Ted's Construction llc

Unfortunately, we had a time sensitive job scheduled to be completed with Ted where he was to install 5 boots for plumbing vents and four ducts for exhaust fans on our roof. We confirmed the appointment, which was set for Sunday, on both the Thursday and Friday prior. Sunday morning we arrived to the job site and Ted was not there, he did not answer our call or text and has yet to connect with us. The job was time sensitive due to our Jersey native plumber finishing his part and only being able to assist Ted with the ducts on this day as he lives out of state. Ted was informed on how important this job was to get done and gave us his professional word that he would be here. Now, the work isn’t done, the plumber has left without being able to run the ducts + we need to find a new roofer who is reliable. It’s definitely disappointing but I’m hoping to save anyone else looking to use them, some time and energy.

Excellent Craftsmanship and service !! Ted done an Awesome job! He was very patient and knowledgeable which played a big factor on choosing my wood flooring. He was right, it looks AMAZING!! Replaced my ceramic flooring in my mud room and installed wood flooring throughout. THANKS AGAIN Ted!
