When I tell you this company saved our house! We had a huge flood that insurance wouldn't cover and Bill and his guys have worked so hard to completely fix our house. Thorough, kind and fast. That's what you can expect from this company! I'd hug him if he'd let me.
Bill came to Moses Lake to my 77 year old mom’s house to locate a leak so she could have it repaired. He arrived about 10:30 and left between 12:30- 1pm. He turned off water at the shutoff valve and at the meter and listened to pipes attempting to locate leak. He charged my mom $600.00 before he left stating the leak was under the house somewhere. So, 600.00 later we still don’t know where exactly the leak is.
