LoveOurRoof, an Xcel Company - Tea, SD

I am NOT very impressed with this company what-so-ever. We had contacted them to have a roof inspection done. They informed us that they would have someone come out and get it looked at. We since have not heard a SINGLE WORD from this company. We have left numerous voicemails, and have not received any communication back from them. We are not even sure if at this point someone even came out to look at our property. We are in the process of selling our home, so this is a very time sensitive thing. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Treats their customers very poorly.

After buying an older home I knew the roof would need to be redone and with the help of LoveOurRoof it was a pain free process. Jeff kept me updated every step of the way making sure I knew what was going on. If I had to do it again today I would definitely use LoveOurRoof again!

This was a very good experience. Matt with Excel dealt directly with the insurance adjusters. I got a beautiful roof, finished when promised and done with a professional crew. The roofers took great pains leaving my yard clean and took great care for not destroying plants. I also appreciated the great follow up to see if l was satisfied. I would definitely recommend this company. 5 stars.

Shon and Scott were very helpful in explaining the process, working with our insurance company, and monitoring the work being done. The contractors that did the roof work and the gutters were extremely nice and professional. They worked into the darkness and cleaned up as much as they could. They came back the next morning before we were awake to clean up the rest of the debris. Part of the work was not done to our satisfaction and they corrected the issue immediately and checked in with us through each step of the process. When the work was completed they made payment very easy for us. We are moving to a new house and there is some damage to that roof and after explaining the issue Shon offered to inspect the roof himself and worked with our agent to make an appointment. It saved us so much time and money. I highly recommend this company. Their work was fast, clean, and timely.
