I highly recommend Kyro Builders! I originally had Chris come to my home to give an estimate on a roof and siding repair I needed after I noticed a leak on my subfloor in my master bedroom. I had 4 other companies provide me with an estimate and the amount of time they spent inspecting the roof and being outside or inside the attic was no where close to the amount of time Chris spent. They were more focused on selling their company and showing me samples. In other words, Chris went above and beyond finding the source of the problem and coming up with a solution on what needed to be done to fix it!

I was impressed by Miranda and how patient she was with me. Thank you Miranda!

Last but not least, CARLOS!! He provided exceptional work and service to the repair of my siding! He and his crew took their time to make sure the job was completed right! He also was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind hearted. You can tell just how much he truly loves what he does.

I am looking forward to getting my gutters replaced also so my home will be one step closer back to the reason why I fell in love with it 11 years ago.

Hands down the best contracting company in the area!
We've been having an on going issue with water intrusion entering from the vinyl and brick exterior siding. This was causing moisture to build up inside of the walls in our house. The HOA previously hired Gary Evans Construction LLC which they had no idea what they were doing so the problem persisted. Morgan from Kryo Builders immediately knew how to fix the issue and properly sealed the exterior of the home. Morgan and his team then remediated any mold that was found, replaced the insulation, and replaced and painted all of the drywall, trim and baseboards to a perfect paint match. Sharon also provided great communication through out the process and was amazing at facilitating everything that needed to be done with me and the HOA manager. They were very professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and provided excellent craftmanship! I highly recommend Kryo Builders, LLC and hope to work with them again in the near future. I will definitely recommend them to my network realtors, friends, and family! Thanks again!

Developed a roof leak and some issues around our chimney! Kyro sent Carlos who recommended some repairs instead of a new roof! Repairs were done in a timely manner. Third time using Kyro, great experience again. Highly recommended!!

I had an EXCELLENT experience with Chris and the Kyro team. He was so patient, very knowledgeable, and responsive anytime I had a question. Their process is a no pressure process, and I really appreciated that. Our roof was replaced without a hitch in a day. The price was perfect.

So I'll give the disclaimer that I actually haven't hired Kyro but they are working on a house next to mine in the Ocean Lakes neighborhood of Virginia Beach. They are not only doing incredible work on the home but the gentleman who has been leading the project has been incredibly kind. He's made an effort to get to know us as neighbors, he's shown us the home and answered are curious homeowner questions about their remodel (the house is the same floor plan as ours), and he even brought over home made treats for my kids that his wife made. If the rest of the workers at Kyro are half as kind as this man you should hire them for your projects.

Had Kyro come out and re-shingle my house. Hardest part was choosing the right color they have so many! I met up with Chris beforehand and he explained the process, what was needed from me, and what corrections they would do to the roof since everything was being replaced. (Any rot, vent replacements, misc repairs etc.)

Before the crew arrived, the foreman came by and dropped the trailer off with all of the materials and again walked me through the process of what/where the crew were doing and performed a preliminary inspection. The crew arrived 15 minutes later and were practically done by early afternoon. Once the crew did a final sweep of materials and trash the foreman came by again and did another walkthrough and inspection.

Everyone at Kyro is extremely thorough. I appreciate their work and will continue to use them in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with Kyro. Our roof, windows, siding, trim, and doors look amazing. They have a professional process from start to finish which gave us confidence in their work. They were able to complete the work in a much shorter time than other companies we met with. I would definitely recommend Kyro.

KYRO has the nicest people I've dealt with in many, many years... I hired them to replace my roof, and they did an AMAZING job. The crew showed up early and started covering my plants around the house. They worked nonstop (in the August heat) until the job was completed. What a hard working crew! Part of our siding was blown off our house and we needed it back up before rain came back a few days later. We reached out online and they responded in a timely manner and got us squared away!

Kyro did a great job for a very reasonable price. When we discovered a leaking skylight during a bathroom renovation they sourced replacements quickly (given the supply chain issues) and when they started the repair they discovered deeper damage. We were able to convert the job to a full roof replacement, with a very reasonable price, and very quick and efficient installation. They protected the landscaping, deck and porch, cleaned up after the job, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Unfortunately, before I knew Kryo existed, I chose to get my roof replaced by a low-budget contractor who ended up not installing a roof vent correctly leaving me with significant leaks. After not being able to get the previous contractor to repair their bad work I hired Kyro based on a recommendation of my co-worker. I am SO happy I went with Kyro.

They operate like a real company. They are organized and NOT chaotic. They use clear contracts to lay out exactly what they will and won't be doing. They have a front office that facilities reliable appointment setting and keeping. Their warranties and payment options are spelled out and straightforward.

Best of all, the work they did was perfect. A few month after they fixed my roof, hurricane Ian came through the area with very heavy rains. After a full day of Ian's rain dumping on my roof I went to the attic to inspect their work. To my great relief the underside of the roof vent Kyro had fixed was completely dry!

If I ever have more roof work needed I will certainly choose Kyro.

Fantastic Service! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. I saw Chris doing a complete roof install on a neighbor's house. That neighbor bragged on what a good job they were doing. I just needed a small job - caulking and patching some areas around vents on my roof. Chris came over the same day and had one of his excellent workers to my house within a few days. The work was done quickly and for the reasonable agreed price. This company does business like companies used to do it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Kyro just finished replacing my roof in Chesapeake, and I’m extremely pleased with their quality and workmanship. They showed up on time every day and everyone one the six-man crew knew their job and worked very hard. They worked very well together as a team and finished in only 3 days, which was astonishing speed considering the very high-quality and extra-scope installation. They sealed the roof at the end of each day, so rain was never an issue. The new Atlas shingles are beautiful, and the underlying installation was top notch with extraordinary attention to detail. We went with a Fortified system (look it up, it’s definitely worth it in a hurricane prone region like southern Virginia). These guys all knew how to perform the install (extra nailing sheathing to rafters, Zip Taped seams, synthetic underlayment, edge metal, step and counter flashings, and six nails per Atlas shingle). Crew leader and management oversight were excellent. Good clean-up at the end of each day, and very thorough clean-up at the end of the job. Kyro does not ask for any money before the job is complete and the owner is fully satisfied. The price was fair, and they were definitely the best value of the 5 quotes I received. Hassle-free process all the way. I would absolutely recommend Kyro to anyone wanting a high-quality roof at a fair price in the Tidewater region.

I called Monday for a roof repair and Patrick came out Tuesday to inspect. He showed up and not only found the leak during the inspection but went ahead and fixed it. It was only leaking on one side of the vent but he pulled it up and sealed all 4 sides FREE OR CHARGE. He explained that it was easier for him to just fix it instead of me setting an appointment and him coming back. He was here about an hour or so and was great to talk to. Highly recommend both Patrick and Kyro Builders for setting the bar high.

Should only use Atlas shingles !! Kyro...They are friendly, easy to contact and very reliable. I know I made the right choice ! I was very happy with Kyro. They showed up promptly at 7 and began working. the crew was fast, meticulous, and professional. our new roof, approx 1800 sq ft, was finished by 2pm. and when they left, you couldn't tell they had been on the property, other than a beautiful new roof. I would definitely use them again for other projects.

They were very patient with the process of changing from one plan to another until I made the final decision. They discussed pricing and pros and cons at each step. When the date was set and had to be changed they understood and another was set. They were prompt, set to work, and explained anything I needed to understand. The price was fair and it looks great. We used Kyro to install two new skylights in our living room. The quote process was easy and getting the appointment scheduled within a reasonable was even better since a lot of these repair companies are booked straight out for months. They handled the prep, installation and cleanup. We even used them for a window repair upon selling our home. If we need additional repairs like this in the future, we are using Kyro!

Patrick came out and checked our roof/gutter issue with a possible entrance for a critter. He saw where it needs repairs and placed a temporary repair so that the creature could get out and then us clean out that area this weekend. He said he would be happy to come back and permanently fix it once the beast home was cleaned and cleared. I'm definitely using them for this repair and future work to come!

Nothing but good things to say about the Kyro team! Everything I was looking for in a business. Professional, great with giving updates and being responsive, awesome quality of work, excellent clean up, and they went above and beyond what was expected. I won’t go into too many details about their generosity because I wouldn’t want someone to try and take advantage of them in the future.. But they completed our roof while we were in the hospital for the birth of our first child. The fact that they did anything extra as a gift for us should tell you all you need to know about them. Great people, great business. Craziest part is, they were the same if not better priced, than other quotes we received. They came strongly recommended from a friend and I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Kyro Builders are the best. They were quick with the quote which was extremely well priced. Equally important as a good deal is an ability for a company to show up on time and finish when they say they will. Kyro Builders far exceeded my expectations. They were able to install on a weekend (my request) in just a few hours. They stripped and reshingled the roof in 5 hours. Clean up was done so well you wouldn't even know they were there. I'll use these guys for any job I need in the future.
