It my headlights they are not clean or clear enough and I pay a 100.00 so if you can look at it for me everything else is good thank you guys for this God Bless you All.

Garrett was fantastic. He was very helpful in every way.

That is why I came back the second time. I could have gone somewhere else. But I went back to Garrett because I knew he would treat me right.

My daughter had some minor paint damage that needed repair. The area fixed looks just like new and the cost was reasonable. They do give a discount for cash.

This is the second time I have used the Graham store. They have done great work both times. The staff has been good to work with. Options and costs were clearly explained upfront.

This is my fourth time coming here and the service is always impeccable! Garrett was very professional and the turnaround time is amazing. I would highly recommend the Graham location, bar none.

The fellas knocked it out of the park. Changed the old gold farm truck into a much nicer blue beauty. I finally put everything back together and there hasn't been a day where I haven't heard how nice she looks. Definitely coming back for my other 7 vehicles.

Laura and Mike were the main people I had contact with and they were absolutely wonderful! To everyone else working behind the scenes I truly appreciate you for the repair work. This location was easy to access and everyone was extremely professional and helpful.

Laura was a very helpful person very pleasant and funny really knew what was going on made me feel better about getting my car done here.

Did the urethane plus ic in the original ford f1 red. For the price you can’t beat it. Looks great and shines again.

Came in 4/2/2024 for an estimate on door damage and painting a aftermarket back bumper, staff was very friendly, clear on communication and straight to the point. Everything was so smooth to where I was even skeptical on the quality of the work, come to drop it off on 4/3/2024 and picked it up 4/9/2024 and man, the work was amazing looks like no damage was even on the car and the paint match on the bumper to car was perfect thought it would be hard with the shade of blue being newer but they nailed it, 10/10 recommend any work on body or paint needed being done by the staff at Maaco will 100% be returning for paint match on future aftermarket parts before and after pictures shown

This is the second time we used this business for a repair and a paint. They make the process very easy. Quality work. And this last time it was even done three days ahead of schedule. I do recommend.

Can’t give this place but a one star,went to pickup our car Friday and it had trash in the paint.Had to leave it and got it back Monday and it looked better,got home and looked at it real good they burned the paint when they buffed it and messed up a spot on the inside of back .So I would not recommend this place you get what you pay for.

I've been fortunate over the years to have very little auto body repair needs. My 2007 BMW 335i was in need of a complete body painting. I didn't have any experience with Maaco, but had been referred to them by a couple of people. After working with Laura and getting an estimate, I dropped off the car to let them work their magic. In just a little over a week, I got the call that the car was ready. WOW! What a difference! It looked like a brand new car. Thanks to Laura and the rest of the crew at Maaco. I highly recommend them for all your body repair needs. Whether its a small bump-up or a complete body painting, they've got you covered.

Excellent customer service, above and beyond. Went out of their way to deliver my car ahead of schedule in order to accommodate a personal health situation. Am a returning customer – – very happy with their work.

Good overall job, minor over spray. Body work is solid. Truck looks good even close up. I got my monies worth. If the need arose, I would deal with this shop again.

The ladies in the front office were awesome! They stayed the course, from providing a quote (but ended up being less than quoted! Not mad at that)!

Let me just say that when I 1st took my car there, back in 2019, it was ok… with all going on in my personal life, I didn’t really care!

But this present day? I truly believe that “there are definitely different painters” because this time 7/2023, my 15 years old (2008 Toyota Camry XLE) car looks brand spanking new!

Great experience! The only auto body shop that actually answered the phone. Got the work done within the week, and they did a beautiful job. The price was very reasonable.

First let me say what a pleasure it was to have my car repaired at Maaco Of Graham. This review is totally unsolicited how refreshing. Customer service received from Laura and Ves was wonderful. Most importantly the repairs made to my car were flawless. I would definitely recommend their shop.

Had a great experience at the Maaco in Graham. Very helpful with the whole process of having my sons car repainted. They even polished up the headlights at no charge. Very nice surprise!! Would definitely recommend.

The paint job was excellent. Only thing I did not like was my doorhandle was damaged and it was a little dirty. Also, on the inside check engine light was on which wasn’t on before, and my traction light was on when is well other than that I will satisfy.

I am at a loss for words over the negative reviews. Just the past month I had a great experience with the Graham location. The staff (the manager Vespera, Cain, and Laura) were very helpful and nice, they answered all my questions and did a great job on the repairs I asked to be done and the color change on my car. The staff even took pictures of the process so I could have before and after photos of the color change and repairs made. Going above my expectations. This is not the first car they have done for me, I’ve had several cars repaired and painted at this location. In the past I’ve worked with Matt, had a great experience and the new staff stands up to his great customer service!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Please take your car anywhere else, but this ghetto low in body shop compared to Darrell Allen and others in the area who are phenomenal. There are several issues that took place here. Number one when they initially painted my car it looked like they painted it, dirty. See pics below. it looked like complete trash. they also took my hood off and left my car in the sun beating down on my engine in their gate, exposed to the elements for 3 days, so freaking unprofessional I can’t even explain it. The woman in the front desk or the front office is extremely rude and miscommunicated. She gave me a verbal quote for $245 and then a written quote that was different. I paid $700 to have a hood painted!!!! Yes a hood!!! in addition to all that a personal item was stolen out of my vehicle there.

Very (!!) prompt in repairing the bumpers on our car. Beat projected turn-around time by 3 days. Contacts were very helpful and knowledgeable.

My decision to take my 2008 Mercury Marquis from Greensboro to the MAACO Paint and Body Shop in Graham was based on the consistently outstanding reviews for excellent customer service and exceptional workmanship. I could not have been more pleased with the decision and the showroom quality results.
Matt did the most immaculate, finely detailed, and highly professional paint and restoration job that anyone could ever ask for. My 15 year old car which had extensive hail damage, and was beginning to rust, looks absolutely new again, and ready to roll for another 100K!
Matt’s team members, Vespera, Office Manager, and Laura in Sales, were top quality customer service representatives from the detailed assessment and estimate, to the final pick up.
I can’t recommend this team more highly or thank them enough. They are simply the Best in the Business!

Great job, I honestly don't think I could have got better work done anywhere else even if I paid more elsewhere.

I just want to say how great my experience with them was. I purchased a car where the door handle broke off in transport. They were the company that I was sent to for the warranty repair, but I would choose them again and again. They were real, honest, and worked with me on my needs to get the car turned around as quickly as possible. Every interaction I had with them across the process was 100% stellar. I worked with Laura in the office, and she had everything ready for me every time I walked into the office, so it was in and out. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

They were kind and diligent in their work. The attention to detail is impeccable and their customer service was refreshing. I will never go anywhere else for my auto body work.

Everyone here was incredibly helpful and easy to work with.

Some friends and I were on the way to the mountains when her engine cover came on the bottom of the car causing the car to be undriveable. Maaco’s was right off the highway and we were able to get the car there. The guys immediately got us in and fixed the car and were extremely kind. We were back on the highway in no time!

When we ended up hitting a deer, we found ourselves needing to fix and replace our front bumper. Matt our service provider was so accommodating with our walk-in and quickly provided us an estimate and also offered us the opportunity to pre-purchase the part so that it would already be primed painted and ready to install so the installation time and date was a breeze!

Bad experience with this paint shop. i took a spoiler to get painted they charged me almost $200 for the job. it looked like they just grabbed and sprayed with a paint can, they didnt even cleaned or sanded it. you can even see all the trash in the paint. i mean to took it to the shop so it could looked betterif i wanted to like it did i coulda of done it my self and probably spended less money. i dont recommend this place at all , you can probably do a better job if you doit yourself or take it to a shop that knows what they are doing or actually care about their customers.

Matt is the best. He has gone above and beyond to help us surprise my father and make over his truck. They did a custom two tone paint job and no one can believe how great it looks and how affordable it was. This Maaco location is my go to and wouldn't be the same without Matt and his great customer service. Thank you matt for helping make my fathers dream come true to fix up his truck!

This paint is worse than the 15 year old paint that was on it! Painted in July of 2021, photos less than a year old, the "orange peel" never went away on half of it, and most of the paint on the hood is flaking, so I'll have to get it repainted again. Do not take your car here, it will look great for 3 months and then you'll wish you'd left it alone, find someplace truly local and trustworthy.

I've used this shop four times over the years and I can honestly say that each time the outcome was excellent. Had one car completely re-sprayed and the prep work and finish was fine. Had another extremely expensive sports car that needed a front bumper and paint to match, and the outcome was great. I've used other highly rated body shops in Graham and Burlington, and I can tell you that the quality of this Maaco met or exceeded the other local shops. Customer service is great and very helpful as evidenced last week when the manager fixed an issue I had right there in the parking lot and didn't charge this repeat customer.

Stopped by to check on prices of possibly painting part of my mother’s car… They discussed my needs and gave me a recommendation to check into first that was more affordable. I appreciated their advice and honesty. I will definitely use them if I’m in need of their services. In the future.

The customer service level is top notch. Treated with respect and they wanted to make sure everything was taken care of that I wanted. I would highly recommend this location. Can’t beat it for price and quality of workmanship.
