L&M Exteriors - Fenton, MO

My sister and I inherited my dad’s home after he passed away, and the house was listed for sale (under contract) when the buyer asked us for a new roof. We had no idea where to start looking or who to call. Our agent gave us the contact info of several companies (all of whom we contacted) and we decided to go with L&M. We met with Tony who was so kind, personable and professional and just seemed to know good customer service. We immediately felt at ease working with him. One thing I immediately noticed was that L&M was a Veteran owned company and my dad was a combat Veteran of the Vietnam war. I felt in some way that this was a meaningful way to honor our dad, by choosing to do business with people he felt so passionate about. It was an emotional time for my sister and I losing our parent, handling his estate & being faced with unexpected hurdles, but Tony made it all as painless as possible. After we placed our order they had our shingles and materials delivered and the new roof was on in no time without us having to push our closing date. I couldn’t recommend them more wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future for projects at our own home.
