We just had our first Monsoon storm of the summer and it felt so good having a new roof!
Love My Roof/ Xcel was doing some work in our area earlier this year and I asked Kyle to check ours. He pointed out problems from previous hail storm. They handled everything after we submitted a claim to our homeowners insurance company. As head of our HOA I was able to let neighbors know about the damage we had from the hail storms and encouraged them to have theirs inspected by Love My Roof. They have redone 4 homes on our street so far and each turned out great! Kody was our project supervisor and he kept us updated every step of the way, we never had to wait for a return call or text even if he was up on a roof.
This was a very good overall experience and we highly recommend them.

Our mother's home was closing soon, but the roof had to be replaced before the buyers would move forward. We contacted LOR, and they came out the next day to give us an estimate. LOR worked very well with our insurance. We needed the roof replaced before the closing date. LOR met that deadline. The new roof looks amazing! In fact, the roof never looked better! The first contractor botched the roofing job and left me stranded. Bryan did an assessment of what needed to be done and showed up a few days later with additional funding from the Insurance company, the necessary supplies, and his crew. In one afternoon they completed the job which included redoing a torched rolled roof, tear-off and replacing a rolled roof on a separate screen house/laundry facility and garage, and replacing two sky-lights. I could not have been more pleased!
