Glen was nothing but a pro! We had a fire in our kitchen, while in the process of selling our house which brought everything to a screeching halt. We needed to replace the cabinets, flooring, backsplash, repair drywall and paint, basically a whole new kitchen! Glen and his team were very professional, good at communicating what needed to be done and when, how much things would cost and where to source the materials that we needed during this challenging time where everything is out of stock and takes a while to come in. He even put some other projects he had on hold to help us get our kitchen completed quickly so we could finish closing on our house! His work was high quality and we were very happy with the results and how available he was to answer any and all of our questions.

Glen’s company, Regal Renos is the only general contractor that we will be using in the future! Very thankful for how personable and professional he was. Highly recommended!!

Glen and his team replaced the roof on my house after two windy hurricane left-overs ripped of several shingles. He was transparent in the cost and fought for me with my insurance company to cover the cost of replacing the skylights rather than leaving the old ones in. I signed with him prior to COVID shutting down everything. He kept me in the loop the whole time, calling or emailing to let me know the vendors were not making materials. He frequently came out to check the status of my roof to make sure it wouldn't leak while he was waiting for his vendors. Once the vendor opened services again it took less than a week to have the materials placed at my house, and they started work about a week later (once it stopped raining). The guys were courteous and professional. They even moved off the roof for a few minutes so we could let our dogs go outside. I will be using Glen and his company again for repairs to my sunroom!

The Design (phase one) that was performed by Regal was terrible. The picture shown individually did not match the pictures when the total picture was shown. Apparently software that didn’t work correctly.
When time came for phase 2, we signed up for phase 2 and we’re told we could cancel and would be refunded our money by Regal immediately. Glen gave a song and dance about companies needing 30 days for refunds. VA STATE law says your money should be returned immediately. With no work started, even after 30 days the amount was not returned. $6,500.00.

Well, Glen, it’s been over a year!

Stay away from Regal and especially Mr. Glen Sweitzer Jr. There are many other companies that will stand behind their work to ensure satisfaction. Mr. Glen Sweitzer Jr. can talk the talk, but did not deliver on my project. I'm waiting to have issues noted on the final punch list corrected one and a half years after Mr. Glen Sweitzer (Regal) was paid in full.

Regal did a terrific job completely rebuilding two bathrooms in our home. The workmanship was excellent, especially the tile work, and the employees were very conscientious and respectful. This was a great experience.

Glen and his team were a joy to work with. Even though our particular job was rather small and other companies had made us feel like we were on the back burner, Regal got our project done in a timely and professional manner. Nate did a wonderful job and showed superb knowledge and dedication to getting it done right.

They will be our first call for all of our future projects!

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Regal did an amazing job renovating our master bath and kitchen. Glen was a genuine professional...easy to communicate with, fair and responsive. Glen's staff were always polite and clean. They treated our home and family with respect. They went above and beyond to keep the home clean during the reno and cleaned up every night before leaving. Their craftsmanship was exceptional. They turned our house into a home. Highly recommended and we will use them again for our next project.

Workmanship is outstanding, very knowledgeable crew who took time to make sure the job was done right and to our satisfaction.

Recently had my courtyard renovated, with new concrete, a legit fence, removed two old tree stumps, and fixed my balcony, with 6x6 post that are standing on concrete footers and notched into the balcony at the top. Which now is up to code...ironically enough none of this was done by Regal Renovations. In fact,
I originally called Glen at Regal with my request, Glen has worked on my house before, his crew do great work, and they get the job done! They’re not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. As I have found out the hard way like so many other here in Hampton Rds. Regal Renovations, has been a great experience for me, but they could not meet my time line. So, instead Glen referred me to his farther Glen Sr. this worked out wonderful.
Glen Sr. and his crew came out in two weeks and started the demo. In this time we discovered that my sewer line had been leaking, and created a sinkhole, explaining the roots in my sewer line, and the old concrete popping and shifting. We also, discovered that, whoever ran electric to the shed, did so, without any grounding, also used a corrosive pipe that was completely rusted away. Glen Sr. told me that I needed to get a hold of VA Beach utilities, and that he would get an electrician out to fix the electrical issue. Needless to say Glen Sr. is very resourceful, his men do great work, and the experience was pleasant. The greatest thing about this whole experience is, I no longer need to look any further for my contractors, thanks to Glen.

Regal Renovations were God sent when I had a project gone bad. They efficiently completed my kitchen renovation in two weeks, after having spent a month of waiting with the other contractor. The team fixed all the mistakes made by the prior contractor and finished every detail up to my specifications. They are trustworthy and top of the line professionals, highly recommended! I still call them for any and all my projects big or small!

I had a great experience with Regal Renovations. Had the entire side of my house re-sided. I had them replace the dry rotted builder grade fiber board with new OSB board and waterproof that side as well. The builders didn't waterproof it. Regal gave us a very fair price for the enormous amount of work they performed. They weren't the lowest price, but Glenn did a very good job explaining the whole process to me and building rapport.

Regal did an excellent, professional job. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of outside house repair, roofing, or even inside remodeling! We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Regal Renovations completely replaced our vinyl siding and all of the gutters and soffit. They did an outstanding job! I highly recommend them for any home renovation you might be interested in. Glen and his team did a great job fixing a leak on our roof. He was professional, responsive and timely. He stood by his work and provided us with quality work at a fair price.

Glen and his team restored the beauty of our home by replacing siding after a strong storm hit. It was so sad to see our house in that condition especially since we just bought our first new home.
