Alan was quick to respond when we found a leak in our roof over the winter. We got set up with a temporary solution until the weather permitted the full roof replacement. His crew worked fast and cleaned the job site thoroughly upon completion. We have already recommended him to others and will continue to do so.

I called Alan Construction to get a quote to replace the flashing around a chimney. The owner, Alan, returned my call quickly and not soon after, came by to give me a quote. He noticed flashing and chimney issues and recommended I get the pointing repaired before they replace the flashing. Pointing work was complete and Alan’s team came back to fix the flashing but, once up on the roof, realized the larger issues were aging shingles and gutters. I decided to work with Alan Construction to replace both as his bid was very competitive. Alan patiently answered my questions about the shingle options and colors and kept me updated on the work schedule. His crews were friendly and extremely efficient in completing and cleaning up after both projects. Everything looks better than I expected and I'm happy to support a Greenfield business.

I’m very thankful to have found them to redo my siding in this crazy cold weather. After the recent strong winds, I had some siding blow off and felt that that time was right to consider to replace my entire siding and not have to worry. James was clear on why the siding pieces were ruined and it would need patched or replaced. He turned around a fast estimate and had clear expectations on what could be done with both replacement options and plenty of colors to choose from as well. The pricing was extremely fair and was competitive with the market! They fit me in fast and after the dangerously cold temps passed, they were able to complete the job cleanly, efficiently, and have great results. They provided a ton of clarity on what to expect, were available when I had a question, and worked to make sure the job was done properly. I’d highly recommend to any and all that I can. We have old box gutters that had a hole which was causing leaking into our spare bedroom. Alan construction was able to come out ASAP to give us a reasonably priced quote as well as mentioned another area of the roof that could use some work (every other company used a drone to view our gutter/roof, this is the only company that actually went up). They even offered to do a temporary fix if there would be any rain in the forecast before they could come out to complete the job. Work was done promptly and both workers were extremely professional. Will 100% use again when we eventually get our entire roof redone. Also, it’s rained twice since the repair and no water in the house at all.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I recently had such a great experience with Alan Construction I feel compelled to provide one. I installed 8 new windows and needed them wrapped in metal. Alan Construction was the only company that returned all my calls and texts in a timely fashion. They were extremely courteous throughout the entire process. The sheet metal mechanic (James) that did the install was a superstar. His attention to detail for the metal installation and caulking was outstanding. James made sure after the windows were done the jobsite was cleaned up of all trash. I was truly impressed.

When you get a leak in your roof, it's a crisis. I talked to more than a dozen local roofing companies, but only Alan was willing to come out and personally put a patch on before the next rainfall. Saved me a lot of money in damages. The roof replacement is finished the same day it begins.

Had a guy come out to do a repair on my porch roof he CLAIMED he fixed it .. after he left it leaked more then before he came , he came out again because it was leaking and he CLAIMED once again he fixed it and long story short IT STILL LEAKED!!! Tried to contact again and no response worst experience EVER 700$ down the drain thanks a lot !

If you need a new roof or anything roof related, look no further. Alan Construction were professional, and with all their experience the work speaks for itself. They showed up at 0745, were on the roof by 800 AM and had brand new roof by 600 PM. To top it all off, Alan said the magic words we all want to hear, "You don't pay until you are pleased with the work". I usually don't post reviews, but I hate getting work done on my house, so Alan made the process simple and I loved the final result.

It was extremely easy and fast working with Alan Construction. I reached out about a roof vent estimate, and 2 hours later Vince was at my house getting to work. On top of that, they provided high quality and efficient work for literally half the estimate “the other guys” gave me. I’m beyond impressed!
