They have taken my money for materials and never came back. I was always being put off to a layer date. When I tried to call the never answered the phone. However, they did send me an email telling me I owed the rest of the money. This company is a scam.
I had new shingles done end of September and I paid my bill in full mid October. Working with the guys who came out for quote and that did the work were great. BUT, I received a letter in the mail this month saying I had a lien on my property for unpaid materials from the company SNS. After multiple conversation with the corporate office(I'm guessing) in Omaha who I paid my bill with stated this company SNS sent out liens for unpaid materials at the end of the year. Now I have to wait 3-4 weeks to get the lien released. I should NEVER had a lien on my property or been put in the middle between this company and SNS. It is not my fault they didn't pay their bill in time and should never have been brought into this. For this reason I would not recommend this company.
I would highly recommend this company. I worked with Shawn and Matt, very professional, on time, good communication, and provided “top notch service “ the crew who did the work on my roof my removing old shingles, placement of decking boards as this was done on my older house, replaced around my chimney area to prevent water leaking, all the vents, and even added a much needed bathroom vent, and of course placement of ice & water barrier to prevent ice jam in winter, underlayment, and the beautiful “Summer Harvest” shingles. I absolutely do love my roof as it turned out beautiful. They cleaned up all debris after shingling leaving my home even better than it was! I would definitely recommend “Love My Roof” Intek company.
