Absolute GEM for auto glass!!
Quick in and out for chips, which is very much needed in Washington where little rocks are always falling out of the sky! When he replaced my windshield, Tyler took photos and even cleaned the grit from the railing, most places don't do that.
The facility itself is also very clean and hospitable. I don't go anywhere else for glass anymore! Keep this guy in business!! Thank you Tyler for being awesome!!

My windshield was in an awful state for several years.

I had big cracks that ran all the way across, a half moon, and stars (I think?...I had to look up the names of all the different damage types). Basically, my windshield looked like a galaxy of chaos (lol), and ultimately, the whole windshield needed to be replaced. I honestly didn’t know when I was going to address this problem, and it just kept growing. I was just living with it. A combination of financial strain over the years, some embarrassment about the state my windshield was in, and ultimately having no idea where to go or how to go about choosing a professional to work with kept me from getting it tended to.

I connected with Tyler at Lone Pine Auto Glass through a referral and was immediately thankful for the opportunity to work with him. First of all, Tyler is genuinely professional, friendly, and very easy to talk to, which made any self-consciousness I felt about my situation dissolve. Something I had been avoiding addressing for so many years instantly became solvable with his help. Their office is welcoming and super cozy to sit in. I felt Zen sitting and reading my book while I waited, instead of feeling the lingering uncertainty or restlessness I usually do when getting any type of auto service done for my car.

My experience at Lone Pine Auto Glass went far above and beyond my expectations. You can tell that Tyler is incredibly passionate about his work and very knowledgeable in the auto glass industry as a whole. He is also extremely flexible and willing to work with his customers and meet them where they're at. I had to change my date of service last minute and push it out over a month and he was generous enough to hold to the same price he had originally quoted me for despite the price of the windshield going up 10% in that time. On top of that, he sat me down and shared with me mistakes that were made by a technician from a previous windshield replacement/company and made me feel secure knowing that he was able to fix the prior negligence to the best of his ability and didn't charge me a dime extra for the added time and effort in order to get it done right. It's obvious that Tyler adheres to an extremely high standard for himself and his work that is hard to find in the auto glass industry today. He doesn't cut corners and makes sure your vehicle is taken care of like it's his own. Tyler was great! I emailed him for a quote for a small chip in my windshield that I wanted to get fixed to prevent spreading. He got back to me quickly with a quote. Tyler was amazing, we were in a tight spot being in from out of town and needing to find somewhere that could replace our windshield (due to a bird collision) the same day so we could drive back home. He was the only place that tried to help, out of the three I called. He found a replacement windshield, drove two hours to get it, and replaced our windshield within a few hours. Loved my experience with Trevor at Lone Pine Auto Glass. He was friendly, easy to contact, and able to make an appointment quickly. He helped me file my insurance claim to replace my car’s front windshield. He was able to do the work quickly and I enjoyed a nice walk while the work was being done. He communicated well and even showed me around. He offered free drinks in his waiting room. I have already shared his information with several friends. I highly recommend!

Lone Pine Auto Glass in Bellingham Washington did a fantastic job. I was able to order the window early morning. I dropped the truck off at lunch time and was able to pick it up at the end of the day after work. This allowed me to not have the window replacement interfere with work. Which worked out great. Also, Tyler had detailed pictures showing a quality removal and install. Overall it was a great experience and he obviously gave the truck a quick vacuum. I was happy picking the truck up better than when I dropped it off. Definitely recommend him and will be coming back for my window replacement needs.

Tyler is phenomenal. If you want a superior experience and outcome he is your guy! We had a very tricky replacement involving a hard to source windshield for a Tesla and he more than exceeded expectations.

Hopefully it will be awhile before I get another rock in my windshield but there is no doubt I will go back to lone pine!

Discovered a fairly large ding on my wife’s windshield this morning. Quick search on my phone found Lone Pine nearby. Stopped in without an appointment, they took the car in without a wait, and 20 minutes later it was done! While he was at it he checked the work done by the company that had replaced the windshield previously to ensure it was done properly (they often aren’t). I was ready to give him a check or insurance info & he said “it’s on me.. i hope you’ll come see me next time you need a windshield replaced”. I was floored. And yes, you can bet I’ll be back! A++!

Pricing is very fair, the job was done fast and the service is great. I got a window on a subru replaced after I broke it. It was (by far) the least expensive in the area. Same with a windshield chip a few months later.

Tyler also took the time out of his busy day to give me advice about my insurance. Its just refreshing to work with a business like this.

Just had my Toyota Tundra windshield replaced. Can't say enough about how good Tyler is at his profession. He was prompt in giving me an estimate. Flexible with my schedule. Absolutely knows his stuff... Works with all insurance (please DO NOT be fooled by an insurance company that wants you to go elsewhere!) Tyler is a Master Technician and also incredibly friendly and helpful. His office and waiting area are comfortable for the while-you-wait service. Do yourself a favor - have him replace your windshield when the time comes.

Don't hesitate. Go see Tyler at Lone Pine Glass. I had three vehicles needing glass replacement. Two needed repairs due to rust. With his photos I was able to see the before and after of the high quality repair. A month later I had a leak. I watched Tyler trouble shoot everything that had to do with his work. It turned out the leak was caused by the stereo company running wires through a grommet (and damaging it) where water ran down the wires through the firewall onto the floor. Tyler went above and beyond his work, chose to go under the hood, and found the problem. He also fixed that problem. PS there is nobody around that can compare to not just his work, but his warranty is unbelievable.

It was great to find Lone Pine and Tyler through a simple search. A large rock hit our windshield, which needed to be replaced. Stopped in the shop, talked with Tyler, who explained what needed to be done, and booked the replacement for the next day. From start to finish we would recommend this biz!

Tyler was super nice! Been having some leaking problems with my 1988 jeep wagoneer. He found the issue for me which had nothing to do with the windshield but he fixed both my cracked windshield and the leak! And vacuumed out the water free of charge and the small leak issue, in just an hour and a half!

Tyler is a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond for me when I needed a replacement glass for my truck topper side windoor. He sourced and purchased lexan sheets, then cut to size and fit this in the windoor using the original seal and hardware. Cost was very reasonable and since I live on Orcas Island, his willingness to help out saved me a few off island trips. Thanks again Tyler, 100% recommend!

I first contacted Tyler about a cracked windshield on a Monday, which is stated to be a day they are closed, and he got back to me within hours. He was available next day even! I waited though to shop around a bit and Lone Pine had the best price. I was then scheduled within 2 days. On appointment day, he said it would be about an hour and a half and it sure was! I was offered snacks and water while I waited and the office was nicely decorated! Tyler was so kind and fast! Great experience and am already recommending him to everyone I know.

Lone Pine did a great job replacing the front windshield of my 2008 Honda Element. I really appreciated that Tyler gave me a call after I submitted a quote request on his website. I also was impressed with the detail provided in the quote. I wrote to three other auto glass services and he's the only one who gave a detailed quote and the only one who called to be sure I'd had all my questions answered. His rates are comparable to other independently owned businesses in town. (I like that I'm helping to support a neighbor and not a conglomerate)

I submitted for a quote request on a Sunday and got a call back from Tyler within 20 minutes which I was not expecting as it was after hours. Right off the bat he was very professional and helpful, he made sure to get all the information about what I needed done and the specialty tools my car would need for a replacement. I had overlooked the fact that the shop is closed on Monday's however he offered to work me in on a Monday.
Come time of service he submitted the claim for me so I wouldn't get the run around from insurance. He completed the service super quick and went over all the details and information with me afterwards. Exceptional service, I would highly recommend to anyone who needs windshield repair/replacement. If needed I will be returning here.

Just come here. Don't go to Safelite. They are more affordable they have a waiting room nicer than your dentist (with snacks). Our windshield ordered and replaced in less than 12 hours.

2023 Honda Ridgeline windshield replacement that also required calibration for driver assist system. 5 Star service and quality work. Will not use any other window repair shop going forward.
