I called 10 different roofing companies in the area tying to get a serious leak fixed on my flat roof before another storm but none of them could, or even tried, to help. Billy went out of his way to to fit me in his already full schedule so I wouldn’t get further damage. He took the time to explain what was wrong, showing me pictures as proof. He and his crew were prompt, dillagent workers and I could not be more appreciative of their efforts and services.

I had a leak and needed a roofer asap. I contacted several companies and Virginia Beach Roofing Company was the only one that could help me out the same day. They came out within hours and repaired my roof. Their staff was friendly and well trained. I highly recommend this company! They are awesome!!

I had an appointment to get an estimate at 8:00 am. At 8:22 I still had not heard from the estimator and I texted him asking if he was on his way. At 8:37 I texted him again to cancel the appointment. I did not receive a follow-up call until 5:24 pm.

Virginia Beach Roofing Company did an outstanding job of fixing a challenging leak in our sunroom that no one else would fix (we called a couple of companies that weren't interested in tackling this type of repair). The sunroom company is no longer in business, they were not an option for repairs. The sunroom had been leaking for years and I tried many times to fix the leaks myself, to no avail. I am happy to say our sunroom no longer leaks. Michael was easy to work with and Christopher did an excellent job of repairing the sunroom as well as our home roof where the two meet. Christopher expertly diagnosed the sources of the leaks, repaired the original sunroom installation issues and all is sealed tight. We will definitely give them a call when it comes time to replace the roof on the remainder of our home. We are extremely happy with the repairs and can't emphasize enough how grateful we are that our sunroom no longer leaks and we have a warranty on the repairs. I did not end up going with this company because Michael was rude on the phone and quite aggressive. When I didn't respond to his voicemail or texts on the same day he got mad and made comments about how I was wasting his time and our roof would be done poorly because I didn't hire him and I didn't do my research, etc. Research is all I have done and I don't appreciate when contractors are jerks. Definitely not getting my business with that attitude

Michael was very helpful and extremely responsive to any questions. Zack came out and did an OUTSTANDING job fixing another roofer's shoddy work. Will use these guys again for any and all roofing and siding issues.

Virginia Beach Roofing Company will be my go to for any roofing needs in the future. When my roof recently sprang a leak, the owner came out and looked at my property. It was clear that he was very knowledgeable and professional. Since I was unable to access the roof, he took pictures (before and after) and explained what needed to be done. He did not try to up-sell me on anything. His prices were very reasonable and the work was done quickly and properly. He went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied with the roof and that the problem was truly fixed. I now understand why they have such a great reputation and a superior rating with the BBB.

Virginia Beach Roofing Co. offered, and completed quality repair work, with a 1 year warranty, and bent over backwards to get it done in the time period we needed. I will refer them in the future.

I have a repair shop on Military Hwy with a flat roof. The roof had multiple leaks a weak areas. I thought the roof might have to be completely replace by Virginia Beach Roofing checked out the roof and recommended just resealing the roof instead of totally replacing it saving me quite a bit of money. I appreciate their honesty and terrific work they did to get my building sealed up. Thanks again.

Ty was instrumental in putting together the project for our roof repair. Once the date was projected Ty and his crew were on schedule, removed the old roof, made repairs and laid out our new beautiful roof. When completed all materials and trash disposal were removed from our property. All was put back in place by Ty's crew and inspected by Ty. Our new roof stands out within our neighborhood and we've had multiple compliments on how our new roof looks outstanding.

Very unprofessional. Difficult and slow to communicate with when I had concerns about work that was completed prior to me buying the home. One week of communications (after 4 days of just trying to get a call back) and I still can't get them to commit to a time to come and address my concerns. An evaluation shouldn't be via texted photos and tell me that you're 95% sure it's not because of the work that was completed. Inapprorpriate and shows you the lack of pride in their work.

WARNING: Please stay away from this company. This company will rip you off and they are very unprofessional. They do a shoddy job and good luck communicating with Michael. Pay attention to all the negative reviews to which I ignored when I was searching for a roofing company. Biggest mistake I ever made.

Being from out of state and working in Norfolk I needed a commercial roofing job completed with an intricate flashing component for radar system. This roofing company is the biggest rip off in Virginia beach. They fix our roof a year ago, now our roof is leaking. They gave us 5 year warranty. We called them a week ago still no response from them. They ignore our calls, the manager is owner is never there, what a rip off. we've finally decided to take them to court. Stay away from these guys.

Virginia Beach Roofing Company goes beyond expectations on how your house is supposed to look like. My mothers house needed it really bad. After leaving a message they got back to me right away. They were eager on coming down to look at my mothers place and give an estimate. I don't know a lot about roof jobs, but they explained it to me so that it would make perfect sense. My friend Thomie recommended this company to me and now I highly recommend this company to everyone, they will not disappoint!

I called for a free estimate and someone came out to look at my house and later sent an estimate that was financially acceptable. The workers that were sent to my house left it in worse condition then it was before it was started. Left my yard a mess. Was very loud and rude disturbing the neighbors. When I called to talk to Mr. Longmen about the end result he yelled at me and said that he wasn't going to send anyone out to fix the mess or the "still persisting problem" for which I called for and made a down payment on to fix until I pay the final remaining balance of my bill. He yelled and cursed at me on the phone and called me "dense and an iddiot" because I am an older woman I don't know what the he** I'm talking about. The workers were drinking alcoholic beverages on the job as well. In the end I had to call another repair shop and have the problem fixed correctly. This company claims to have over 30 years of roofing experience. Yes the President of the company has that length of experience but nor him nor his partner are doing the work. The one worker at my house said Michael Longman hired him a week ago and he has only been roofing for 6 months. So don't believe everything you read and I highly suggest that if you don't want to be ripped off, cursed at and disrespected as a human being and a paying customer choose another roofing company.

Your arrogance precludes you from giving the "CONSUMERS WITH ATTITUDES" The credit we deserve. It is clear that you are manipulating the reviews in a failed effort to raise your score. What you don't understand is that these reviews are not going to be what makes you or breaks you but rather your poor work ethic, the sub-standard people that work for you and lastly your lack of understanding of customer care. You post all the reviews you like but the people that deal with your company will become quickly aware of the reality of your shortcomings as a company and as an individual. I am done wasting my time in these back and forth. I wrote what took place when I dealt with you as other people have. Let the next CUSTOMER WITH AN ATTITUDE decide if they want to go down the rabbit hole with your company.
