They replaced my main water line which started leaking. They are all about doing the job right with integrity. I will use them again for any yard water and recommend them to anyone.

I called Matt because my water bill spiked hundreds of dollars and I was worried there was a leak somewhere I couldn't see. I was pretty sure I didn't have any leaky faucets or running toilets but when I nervously asked if I could schedule today, double check them, and then call him back to cancel the appointment if I did indeed suffer from toilet troubles he assured me that would be okay and that he wouldn't charge me even if it called and cancelled on the day of the appointment.

Well I double checked and sure enough, the toilet was the culprit. I called him the morning before my appointment and sheepishly said I needed to cancel. He was happy I had figured it out without needing him to come out and then even gave me a few tips on how to double check that I wasn't leaking water somewhere else even after I replaced my toilet flappers.

So yea 5/5 stars even though he didn't step foot on my property.

Matt was very, responsive, educated, and efficient when it came to helping us find our leak. I called on a Monday and he was out the next day! His prices are more than fair compared to other companies I called. Although I hope I don’t have to, I would absolutely use him again.

Matt went above and beyond to locate my leak under an hour. Knowledgeable and professional. Hopefully I never have to use them again, but was able to diagnose my underground leak quick and accurately. Will update when I find my own leak. It wasn’t where was marked. Was off around 8 feet on center mark. Air escaping a “tunnel” of erosion affected this. Once heard sound stopped. Significant leak. So two rounds of rental equipment to cut driveway and extra digging. At least the leak followed the pipe. Plan to dig and extra costs.

Matt did a great job helping us find out what the heck was going on after we got a $500 water bill. He is super responsive and does a great job!

Called Leak finders west this morning and Matt returned my call in a timely manner. He came to our house same day and took all but maybe 20 min to find the issue, he even was able to fix it for us right away. He has fair pricing as well. I would totally use him again and recommend him to everyone.

Matt is amazing. He finds leaks and does exterior plumbing fixes, He came within an hour in a potential emergency situation -- there was a water leak in our neighborhood and the neighbors suspected it was coming from our land and we were hours away. He was able to confirm it was NOT coming from our pipes, told the neighbors how to get the water company to investigate it, and referred us to some excellent plumbers for unrelated interior work. He was reassuring, kind, intelligent, and logical -- everything you would want in an emergency situation. I would definitely call him again.
