Everything was perfect! Big shout out to Robert C. For dealing with the mess of our insurance company for weeks. Was able to get the whole roof replaced and put on in half a day. The whole process was smooth and painless. Robert C. & Charlie T. met with the insurance adjuster to get done what needed to get done. The men who actually replaced the roof were really nice, very professional and extremely clean. Round of applause Tesson Roof!

Had Tesson Roofing come out to do repair work that another roofing company messed up. They were professional, detail oriented, and involved. wonderful experiences with Tesson Roofing and Exteriors as they have replaced 2 roofs for us. Everything they said was done even the insurance adjustor was impressed with their installation. Even the small things were not overlooked like spray painting with heat resistant paint my metal chimney the same color as the roof and it made a huge difference

This has been a great experience from start to finish. I had reservations about working with a door and window company. I was expecting the hard sell. It was nothing like what I anticipated. Everyone listen to my needs, offered great suggestions and Came back with attractive pricing. Plus the installation went as smooth as silk. Craig came to my home and he provided a very thorough and professional inspection of my roof. He also made some minor adjustments and repairs at no charge. Asked me to keep his company in mind for future repairs if needed and he showed up on time for the inspection! I will certainly go back for help from Tesson and Craig when the time comes.

Called Tesson Roofing after March hail storm hit our house and Craig Weil came out to check out house. Craig took plenty of pictures for insurance company. This is very important as project unfolded Ethan Hall was out everyday to oversea work being done. When I had a question, Ethan had an answer or would get back to me. Five star across the board with Tesson Roofing! I was recommended to Tesson by my insurance agent, and I’m so glad I called! Our technician, Jake, was amazing! He came out as soon as possible to assess our damage and is extremely knowledgeable about everything. He answered all of our questions, was always prompt in email responses and callbacks, did a spot on color match for our siding and helped us at every step with our insurance claim! He made the claim process way less intimidating and way less painful than I had expected. I’m so appreciative of the care and concern he put into our job!

Also, the quality of the work is amazing. The repair teams were here a day for our roof and a separate day for our siding. Everything looks amazing and they did a very thorough cleanup.

Tesson Roofing sent 3 teams to completely rip off and replace our siding, roofing and gutters in 2 days! The other house on my street that used other companies… took 4-5 days! The team lead was polite and kept me up to date on the progress and asking if I had any concerns. I would recommend Tesson Roofing time and time again!!

After the March hail storm, Tesson Roofing and our rep, Craig, were very responsive and was at our house within a couple days to assess the damage. Craig has been a delight to work with, always keeping us up to date and in the loop; often working long hours to keep his clients happy. My home is a full brick house that was built in 1904. I was meeting with a tuck pointing company who while examining the house pointed out areas where the mortar had been worn away because my gutters were overflowing, not because they were blocked, but because there were too few downspouts to handle the storm runoff.

I reviewed 5 companies that did gutter repair work and the most professional, well reviewed and reasonably priced company was Tesson Roofing. My main contact was Jake, who handled the paperwork, arranged to have everything ready for the work to begin, as well as answering several questions I had via email and text. The team that came out to do the work was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. They left my yard cleaner than they found it. I’m quite satisfied with Tesson’s work and would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone needing gutter repair work.

Definitely recommend Tesson for roofing. Great clean up. At one point during the day of the roofing project, I noticed something and was concerned. The project supervisor had left for a bit, so I called Jake about it. Jake and another supervisor from the company showed up at my home within 15 minutes, addressing my concern. They were 100% responsive, professional, and thorough. I have complete confidence in the company and would hire them in the future.

He also took care of talking with my Insurance Company and negotiated additional money from State Farm in order to get all repairs covered. After a tornado damaged my roof, I decided to go with Tesson Roofing as my contractor. I had not previously heard of Tesson but I knew Rob Clark which made my decision easy. I hate leaving such a low review but I never received a return call to schedule someone to come look at my issue. I called around 9am on Monday morning and the lady I spoke with was very professional and took all my information. She told me that she was forwarding my information to their sales department and I would get a call back within 12 hours. It is now Thursday afternoon and I have not received any further contact from the company. Meanwhile another company I also contacted at the same time came out and assessed the situation for me. Please don't say you will call someone and not do it. Disappointing.

Not really sure how to feel, Still waiting for the work to start finish working out the negotiations with the insurance company. So far so good.

I am dissatisfied with the gutters we had put on the individuals that put the gutters on have caused my roof start leaking. When contacted Tesson says have to file all these forms and ask for additional items my roof was in good condition the insurance company was out just 3 weeks before. Tesson should have sent someone out to review this and they did not. I don’t recommend this company.

I scheduled an appointment for a roof and siding estimate over a month ago. Craig was supposed to arrive today (4/25/25) at 4:30 PM to provide the estimate. I called at 3:30 PM to confirm the appointment, which they did.

By 4:50 PM, Craig has still not arrived. I attempted to call multiple times with no answer and received no communication about delays or cancellations. This was particularly frustrating as I had specifically set aside time for this appointment and have another meeting scheduled for 5:00 PM.

The complete lack of communication or courtesy call is unprofessional. While I understand that emergencies and delays happen in business, a simple call to reschedule would have been appreciated.

I cannot recommend a company that doesn't respect customers' time. I'm disappointed by this experience, especially after waiting over a month for this appointment.

In March, we got hit very badly with storms that caused me to have roof and siding damage. I reached out to Tesson Roofing & Exteriors to help me through the process. I reached out to Joe M. Who was prompt at replying and has been there through the whole process to help me pick a good siding and roof that would match overall. They also were willing to come out and talk with my adjuster throughout the whole insurance process. Overall, they completed my roof and siding ( soon my gutters too) and they did it quickly and I could not be more appreciative of all the work they did for me.

They provided a detailed estimate up front and answered all my questions about warranties. The crew worked efficiently, completed the job on time, and left my property spotless.
