Recently my house got hail damage and requires roof and gutter replacement. Keystone Home Improvement did great job not only on the projects itself but also having Bob helping a smoothly communication with our insurance company. Last but not least, many thanks Zach and team taking care of our concern during the works and always quickly response.

Keystone really got the job done!
Not only do I have zero complaints, I can say without hesitation that Bob is easily one of the nicest and most focused contractors I've ever dealt with. He had all my questions answered as soon as I asked them and everything went according to the plan he laid out.
I'll be honest that I was nervous about the entire process before I met Bob and was waiting for the other proverbial "shoe to drop". It never did.
They came in at the price they initially quoted, and my out of pocket was so close to nothing it was almost nonexistent. The job is done and there were no surprises or bad news.

Again I cannot recommend these guys enough. I will be using Keystone again for my next project! Thank Bob. You killed it man!

Keystone is an amazing company with wonderful people that do great work. Bob took care of us from day one until the job was completed. Our new roof is beyond what we had hoped for along with the new gutters in the garage wrap. They started on our roof yesterday morning and finished everything today. I’ve been in the industry for a long time and was pleasantly surprised with how quickly they turned the job around. We had our roof replaced by Keystone Home Improvment and we are beyond satisfied. The communication and entire project was perfect. Our roof was exposed to the elements and they were able to get us scheduled immediately without hesitation. They worked directly with the insurance company, which really took the stress out of the situation. The whole project was completed in one day and the guys did excellent work. The cleanup was amazing. We also had two screens damaged, which they picked up, and replaced immediately without one questions asked. We could not be happier and will definitely use them for any home project that pops up in the future.

I called Keystone and spoke with Bob about damage to my roof. He came out the same day to do his inspection/assessment. I needed a new roof, gutters, downspouts and siding replaced. Bob gave my the number to call my insurance to start the claim. Within 2 hours I had the insurance adjuster and Bob at my house. Thanks to Bob and his boss Zach I was able to get everything replaced and covered by my insurance. I am so pleased with the end result and the ease and speed of the process. This company is very professional and helpful. We had 3 sets of shingles on our roof and we couldn't find a company that would even touch our roof without charging us a arm and a leg. Lol this company came and helped us through our insurance and got the 3 sets off and a new roof put on. That was 4 yrs ago.
Well this week we had lots of wind and of the act of God a big branch fell on our roof and left a big gash in the roof. I called them and sent someone out the very next day and actually only took 10 mins. And worked with us and ended up not charging us because we have been there client from before. Let me tell you that no matter what due to inflation everything goes up and they took the loss and helped us tremendously so we didn't have stress on how much this was going to cost. I will always recommend them for all your roofing needs.

I've had Zach help with lots of things over the last 4 years, and he always does incredible work. Our roof was old and simply needed replacement, nothing complicated. We received several quotes. Keystone was responsive and competitive on price. We met Zach at the house to review the job and select the shingle color. Our shingle was out of stock so Zach got us a higher quality shingle in the same color at no extra cost to keep the schedule. The crew was in and out in one day and the site was left clean. Excellent value and service!

Bob did a fantastic job working directly with the insurance company to expedite my claim. The company went above and beyond to ensure the project fit my personal timeline. During the project, we uncovered a couple unexpected snags, but the owner kept the project on track and heavily discounted the solution - which I assume cut into their profits.

I had hail damage on my aging roof and they worked with my insurance company to replace my roof with a budget I could work with. They managed to work in a few upgrades without extra charges. Keystone worked quickly to replace our hail damaged roof. We had a small roof leak on the first Sunday after work was complete and John had a crew at our house to correct within an hour.

Keystone replaced our roof and fascia after a storm came through our area here in St Charles. They did a terrific job and helped us navigate the insurance claim process. Keystone Home Improvement took care of the new roof for our business a few years ago. We had damage from a recent storm and it was time for a new roof. Not only were we happy to know that this could be taken care of for nothing more than our deductible, we couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. Not only is our roof gorgeous, the care we have received since the initial work has been outstanding. Austin and the crew at Keystone have continued to be professional and reliable. The work is guaranteed, so as other storms have rolled through, they have been right there with quick service to take care of us.

We had some shingles missing which caused us to have a pretty bad leak in the kitchen. Zach came over looked at the roof found some hail damage and recommended I contact my insurance company. The day the adjuster came to my house Zach met him showed him what he’d found the adjuster agreed it was the hail damage and insurance would cover it. Zach knew we had a bad leak and they were calling for rain that weekend so he squeezed us into the schedule. The shingles were delivered the roof was replaced in 1 day and the mess was completely cleaned up before his crew left. I was extremely happy with the service so much so that I recently called him to get screens put on the gutters. I highly recommend Keystone they’re very professional and will go out of their way to help in any way they can.

On Friday June 11th a worker named Austin Rector knocked on my door trying to give me an inspection on a new roof. There was a sign in my yard from a different company that stated another company had already been by and are currently working on getting a new roof for me. When Austin came to the door he said to me that “his company would do a better job” than the company I am currently working with. The sign should of clearly indicated that I was not interested in another companies solicitation, yet he proceeded to talk badly about the company we are using! This was very disrespectful not only to me for trying to make me think they are a better company but it’s disrespectful to the company who is doing my roof! I would not recommend this company based on the fact that they are just trying to get money where they can by trying to take business away from another company!

I contacted Keystone to get a quote on new gutters and talked to Bob. Bob came out as scheduled and was very knowledgeable and professional! After inspecting my gutters and my roof, he advised me that my gutters were shot (as I expected) due to hail damage but that my roof also had significant hail damage and he showed me pictures of what he saw. Bob contacted my insurance company on the spot, to help me file a claim which only took a few minutes. Bob met with the insurance claims adjuster the following Monday at my house while I was at work. The same day I got a call from the insurance adjuster saying my claim was approved! I was thrilled of course that I only had to pay my deductible for new gutters and a whole new roof! The work was scheduled right away and my roof was replaced in 1 day while I was at work. Two days later the gutter crew came and replaced my gutters in less than 2 hours while I was at work. Both crews cleaned up afterwards. The roof and gutters look great and I couldn’t be happier with the way it all turned out. I am so grateful to Bob for his expertise. John and Zach are fantastic to work with. Did our roof and are in the process of replacing the siding on our home. The roof turned out fantastic! So far everything has been smooth and everyone is very responsive and there when we need them. Great team.

I can't say enough good things about them! The Project Manager Bob was awesome from the beginning to the end of the project. The crew that put a new roof on our home, not only tore the old roof but put the new one on, cleaned our gutters and did the clean up in less than 8 hours. John Orlando worked quickly with adjuster to not only get a new roof approved but also was able to get all new gutters and down spouts. John worked real closely with our Insurance company. He got in touch with them to file a claim with us and then met with our adjuster. He was able to get our roof approved without a problem and then pick a color with us that matched our siding. He organize the crew to put our roof on. I would highly recommend Keystone Home Improvement for your roofing and siding needs. Keystone recently installed a new roof, and a complete siding job on our home. Our Project Manager, Bob, was with us every step of the way. Bob explained the whole process and kept us updated on a daily basis. On the few occasions I had a question, I would call Bob and he would answer, even after normal business hours. I was also impressed with the owner Zach. Zach came out daily to check on the progress. As the project was ongoing we decided to replace our back doors. Zach came out and personally installed the doors. The professionalism of both Zach and Bob far exceeded my wildest expectations! John Orlando estimated my roof replacement and kept me updated .roofers showed up bright and early did a excellent job of clean up and we refinished before I made it home for lunch. Bob the Project Manager was great to work to with and made it a very easy turn-key process for me, He inspected my roof, siding, gutters, etc., identified hail damage, called and worked with the insurance company to make the claim, met the insurance claims adjuster at my house to review his findings and secured the claim. The installation crew was also great and could tell they have worked together for a long time and did it in less than a day and cleaned up anything perfectly. They were very conscious of their work.

Met Bob after some hail in our area, my roof was very old to begin with but he wanted to give it a shot submitting it for hail damage to the insurance company... insurance agreed and the roof and gutters were replaced with my only out of pocket cost being the deductible. The crew worked quick and cleaned up well. The new roof and gutters look great so very happy with the service.

The Keystone has just replaced my old roof and gutters. I have to say they have done a wonderful job. Bob, the sales person, told me that the roof had hail damages after inspecting my roof. His remind was later confirmed by inspector from my insurance company at my request based on Bob’s idea. None of those previous roofers told me that after they estimated my roof. Bob is very professional and honest. The replacement was quickly and well done. And the workers were very nice and always ready to hear and answer my questions. It looked like nothing changed except a well-done new roof on the top of my home after the workers left. I am surprised by that the job field and the ground around my home was so clean that I could not find any leftovers. The gutters had been well finished within 2 hours!

They got the roof done in one day and the siding done in two. They ordered the materials and had them on site within a few days and started promptly.

These guys did a excellent job repairing my roof and gutters. I called bob regarding my damaged gutters and he arranged for me to get my insurance to pay for the new roof and gutters (Minus my deductible). They really did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Zach and Keystone Home Improvement. All of the work performed was well done and communication was good. Zach was immediately on top of communication with the roofing crew when we had a question. The prices quoted were very competitive and there weren't any unexpected charges that came in once work started. I come from a family of contractors out of state and work as a structural engineer in case you need a reason to trust a review.

my experience with Keystone replacing my gutters was very pleasant and smooth.
They were referred to me by a friend who had a good experience with them. I contacted them through their website (as I did another company, who shall remain nameless) to get an estimate.
Bob called me the next day, and came by to take a look and give me an estimate. The estimate wasn't much more than what another friend told me he paid to have his gutters replaced EIGHTEEN years ago, so I was happy to accept.
(By the way, the OTHER company I contacted was that company--the one who had done that work 18 years ago. You know, I am STILL waiting to hear back from them :).
Bob scheduled the job to be done for about 10 days later. I came home that day, and there were no more sagging gutters, starting to fall off--but, instead, new, firm gutters to catch all the rain (hard to wax poetic about new gutters, so that's all I've got, but I was very happy to see the problem taken care of.
Throughout the whole process, Bob kept in contact, and was very easy to work with. I wish all of my dealings were this satisfactory.

John and Zach did an amazing job! In June, John knocked on our door and said he noticed our roof is very old, and he can help us to get a new roof. At that time, I did not quite believe him. He called me and came to our house several times to persuade us, and we decided to give Keystone a try. It turned out to be a great decision!
They helped us get a whole new roof. They negotiated with my insurance company for every step, and get all the cost covered. What we need to do is just to pay the deductible.

We went through several roofers until we met zackary from keystone, we decided to go with keystone and are very happy we did. Roof turned out great, workers cleaned up and were very accommodating with us having to go in and out , dog, work, school. I have passed their card along to a cpl of neighbors, I wld definitely recommend them. Zack was so very helpful in this process and made it less stressful! We will be calling them for future guttering!!

I had my roof my roof replaced and front fascias recovered. The crew was very good.and very efficient. The roof was replaced and area cleaned up in less than 6 hours. Zack and Jim worked with me to get everything completed as promised.

We had a roof put on last year by Keystone. He and his crew did an awesome job. When they were done I asked Zach about siding for our house. It was in need of some paint or something. We had Zach come by and get the info he needed to give us a bid. We talked it over and my husband and I agreed that we would let Zach do the work. He did an amazing job. During installation he gave us some ideas for several things that we had never thought of. We now have a beautifully vinyl sided home. We know who we will be calling if we need any other updates on our home. Zach and I have already discussed replacing doors that open onto our deck, but that will be next year. Great job Zach. Very satisfied customets.
