Horrible company. They don’t even have their own employees. They go out after they get the job and try to find someone to do it for them. Had multiple people showing up at my door. Look like they were fresh out of prison. Even had the contractor after the deal was done starting demanding more money saying he’s not getting paid enough then laughed saying he was just trying to get more money. After he stated, he did not need the extra materials that he was demanding money for.

American Roofing and Exteriors did an amazing job on our roof and shutters. Mark was open and honest from the quote to completion. Joe kept us informed of any details such as materials being ordered and delays due to weather. We are very pleased with A.R.E and wouldn't hesitate to call them back for any future repairs or remodeling needs.

Gutters were great. Roof also looks good. Minus 1 star for messing up some flashing and counter flashing on the front of my house. Sent a guy out to fix it and it looks better, but still messy

American Roofing and Exteriors has completed my roof siding and most recently soffit. Shayna was easy to work with and responsive when I had questions. She worked with my insurance company and made the process easy and painless. Will use Shayna for all my needs.

American roofing company came to me on a referral from a neighbor, after I had tried hiring another company that had very poor communication. Matt was quick to reply, professional and courteous to work with. He came out and explained everything thoroughly with his product examples and clearly explained why their quote came in under the competitors. Matt showed up as scheduled to introduce the installation cew, who were outstanding bye the way. The price quoted, including the premium ridge vents and siding repair was very reasonable.
After going through the full roof replacement process I feel they were honest and trustworthy. I am more than satisfied with this experience and happily recommend them.

Brett did a wonderful job from start to finish! He made sure to inform me of what needed to be fixed and even helped me to call my insurance to file my claim. He came out and met with my adjuster and helped get my claim approved for the new roof. He was very knowledgeable about every question I had during the process too! Once my roof was finished, he came the same day to make sure everything was done right and also checked that everything was cleaned up from my driveway. I am HIGHLY satisfied with the service I received! From now on, I will recommend American Roofing and Exteriors to my family and friends, the whole experience was stress free and I cannot thank you enough for such beautiful work!

American Roofing and Exteriors (ARE) performed a complete roof replacement at my residence. From the first meeting to the completion of the work, the service was outstanding. The salesman that presented ARE's products and services was very knowledgeable and the office staff very responsive to my follow-up inquiries. Updates on pandemic-related production delays were communicated on a regular basis. The installation team did excellent work and left the yard and work area clean. A management-level employee stopped by several days after the work was done to conduct a quality-control check. I was very satisfied with the experience from start to finish.

USAA referred us too AREI for inspection and roof replacement due to storm damage. I'm glad they did. Steve was the rep we worked with, he made several trips to insure the USAA adjuster was aware of all areas that were damaged. He came by during installation to make sure the workers were doing the job properly. AREI sent an inspector after the job was complete to check and make sure everything was done correctly. Office staff very cooperative. Overall we are extremely happy with AREI and highly recommend them.

We had a new roof put on with American Roofing and Exteriors. Not only did we get a new roof, we got new gutters and gutter guards!! Plus they put on facia around our windows and facia around our chimney. Our insurance covered it less $1000 deductible. This company is very reliable, friendly and they cleaned up everything after they were done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a new roof or exterior to their home. Great company. They came out, (for a free inspection and estimate) checked my roof, gutters, etc. They also contacted my ins company for me, gave me a break down of the costs of everything and explained all. The roof was replaced in just a few hours. They left no trace of them being here, as in they cleaned up every last piece of the old roof they took off. Fabulous. Thoroughly impressed and happy with the quality of the work and employees of American Roofing.

The only problem I had was trying to get a start date, it kept changing. But once they finally got started work went very well and I am satisfied with the finished product and I would use them again.

We had Americian come out to give a bid on new siding for our home.

I did not give 5 stars because I continue to find nails and scraps. I have found over 50 nails.

I needed to replace a roof on my house, I called American Roofing on the recommendation of a friend. Brett came to look at the roof, he made some recommendations, I agreed and signed a contract with American Roofing. They came to my house on the agreed date. They did a fantastic job,cleaned up after they were done. I appreciate the quality of the workmanship and professionalism of Brett. I would use them for any future roofs.

James went above and beyond in making our new roof possible. He worked diligently with our insurance company and communicated with us every step of the way. The office staff were helpful in scheduling and the roofers got the job done in a timely manner. A great team to work with!

The estimate process was quick and accurate. Once scheduled, the crew showed up and as promised were completely cleaned up and finished in one day. If I ever need roof work done again, this will be the company of choice.

The customer service during this process was excellent. When the roofers got to my home. They worked nonstop. They actually got it all done in one day versus two days. Awesome overall.

Brett was my primary contact, the communications regarding the estimate, meetings with my insurance adjustor, contract, payment terms, statement of work and all related project details were handled in an exemplary manner. This was one of the most positive experiences I have had over my life time with a contractor. The final product, my new roof was outstanding. I would have no problem recommending this company to any of my friends, family or colleagues.

My wife and I were recommended to use American Roofing & Exteriors by our insurance company as part of a claim process. AREI did a very good job along the way providing excellent communication from Joe Woods. The job itself was completed quickly with no issues and very good clean up afterwards by the crew. (its the smart thing to do) After getting quotes, I make the final and BEST decision. I have final say!! I AM THE HOMEOWNER NOT MY FATHER !!!!!!
Only positive thing is the gentleman apologized more than once. I felt as if they felt embarrassed that they had to leave because of this company policy.

I'm working on getting bids on a metal roof for a business. While we haven't made our decision yet, I can honestly say that their customer service has far and away been the best of the five companies we've dealt with. If the prices are comparable, they've got our business.

They did great job, doing all that was expected, even if it was not super clear in the contract. I especially appreciate Casey, who was very good to work with, addressing any little concern or problem quickly, even fixing a small problem caused by me after the job was finished and paid for. Thanks.

Six yeats ago AREI put a new roof, soffit & fascia and gutters on our house. They also replaced some siding. Our experience with this company has been great! They did excellent work, got the job done in a timely manner and cleaned up well afterward. Also, their customer service is amazing! They are very friendly, attentive and get back to you quickly. We recently had a small repair job done. Dan Miller came out and took care of that for us. He was very kind and professional. We highly recommend American Roofing and Exteriors!

It was a great experience! The 3 gentlemen came right when I was told they'd be here and they worked diligently until both of our windows were fixed! Then they let me know they were done & we're on their way! The windows look & work great!!

Brett took great care of me. I could not ask for a better company to put a roof on. He took care of all insurance issues and I just sat back. Guys who did the roof were nice clean and got the work done fast.

American Roofing and Exteriors put a roof on my house which is a brick 2 story in the city. It's right at 100 years old, and has a flat roof. Initially there were some leaks, but they worked with me until we got it right and took care of everything! Matt made it right!

American Roofing has done work for me at three locations, two business and my home. They kept at it until they found a pesky drip at my house. (It was one of the roof vents.) They have done small jobs and large jobs for us and worked with our insurance company to fix a major flat roof replacement. I would recommend them and would use them again.

American Roofing did great work for us. They helped us navigate the insurance processes and provided a thorough description of the roofing work we needed done. They completed the work quickly and cleand up the site well. When a piece of our facia wouldn't match they replaced the whole section. They even followed up a couple of additional times.
