Bo Zinno and his companies are unprofessional, he is a thief, doesn’t do as he says and lacks integrity. We worked with Bo on different house flips. Then he brought a family members home and property to us to flip and build other homes on the property because we could subdivide. Well we are over a year in and Bo took our money (6 figures) and never did anything that he said he would do. He lied about what he did do and the very little he did do was awful. He refuses to give us our money back or help us with this entire situation. I would NEVER recommend Bo or any of his companies and I am learning we are not the only people he has done this too. He also screws his subcontractors over as well. Not a man of integrity nor a man that deserves your business.

AND WHY ARE THE MAJORITY OF HIS REVIEWS FROM 3 weeks ago?

I’m not quite sure how this company nor Bo have anything worth speaking highly from. Bo was hired to help us flip houses in Virginia Beach. He scammed us into purchasing his “families”
property that had a large home and land that could be subdivided into other lots….well it’s been over a year, Bo had another company trying to sell our property, he stole over $125k of our money to “complete the job” and the house sits unfinished and all the work he has done is done wrong. Wrong size windows. Flooring never completed. All the Sheetrock repairs are ruined because the windows were the wrong size. There is rot around the windows that was never replaced. The AC wasn’t replaced as stated it was. The City even stopped work on the property because he didn’t get permits or inspections for the work….the fence was also installed wrong….it’s not facing the right direction. He has lied and lied. He has stolen 6 figures from us and refuses to do the right thing and make this deal right. I would never recommend this company or any of his companies. He does not have integrity. He is unreliable. He is a thief. His work is unsatisfactory. He lies. Not the type of man you want to conduct business with. He said he replaced windows, new flooring, new roof, new air conditioning…..NONE of that happened. He is unprofessional. Look at the photos…..and apparently there are others out there like us. It’s so sad when people take advantage of others and steals. The lack of integrity within this man and company is disgraceful. I bet he makes his parents proud.

These guys were saviors. They came in after another builder left us high and dry. Not only did they pick up where the other builder left off but they fixed his mistakes and finished the project on budget.

Most amazing company very respectful. We’re in and out. I didn’t have to deal with any clean up. The mess is cleaned up and did not leave debris in. My yard was amazing. One day and the whole roof was repaired and replaced. Would highly recommend them.

Bo and his team are extremely professional. They showed up on time and completed the install and repair before schedule. I strongly recommend them.

Coastal handled our entire roof repair and replacement after a tree fell during hurricane Ian. They had amazing customer service and wonderful workers. Quick and efficient with an excellent final outcome! I would 100% recommend.
