North Contracting & Roofing

My experience with north contracting and roofing was entirely unprofessional and painful. My property management company uses them for contracting. Well north contracting and roofing then contracts that work order out. I had two appointments that I took off work for and they no called no showed me. Dealing with the receptionist Sandra was also an unprofessional treat as well. Apparently she works completely remotes and her husband (who does not work at north contracting and roofing) kept interjecting himself into the conversation. Making appointments without confirming ect. Sandra tried to empathize with me but ultimately said “there’s nothing I can do about it I’m not in control”. Way to step up to the plate and take accountability for north contracting and roofing’s poor excuse of scheduling. You did the scheduling!

When the contractor finally came around to fix my roof after three missed appointments (two taken off work for). They were also extremely unprofessional. He couldn’t provide me the name of the company he worked for, or valid insurance, let alone speak coherently. I tried calling their dispatcher who didn’t pick up after three calls. These men then just shrugged without saying a word and walked off.

I do not believe they vet any of their third party contractors. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and time waters.

Very nice and knowledgeable. Came as quickly as he could to diagnose the issue and was able to have it fixed within a week. Highly recommended them to anyone!

The work was completed and very thorough as well.

These guys do great work! Hired them to fix some problems with our box gutters, and they discovered that an animal had broken into the attic that we were unaware of. They fixed that as well. Reasonably priced, and they arrive when they say they will, work diligently and professionally. I will use them again!

I just had my floors and stairs done. We are so pleased of how it turned out. The crew was polite and I liked how they cleaned after they were done. I highly recommend Picasso Construction LLC.

Excellent roofers who helped with various other jobs. Excellent communication and very skilled and thorough team. Would use again and would recommend to others.

Came out and didn't BS me on the details. Did the work I asked for and didn't try to sell me on a whole new roof like every other company does. Professional, quick, and easy to work with. 5 stars.

Vincent is very knowledgeable and kind, making time right before the holidays to complete a repair and address concerns we had about our roof on a home we just moved into. We plan on using him and his team on a larger project next year. He explained everything very well before and after, and took photos. I highly recommend them.

Vince and crew helped me complete several projects with a range of scopes throughout the years. Be it roofing, tile backsplashes or paint job, the crew and quality of work were exceptional. Vince makes a personal effort to ensure that you are pleased with the work completed. I would recommend him and his crew to anyone, especially new homeowners.

Excellent company with a very trustworthy staff.
They came and gave me an estimate for a new roof. We above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work.
Completed it in a timely manner and were very neat and clean as they worked and when they were done you wouldn't have even known they were there.

They did a great job on my roof it was fast started and finished in one day. Price was good I would definitely have them back to do work on my house.
