Finding out your house needs remediation is not fun. I am so thankful that everyone who helped us at Servpro made the process easier on us. Everyone who came out to assist us and work on our house was respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. A huge thank you to Eddy and Hainrick for getting the work done in our crawl space. Their hard work, communication and punctuality is much appreciated by my family and I!

Eddy and Luciano were the best! So nice and did a amazing job. They turned a horrible day into a good day!

Currently they are cleaning my girlfriends house, they left her window open for about a month and a half so anyone could just come in and take whatever, Extremely lazy crew who like too take they're sweet time while people are displaced for months. She's gone back too the house consistently since march to grab things and the work over the span of 3 months hasn't changed. I don't know what they pay you people for what, to do what for who, but it doesn't seem like you guys can do a very good job at it.

Brandy and Warren have been fantastic! Both very knowledgeable about the process and have done all they could to get our water damage dried and repaired. In fact, the whole Servepro team has been efficient and effective. Great communications from Brandy...and Warren!

Warren was our first contact. He is wonderful and a good communicator. Brandie is Awesome! A ray of sunshine in the midst of our disaster!!!

Thank you Team ServPro from Victor, Eric, Yahir, Brandy, DJ, Ezekiel, and to the other 3 guys(sorry) that I didn't get your names, throughout the process of mitigating the damage of our basement flooding from day 1 April 27, 2025 to yesterday May 12, 2025 you were professional and courteous and efficient. So Thank You again! The team was always willing to work around my scheduled medical appointments so I could be home when they were here to check the moisture levels and equipment etc.
I am glad I called them and if I ever need a mitigation team in the future(hopefully not) I will not hesitate to call them.

I had water damage in my kitchen & living room. Brandie & DJ with Servpro were here in a timely manner & did an excellent job. They were both friendly & professional & answered all my questions. I will definitely use their services again.

I wasn’t there in person, but I got continuous update on the progress. It looks great and made the whole basement look brand new.

ServPro is top tier for customer service. Brandie is absolutely amazing at making sure communication and customer care are the #1 priority while, at the same time, somehow managing to do every other aspect of the job perfectly. Definitely highly recommend calling them first for your restoration/mitigation needs.

Landen and Daniel came in, inspected the area, explain the process, went over every step necessary, answer all my dozens of questions, then we went over paperwork and signature and they went straight to work doing what they needed to do to start with the process.
Very respectful young men, cordial and nice. Good workers. Very happy with them and the company they work for.

Ray (construction manager) came through and resolved issues we had with original lead Mike. THANK YOU RAY FOR FINISHING THE RECONSTRUCTION OF OUR BASEMENT! After reconstruction, we had dry wall dust all over our newly remodeled basement. Ray sent an expert cleaning crew, Ezekiel, Yuli, Miguelina and they cleaned all the walls, furniture and floors in all rooms.They removed all the toxic dust and it is a healthy environment again. Thank you to all for providing excellent customer service. MUCH APPRECIATED.

not all all satisfied, make sure to get in writing what is discussed becuase what was discussed was not done.

personal inventory thrown in bags and one picture of an item from each bag sent to insurance adjuster. I told them clearly to picture every item and make a list of description of items. they didn't do my inventory right and we had to pay more from insurance to redo inventory, again they did not do a list of inventory and will not get back to my insurance with an answer. so in short payed all this money for serve pro to do inventory and insurance will not accept there inventory submission. now we got to pay again for our personal inventory to be placed in a list.

Servepro also took long on demo and inventory didn't come on days they said they would this process which I was told would take weeks took months.

Do not use this service.

Warren, Eric, and Remmy were incredible and really helped navigate the water damage I had. They calmed me down and walked me through the process. It's been incredible working with them and I can't thank them enough for their patience and knowledge and willing to go above and beyond to help me.

Warren was great to work with. He went above and beyond checking things out in our crawlspace for us. He took pictures and explained things very thoroughly. I would totally recommend Servpro and definitely recommend Warren.

Warren was able to meet with me and was very informational regarding the leak and damage we have found in our kitchen. He talked me through the possible problems that we may find, and the best scenario. He showed pride in his job and the company that he works for. I feel confident that his team will produce a result that we will be satisfied with.

Daniel and Garrett were here first and did a great job mediating the situation for us, all the people that have been here checking on the equipment have been courteous and always called 10 minutes before showing up. Justin and Johnsey are picking up the equipment and have been courteous and helpful answering any questions we may have had. BUT the restoration part of the company DO NOT USE they charged us for a estimate when everyone else in town gives free estimates!!! They priced themselves out of our range so we had to go with another company, and received a bill for 1000 dollars for doing nothing. So, they been threatening us with collection and liens on our home, they have you sign stuff without explaining anything to you, then say that you have a signed contract!!!!! When you don't know that you have signed one. So save yourself some headaches and stay away from restoration part of this company and tell all your friends, now we're not only out of pocket for some of the repairs, but we're now into this company for work that was never done.

The fastest service for home repairs hands down & Awesome customer service from Warren, Johnsey and hainrick. Very grateful for these 3 people that came into our home very respectful and kind humans. Did I mention how smooth the whole process was despite how difficult unexpected water damage can be 10/10 would recommend

I recently had an excellent experience with Servpro Tri Cities West/Franklin County. Warren Ruiz came out to do an inspection on our house and was very helpful with explaining the next steps we should take and answered all the questions my wife and I had. Warren was very kind and knowledgeable. We have his business card and will be calling him if we need any inspections in the future.

Had the best experience with the cleanup crew. But a drastic difference with the reconstruction. It's been 6 months and they will not finish the job. I have to call them or weeks will go by with no work or communication.the reconstruction manager never follows through and never calls you back. They have an entry level receptionist handling all correspondence. They are a minus 20 for customer service. My reconstruction should of been finished 3 months ago. I am losing hope that they will never finish the job they started. Very disappointing and so sick of having to call and get no real response. This has caused so much stress and anxiety for my elderly parents.

The Meriwether had a massive flood that downed a bunch of units, because Brandie we were able to get equipment in the apartment's fast and able to start the work immediately. She was very commnicateable and able to give me an update daily on how the process was going. Brandie was able to turn what you think was a nightmare into easy step process and made the transformation smooth.

I just recently started working with Servpro after a pipe burst and flooded one room in my house two days ago. I have been very happy with the company so far after two visits and can highly recommend using them if you have a similar issue. I was so upset when I first called because of the water soaking the room, but Servpro came out within the hour and set up fans and a dehumidifier, and things are drying out - yay!! Juan, Garrett, and Daniel have been so helpful, professional and calming during this ordeal, and they have patiently answered my many questions and explained everything clearly and completely. I feel so much better since all this started! Highly recommend this company!

Everybody I spoke with during the job was professional, respectful, and patient with my questions! I highly recommend using this company if you have a similar incident at your house. Zeke and Johnsey with SERVPRO were super friendly and professional, Explained everything they were doing when asked. They were very respectful to my kids, puppy and property and even helped With clean up and haul off with material that was ruined by the water damage. Working with ServPro has been a great experience! Waking up to a lake in our bathroom was not ideal in any way, but working with Production Manager, Victor, and his crew of Daniel, Johnsey, Ezekiel and Garrett, has worked out marvelously. Melissa in the office has been phenomenal as well and has really helped me understand the process and has kept me up to date every step of the way. Thank you for your outstanding service, ServPro!

Water mitigation team was excellent. As for the repair or installation portion of our claim. Not a good experience at all. Would recommend for water mitigation but not installation or contracting.

Servpro was fast, efficient, and super friendly in helping me deal with a very stressful situation. They mitigated damage very quickly within 12 hours of the event and helped prevent substantial loss! Warren is an amazing guy to work with super informative and professional and I could tell he really cared about me as a customer. Eric and his team that came on site were also very professional and courteous. Hats off to all of them - very thankful for their quick response and excellent technique! Would recommend!!

We had the smell of cigarettes in one of the rooms of our house and didn't know how to deal with it but we had a tech from Servpro come out and give any recommendations to how we could deal with it, Warren Ruiz. He was incredibly friendly and gave us incredible information about what we could do to solve this problem.
I would definitely give this company a call in the future.

Daniel was professional, courteous, and excellent at explaining the whole process of what their plan of attack is going to be for the repairs I need for my home. I would absolutely recommend Daniel and ServPro to everyone!

Servpro- especially Warren and Chris- quickly turned around a cleanup job for us in Benton City. They were professional and worked very hard to get us exactly what we wanted. They were honest and gave us the best recommendations and their thoughts on what to get done as fast as possible. I could not recommend them more! The other team members that were extremely helpful were Daniel and Leo and Melissa as their manager.

Victor was amazing, truly a huge help. He provided top notch customer service, education about our situation, recommendations to help save our tile after a minor flood, and followed up for additional testing. He even went to the crawl space to take measurements to verify the floor was dry. He’s the best, we’re so grateful to him!

Over all ServPro did a great job of us. Louise and Juan did a wonderful job on the rebuild. Micheal did a great job working with the insurance company negotiating the repair cost. Our only complaint is that communication was not the best especially during the mitigation process. We never knew for sure when someone was coming. A call fifteen minutes before arriving doesn’t work.

Jessica and her ability to put your mind at ease is something that I will never forget. Making sure that you understand what is going on with any issues that arise from her inspection and giving you photographs to show the proper people who will come in and fix the problem after her and her crew clean up the mess is very thorough.
The photographs are clear, not blurry at all. They give a clear picture of any problems.

Our store had a pipe burst back in January and Servpro did an amazing job putting our store back together. Appreciate all the hard work they put in! Apologize that we didn't get everyone's name, but Warren, Esmeralda, Mike, Koren and Eli were all very professional and always made sure to let us know what was going on with each step.

My experience with Warren at Servepro has only just begun but so far he has been very informative and responsive. I look forward to working with him on this project.

Servpro came to our rescue at our most desperate hour!
With the cold weather our sprinkler system burst and we were flooded in minutes. After we reached out to them they were on site within 30 minutes and starting the cleanup process. We were so overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start but they just started cleaning it up!

Called SERVPRO today. Not the easiest call because this is our first home and we noticed some recent water damage. They were super quick to get 2 techs out! Since the first call we got from Warren I could tell that they were trying to make everything easier for us. Warren and Remi stopped by and immediatly started working on trying to figure out the issue. All I can say is that if I could give them a higher rating than a 5 star I would. They were both very profesional, kind, and understanding. They explained things throughly, made sure we understood what was going on and honestly made this process less stressful. I highly reccomend this company but I especially recommend asking for Warren and Remi. Can't recommend these two enough!

Warren & Remy came out to disinfect a sewer backup we had in the basement. Super quick, & efficient. They showed up less than 5 min after calling, & took care of the job with speed & respect. Really appreciated their service.

When using the emergency service for water damage, Warren and Red treated my home with respect, were responsive, professional, and worked into the early morning to ensure that the incident was properly documented and stabilized. Highly recommended!

We very much enjoyed working with Servpro and their team, Juan, Lewis Zeke and David, Remy and all the other hard workers that came to our home replaced our countertops putting vinyl floor, put up new baseboards in our home made it all brand new. Servpro team performed professional work during demolition and renovation... special note, sometimes it's hard coordinating all the different contractors, the plumbers , the electricians, cabinet workers, but thanks to Michael Hazel and his team working together coordinating the many different complex jobs, despite some unforeseen setbacks, it finally all came together due to patience and serve Pros commitment to doing the job right..And now, we have our beautiful kitchen back better than before; new formica, new vinyl ,new Plumbing, new electrical, we're very happy with Servpro and their
