Miguel came out and did an estimate and within a few days someone was patching some holes in our home's exterior. They also asked me to make sure I like the siding they picked because my siding was not readily available. It looks great and I will be calling them again if I need.

Miguel and his team were amazing. They do great work and a full clean up. The lady at office I spoke to is so sweet and kind. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Thank you again for the repair.

M&A Exterior provided a reasonable quote and great workmanship on siding for 4 x dormers on our brick colonial. The team gladly re-worked elements of the project and ensured the finished project met our expectations, walking us through alternatives and pros/cons of each approach. Miguel, the owner is highly responsive and reasonable. I plan to use them again on other areas of the house.

Miguel responded to an ongoing issue I have been having with my roof/siding the very next day. I have used him in the past with good results.

Miguel sent an excellent crew out to replace 75' of gutter and install over 300' of mesh leaf guards on our house. Before I contracted with M&A, I received 3 proposals from the very top ranked products/dealers. From the other 2 I received heavy-handed, time-consuming sales pitches and VERY HIGH pricing. I also did a lot of research on gutter guards, pros & cons of each (none are perfect), and what to look for. Miguel gave me a very reasonable quote for a very good product. Miguel and his crew were beyond amazing! We just had our full roof replaced today and we could not be happier. They used Owens Corning shingles which offers great manufacturer warranties and a great selection of colors. Miguel was very responsive, professional, and answered all of our questions. He called earlier this week to let us know that there may be a potential issue with getting the ridge cap shingles needed for our project. He already had a solution when he called if this ended up coming true. He promised to let me know as soon as he knew. They ended up getting the needed materials in time for our project to be completed as originally scheduled. I greatly appreciated the transparency and planning ahead for a hurdle that didn't even end up happening. The team showed up on time and had our project completed in a day. They were very prompt in coming to my house for an initial estimate and were most helpful in working with my schedule to do the installation. There was a bit of confusion about installing leaf guards but the crew worked hard to get the whole job completed in one day. Overall, good value for the work.

We first used M&A in the fall of 2020 for gutter installation. They were very responsive, provided a quote quicker than their competitors, and their pricing was competitive. We were happy with that project and have since used them for gutter cleaning, roof replacement, siding repair, and gutter repair. The roof replacement was done in one day and there was no trace of them being here--I've had many friends deal with nightmare companies who left hundreds of nails behind, didn't finish the job, etc. It's hard to find a company and people you can trust to help take care of your most valuable asset, but I'd recommend M&A to anyone looking for exterior work done on their home.

M&A has replaced my gutters and done a roof repair. Both times they've done a great job. The owner is highly responsive and answered my (many questions) thoroughly throughout both jobs.

Miguel was extremely professional and responsive from start to finish. He provided a fair quote for CertainTeed Vinyl Siding, Soffits, plus brand new gutters with gutter guards. He gave me a date a month out and started on that date! His crew was extremely hardworking (working sunrise to sunset, in the rain!) until the job was completed. Very polite staff and they were extremely attentive and detailed-oriented with their craftsmanship. We did have a small hiccup which is to be expected and that’s when the true magic of Miguel’s customer service shined. He had his incredible electrician out the next day and the issue was solve in less than 60 mins. A true testament that if something does go wrong, Miguel will handle it immediately. I’m actually glad I was able to see how he responds to issues and resolves problems. I can say this experience was the most positive I’ve ever had with these types of home improvements and definitely exceeded my expectations!

Absolutely GREAT company! Miguel was responsive and accommodated our schedule. Osman and Norma worked so hard, 14 straight hours to get the job done before it rained the next day. Jose joined them in the afternoon and helped as well. They were fantastic, friendly, honest and so so hard working! Most importantly, they were extremely honest that I didn't need replacement gutters on the top and SAVED ME MONEY! Most companies would have gladly taken it and not said a word. The gutter guards they used have some of the highest ratings I've seen (so paws crossed). Everything looks great! It cost less for me to replace my gutters and get guards on both levels than it was for leaf filters quote for JUST GUARDS! Again, I definitely recommend and will tell ALL my friends and family about this awesome company!

I had the siding of my house redone. I had metal siding. Gutters and soffit replaced, as well. They also redid the siding and roof of my shed. (See photos) Miguel was very communicative. Great price, fast and good quality work! Would recommend them to all exterior improvement needs!

Called to get a quote for the gutter repair at my house. Was able to schedule one with their offices. Contractor who was supposed to come out was late and did not answer his phone at the prescribed time. When I later got in touch with him, he claimed he saw my house and decided that he and M&A exteriors could not complete the work. Unresponsive, unprofessional, and a total waste of time

Your response is blatantly incorrect. Your contractor called me at 11:15 to tell me he was going to be about 35 minutes away. I waited at my house, by my phone until 12:30 when I decided to call the contractor to ask where he was. He did not answer until the third time trying to reach him: he stated that he had come by the house and determined he and M&A exteriors could not complete the work I originally wanted him to look at. I did not miss any calls from him because I did not get any calls from him until trying to reach him at 12:30.

We have a front door camera and it is obvious he did not come around to check the actual side of the house I had placed the quote for. In what situation does it make sense for him to not even knock on the door or ring the doorbell to at least get me to show him what I was referring to in the original quote? I did not miss any calls from your contractor. I can send you the screenshots of my call history if you'd like. You are a customer service based business and the fact that you are turning this on me is why I am writing this review. I took time out of my work day to be at home for the quote and no one even knocked on the door. The fact that you are making an excuse (which is not true) and not remedying the situation is what I want others to know prior to contacting M&A exteriors for their services.

From my first contact until they left our property, this company was a pleasure to deal with. Miguel presented the proposal in a professional, non-pressured way and estimated a fair price for our fairly complex roof. His quote for the same roof system came in at a lower, fairer price, than other quotes we received. The workers arrived promptly every morning at 7 AM and stayed until after dark. They were the hardest working people I have ever seen, working through snow and freezing temperatures. We are thrilled with our new roof and skylight and would highly recommend to anyone needing the same!

Miguel's crew did a fantastic job on our large two-story home. His crew completed the task of replacing our entire gutter system, as well as installing leaf guards, in just one day. The team worked diligently to make sure the work was finished, down-to-the-last-detail, before a large storm-front swept in the next morning.
The crew even came back a couple of days later to check their work and complete a free estimate on an area of our roof.

I cannot say enough good things about my dealings with this company. They were prompt about responding to my initial call and coming to give an estimate. They were the lowest bidder and were able to do the work quickly. The day they showed up to do the roof the team was friendly and efficient and did a great job on the roof, siding, and clean-up afterwards. When a storm blew in the very next day and debris from a shed hit the new roof and broke some shingles - they came right back and fixed them without charging me! I highly recommend them.

Had seamless gutters installed and this company was very good to work with. No pressure and offered very reasonable and all included quote. Everyone was also professional about distancing and contactless interaction (from emailing the quote for electronic signature and maintaining distance at conclusion of the job). My husband and I recieved a few quotes from a few top rated roofers we found online. While M&A was not the cheapest quote we received, Miguel himself seemed (and is) a very genuine contractor that takes pride in his company and that is why we went with him instead of the other two. Don't get me wrong though, the hard work, the quality of roofing, the professionalism, and cleanliness, made it worth every penny.

We have never have had a roof installed before so this was new to us, and we had several questions we messaged him with and he impressed us with answering them very quickly which was surprising
and greatly appreciated.

The day that we were to have our new roof installed, his crew came rolling in 12 men deep before 7am and went right to work. They all worked methodically and with a purpose and did an incredible job on my detached shed roof repairs and a stripping and re-roofing of my whole house. I previously had an ugly, old, brownish, 3 tab roof and got beautiful charcoal grey architectural shingles put up in its place.

We knew we definitely chose the right company with the hard work they did from early morning until later that day once the job was completed. They took care to not damage my big truck as well by throwing a tarp over it. My truck is sitting on jacks, literally right alongside my house, and not movable at the time and I thank them for that as well.

They cleaned up VERY thoroughly, swept, and ran their magnets around the property to ensure all nails and materials were removed and left my property looking very neat, clean, and tidy, like they were never there at all!

Miguel was the fastest and most responsive of the contractors I requested quotes from. His price was also the best. I knew I had extensive roof damage, so the price per board in addition to the shingles was important. Miguel turned around a quote for me in 19 hours (I spoke to him at 3 pm). He sent multiple pictures from the job to show exactly what needed to be done. He also worked with my mortgage company to allow for a no down payment start with full payment due within 5 days. When my father went over to inspect the work, he reminded me of some water damage to the window trim that Miguel had already told me about. I added that to the scope of work and the team got it done quickly. I hired him on Dec 6th and the roof was started and completed on Dec 12th. Fantastic job at a great price!

M&A was fast, professional, and did great work. In the process of selling a home and utilized roof repair service for the buyers post home inspection requests. They were able to give me a quote and repair the issues in a timely manner. I even asked to correct any other deficiencies he could find. At the end he provided me with pictures and statements with the repairs and the service he provided, as well as an invoice to present to buyers.

I needed my gutter replaced after my neighbor's tree fell on my house. They came out the next day and gave me a free quote. Within the week a team came out and repaired all the damage in a few hours.

Miguel responded to my call for a estimate quickly. The roof was replaced the date I was told. The men were courteous and worked quickly. The roof was started early in the morning and finished in the late afternoon in oppressing heat and humidity. I found one problem a day after they had left , called Miguel and they came out to fix it the next day. I would suggest them to others.

Miguel came over exactly when we scheduled. He listened to our leak problem and then we went onto the roof where he gave us several options to chose from for various levels of repairs.

Options he gave included a very simple small repair all the way up to what was actually needed, replacement of the roof decking due to long time water damage.

We agreed to the work and price and on the day the work was to be done the crew showed up on time. Miguel came by twice during the day to make sure the crew was doing well and had what they needed.

The crew where all very friendly, completing the work quickly and then cleaned up everything perfectly. Then Miguel asked me to go on the roof to inspect what they did.

One of the crew pointed out that there was another area on our house that he thought I should consider repairing because the original roofer had installed it wrong. Thanks to his keen eye we will avoid more costly damages by having the rest of our roof replaced before it also leaks

I had M & A exteriors replace my roof, that Friday, 07/26/19, at about 2-3, while I was at work 35-40 miles away, I received a call from the owner/salesman who stated that his crew heard air leaking from the roof, he said he didn’t know what the cause was. I left work to go home and see what was going on, when I got there that part of the roof was complete and had an x marked on the spot. I went inside and there was a vent located under that mark, so I figured they just hit the duct work, no big deal. When the owner showed up he asked me if my air conditioning was working, which I stated it was, and had been. That weekend, it was in the 90’s, and the air conditioning was definitely not working. After doing my own research and figuring out the Freon line had been punctured by a nail, I contacted the owner who wouldn’t take responsibility, and wouldn’t pay the approximate $1100 bill for the HVAC repair. He also threatened to have me pay for his guys coming back to open the area so the HVAC guys could fix the problem, as well as threaten to have me pay the cost of him having to go to claims court? He takes no responsibility for his company and further than that he tries to deny his mistakes and threaten the customer when confronted with those mistakes.
My intuition tells me that he most likely knew exactly what had been hit, especially when he asked if the A C was working and if he would have shared this information on that day and time, it could have been repaired instantly, instead of me having to be without air for 6 days in mid summer, Integrity should be the foundation and at the forefront of every company, this one has none. I will be taking him to small claims court in an attempt to cover the cost I had to pay.
I even stated that i didn't want to hurt his companies reputation, but he left me no choice. Do not hire this company, if anything goes wrong he will deny that it did and attack you. No stars!

You're miswording my texts, as well as being a bit untruthful, and honestly, it's exhausting trying to deal with you. I'm in the hardscape business, we have cable, electric, and gas lines. If I accidentally cut one of my customers lines, I pay for it to be replaced, no questions, no argument. Another thing is, if your business is roofing, why not pay attention to where the freon line is running and be careful in that area? I don't know how you don't run into this problem more often. Maybe do a thorough inspection next time, and don't just rely on dumb luck.

Miguel (Owner and Supervisor) was very easy to work with. He was on the job and always on time. He estimated they could remove the shingles and do all the repairs in one day and they did. There were a few minor errors noted, and Miguel returned with another worker to fix them and to make sure we were completely satisfied, which we are. I highly recommend M&A Exterior.

I'd have preferred to communicate with this company over the phone instead of email because in doing so I would have known immediately that they did not have a ladder large enough to accommodate a three story building instead of wasting a day emailing back and forth while looking at them as an option for repairing the roof of my home.

I cannot comment on the quality of the work but I was not impressed by email correspondence I received while trying to get a quote. This probably would have been resolved immediately with a phone call to clarify my needs or a warning on the web site stating that they do not have the ability to climb onto the roof of a 3 story home.

Couldn't be happier starting from day 1. Very responsive to my quote request, and got back to me often within an hour via email. I normally don't go with the lowest bid, but I'm glad I made an exception in this case - awesome price and fantastic job on a whole roof replacement! Miguel and his crew finished the whole job in one day, and did a great job cleaning up.

Miguel is very responsive on quoting your home. His pricing is very reasonable. He was able to schedule my roof replacement the week following the quote. He had the materials and trash container on site the day of work and was able to complete the entire job in just one day. There were no unexpected surprises during the repair. I knew I needed some boards replaced due to a known leak. His crew did a great job making sure the bad boards were replaced while ensuring that they used the materials wisely in order to keep costs reasonable. He used the Atlas product line that offers mold protection and is rated for high winds. The shingles come with a synthetic underlay that gives me further confidence. Overall, I am very happy with the end result. The roof looks beautiful. I highly recommend this roofing company.

I will say the owner’s response time is the only good thing but unfortunatey I absolutely do not recommend this company, we had a 22 year old roof replaced by them and have had nothing but problems since day one. They half-assed their work the first day they put the roof on. The owner didn’t inspect his crews work after they finished and we found lots of gaps and holes. Nearly 8 grand for a “new” roof. One of his crew members spent the entire day today trying to fix everything that was improperly installed and packed up and left didn’t say anything to me or my other half and the work still isn’t finished, and the owner isn’t inspecting everything until tomorrow. I’ll also add that’s the crew member stood on top of my small storage shed on the side of my house and damaged the roof of it. He did not tell us about it either. My other half went out to check everything over and noticed it after the guy left.

I do not recommend this company. If you decide to go with them, I’d watch everything closely.

We are extremely pleased with the new roof M & A installed. In 1 1/2 days they managed to remove very old shingles and replace rotten roof boards. They always kept us updated on the status and condition of the boards before they installed and even supplied photos of our roof for us to see what needed to be replaced. We had called 3 different companies but M & A was by far the best selection and price. Miguel and his staff were efficient and professional. They went out of there way to clean up, leaving our property pristine. Again, they have excellent workers and very reasonable rates. No more leaks= woohoo. Thank you M & A !
