Elevate Insulation

Fred and his crew came to our old, not well insulated house and sealed the attic and added insulation bringing the cubic feet per minute of air loss down by 1000 CFM. Thanks to the increase in insulation and the air leaks that were sealed we now will stay cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. We should see a nice decrease in our energy bill too and we’ll have a nice savings on our income tax early next year. They were nice guys, very efficient, highly skilled and got the work done cleanly and in a short amount of time. This should make a significant difference in our energy cost and consumption as well as making our house much more comfortable. I’m very appreciative of having had this work done and of having had these guys do it!

They did a great job. Very knowledgeable and friendly crew. The first crew Eldon and Thomas did a door air checks to seal the roof. Eldon explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. He and Thomas worked quickly and efficiently. The next crew came to add the insulation, with Thomas (a different Thomas) it went the same way and I was able to watch. Very knowledge and careful to show and explain everything. He and Alyandro were also fast and efficient. The overall experience was great dn pleased with the results. Very professional and friendly service.

Installation of solar attic fan. Technician explained the install location. Provided photos of installation. Fan is quiet and within 15 minutes I could feel the cooler temp when i looked into the attic.

Service was performed to fix ventilation issues in the attic, and bring insulation up to code. Fred and crew were prompt and thorough.

Fred did an amazing job over there. 32% insulation improvement in less than 2 hours in a very tight attic. Er reviewed the work from all the pictures he took at that really look awesome. The after test was convincing.
The other crew that joined later also keep explaining all what they were about to do. It was a really good experience. An the price was excellent as well. Between the fact that they were doing a lot of houses in the neighborhood and the state rebate, the final price was great. We saved a lot.
On a more personal note, I really appreciated Fred's courtesy calling me as he was stuck in traffic and his very respectful behavior and friendliness. An excellent experience overall. From appointment to the end. I do recommend using their services

Eldon, Alejandro, Thomas and Thomas provided sealing and insulation in our attics today. I have to say they were one of the best group of guys ever to work with us. Eldon quickly reviewed and explained the process clearly. Any questions from me were readily answered. This was a great job with a great well trained, professional team.

I normally pass on offers made door to door, window replacement, siding, pest control, etc. I'm a hard sell. We have an older house built in 1979. The Elevate rep. inspected the attic, found some signs of mold and blown-in insulation which he rated as R10. He made a convincing case and the price with rebates was attractive. The install crew came two days later and were very professional and polite. We now have an attic sealed against moisture, R60 insulation and a solar powered attic fan. Very pleased with Elevate and I recommend them.

The team of Eldon, Daniel, Thomas, and Karson digitally checked air flow at windows and doors and in the attic before and after installation, sealed the leaky seams in the attic, blew in insulation up to R60 (including soffit baffles for air flow), as well as the roof-mounted solar-powered attic fan. All experienced installers. Before and after pictures reviewed to satisfaction. Thorough cleanup. Highly recommended.

Fred and Nathan were courteous and pleasant, and they worked efficiently to get the job done. Fred's crew was professional and did a thorough job documenting their work in the attic with before/after photos. Reduced the air leakage by 11% according to the blower door test they performed. They used rock wool around the chimney for fire safety and added several inches of insulation to the attic to get it to energy star level. They included rebates for energy efficiency programs in their pricing to save cost to me the homeowner and make it more affordable.

Honestly I had my doubts when their rep came knocking at our door asking to do an inspection; way too many home services being too pushy with that nowadays, but they were patient and explained everything thoroughly, including where the money goes and what cut they get from the incentive programs. The reinsulation job was quick, punctual, and professional, and I admire their honesty - they took a new fan install off the job once they took a closer look and found that mine wasn't broken, just needed some tweaking! I have a nice layer of cotton candy in the attic now, and hopefully have to worry about mold way less. Massive kudos to their team!

Everyone was very helpful, answered all our questions and they were very thorough and checked everything except, some time during the process of getting the attic ready for the insulation the wire to the furnace thermostat was accidentally disconnected from the thermostat and we are still waiting for that to be rectified.

He kept me informed of everything going on every step of the way. From the before and after results of the door fan test (real name unknown by me) showed a 23% reduction after the attic gaps were sealed!

They arrived exactly on time and were professional and courteous throughout. The work was done on time as promised. When rain prevented completion they scheduled a follow-up the next day and got it done no sweat. They cleaned up all messes and handled all minor problems without hesitation or complaint. What a stellar experience (not something I’ve been able to say that often with such work in the past, sadly!
