. Eric the manager was professional and nice. I never saw his crew but I saw their finished product..my car ——and it was great!

Took way longer than they originally told me it would, then when I finally got it back, parts were missing and not working. Had to take more time off work to take it back and get it fixed. When I contacted the manager to let him know how unsatisfied I was with the customer service and asked for a partial refund because of the delay and hassle, he did nothing. I would not recommend! Go somewhere that they do the job right and treat you good.

I dropped off a wrecked car (hit a deer) with no warning one night. I had a quote and they were ready to go to work on it first thing the next morning. Amazing customer service for a completely unexpected repair job. Costs were very competitive and work is great. Would recommend this shop and/or use them again when needed.

I was very pleased and happy with their work. Our truck wasn't in a wreck but it needed repair work after someone else tried to fix the dents and rust. Our truck looks wonderful. They even went the extra mile and the cost was a very fair price for all they did. They were very helpful and kind. I would use them again in a heartbeat but honestly, I hope I don't have to.
