I have used Umbrella several times and each time the prices were reasonable and the work was excellent. The whole team is very professional, knowledgeable and so warm and friendly that you feel like part of the Umbrella family.
My most recent project was roof/vinyl siding installation. Ed, Melvin, Scott and the others were a pleasure to work with, but I want to give a special thanks to Ed for taking the time to walk me through the whole process and answering all of my questions. I casually mentioned to Ed that I was hoping to have the siding done by Memorial Day, not thinking it would happen, but because Ed Is next level, he worked all day on the fri before the holiday to get it done and my house looks amazing! It's been a month and I am still receiving compliments!

We had a great experience with Umbrella Roofing. Rocky and team worked on our 100-year-old slate roof with the level of care and craftsmanship we were hoping for.

They replaced damaged slate, installed new bathroom fan vents, and refinished our flat roof — all while preserving the original look of the house. They were incredibly easy to work with: responsive, on time, professional, and very tidy throughout the project.

We’re already planning to have them back for gutter replacements. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality work and a team that understands older homes.

Umbrella Roof did the roofing and siding on our new house and we are very pleased. We were impressed from the beginning with their office staff who were super friendly and accommodating and had the sales rep Ed meet us on the weekend when we’re off work. He went over everything and I learned more about roofing than I ever really thought I could possibly know but I am so glad I did! The install was also clear and I had a supervisor (Melvin) going over details with me the entire time and showing me photos and went over everything and made sure it was all cleaned up. Really impressed and I would highly recommend them!

- After strong winds a couple weeks ago flashing had blown off of our roof. We left a voicemail on a Saturday and received a call first thing Monday morning. Umbrella Roofing did a great job on my roof! I called them on the Thursday before Thanksgiving, they came out the next day, and the roof was finished on Monday. I was able to enjoy Thanksgiving without worry. The staff was friendly and communication great. The price was affordable.

He was extremely knowledgeable and personable which is important to me when I am hiring someone They promptly sent me a detailed contract. Umbrella Roofing is the poster business for customer service. Ed provided a thorough and comprehensive review of the issues with our roof including some root causes of the issues. He provided pictures and took the time to give explanations and education of basic roof installation. Although his estimate for the repairs was more than another estimate, the repairs were more comprehensive to resolve the immediate issues and position us to have the roof last. Umbrella Roofing also set us up to have the regular maintenance done to ensure the roof lasts and meets the performance expectations. Our roof was supposed to be a brand new roof so we did not except to have leaks or have a major repair less than 2 years after having the new roof was installed. Umbrella's entire team is great! Jessica in the front office actually answers the phone and returns phone calls. If there are questions she gets answers. The Project Manager Melvin is also great at communicating with customers and making sure the job gets done and done right. The installation team was efficient and did great work. Of course Ed came to ensure everything was completed and completed correctly in the scope of work. He showed pictures of the completed work. The great thing about Umbrella Roofing is they provide a cost estimate that documents all the work they will perform and answer any and all questions. You also get before and after pictures as well as pictures of the work as it was being done. I highly recommend Umbrella Roofing without reservation! Their prices are very reasonable and their customer service is awesome!
