My first time needing to find a service person in this area, I called Sergey's company (it was incorrectly listed as "Pro-Tech Appliance & Repair LLC" online because the new name hasn't been updated yet) and he himself answered. Very polite, and when he arrived the next day, he was on time, professional and clean-cut. In fact he removed his shoes before entering my home without me even asking him! I was most impressed with the fact that he explained & showed me everthing-- even on his phone the exact part that I would need to fix my washer. He gave me options as far as what I could do. This company is the BEST ! Needed to have my dryer vent cleared. Sergey came as promised and had all of the right tools to get the job done. He worked on the inside where the vent goes to the outside and then cleared the vent from the outside. Very nice and very respectful as well as professional.
