Lightening fast assistance. I needed two air conditioning units installed ASAP and Kevin was able to squeeze me in same day. His fee was affordable. His service was excellent. 10/10 would recommend and will use again.

What a find! I found my handyman for life in Kevin. I called Kevin to fix the roof of my shed, and he was out in a day to look at it, and before you know it, I had him fix the roof of my shed, damage to the shed with some rotting wood, shutters, the lock, and siding. That shed looks brand spanking new now!

On top of that, I then had him fix an issue with an outdoor fountain and fix an issue with my gutter. All things that other contractors don't want to fix because the jobs are "too small".

He even went an extra mile and helped with an issue that my hvac/plumber didn't resolve correctly around my AC thermostat hookup and my hose bib. An urgent issue that needed a fix quick and he was right out and on it.

Truly, he was awesome every step of the way, respectful, worked his butt off between other jobs, and the guy can do it all!

As the name of this shop, Reliable Maintenance, my experience with this shop was price was fair & job was good.
I concluded in one word, RELIABLE.

Kevin was a lifesaver!!! I needed my powder room pedestal sink disconnected for a floor job & I had reached out to someone else first. When they came out, I could tell they were just trying to include additional items to their invoice and what they quoted just didn't sound right. A few days later, I miraculously found Kevin & his business & he literally saved the day!! He came out the afternoon before the floor installation & had the sink out in less than 30 mins. When the floors were done, he came back & reinstalled it in the same amount of time. He was responsive, efficient, fair, & overall a great person - my dog was obsessed! Thank you so much & I'm sure you'll be hearing from us again! :)

I needed a front entry door repair. The service technician was above and beyond professional and polite. I live in a condo complex and he was able to perform the job with little disturbance to the neighborhood.

Kevin did an amazing job repairing our dryer. We have a very old dryer that required quite a bit of work to get the motor working again and he made the repairs to get it going again. We will definitely be requesting his services in the future and will recommend him to anyone and everyone.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Kevin was great! Very friendly and professional. Felt like we had known each other for years. He came to put in a new sink and faucet. As he was leaving I was asking him about another issue I had just to see if it was something he could fix and he did it right there and then with no problem. His prices were VERY fair. He will definitely be our go to guy for all our home repair needs and trust me we will probably keep him very busy lol. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs something done in their home.

I needed various projects done from cleaning out gutters and replacing downspouts to completely rebuilding a deck and stairs and fencing along the driveway. Reliable maintenance provided a detailed estimate and consistently communicated status as the project was going along. The final cost was well within budget. Reliable maintenance was a high quality and enjoyable experience. Kevin was very easy to talk to and his quote was very reasonable especially considering how much work he put into the job.

We had Kevin completely reface our deck. But he went above and beyond to make sure not only did he reface it but that this deck looked good as new, along with assuring the integrity of the deck was sound underneath. Weather was unbelievably hot and he was still out here working his tail off making sure the job was done right and he holds himself to a high standard that you see in his work.

My husband & I needed to replace our kitchen faucet but once my husband looked at it he knew it would be best to have someone else install it. I found Reliable Maintenance & called to see if they could help us...on a Saturday no less. I left a message & Kevin called me back within 5 minutes. I explained what we needed done & to my surprise Kevin said he could be at our house later in the afternoon since he was on another job. Kevin told us the time he could be here but actually arrived earlier then what he initially told us! Once he was here he was able to get the job done quickly as well as efficiently. His work was exceptional & while doing the work he was neat as well as professional. His pricing was very reasonable & we are extremely pleased with the work. Wow! Kevin is fantastic - it's impressive all the stuff he knows how to do. We just bought our home and had a laundry list of items to fix from the inspection report (our house is old). We called three other handymen and we are glad we went with Reliable Maintenance. From the start, you could tell he is knowledgeable and honest.

First, he voluntarily went through each line of the report, pointed out what he could fix and where I needed to call a specialized professional (i.e. electrician, termite). He also recommended specialists he knew.  Second, he provided an estimated total which included labor and parts. The final estimate was right on target. His pricing is extremely fair compared to other services. Third, He was very flexible with our schedule. He worked within our timeline through weekdays and weekends.

What's most impressive is his workmanship; he was able to fix/ repair the following for our house: cracks in chimney, support under the porch, got rid of mold and repainted basement ceiling, foundational cracks, new gfi, solved the problem of the strange shower noise, proactively noticed toilets weren't flushing correctly and fixed those, installation of carbon monoxide detectors,  fixed door locks, and more that I'm forgetting.

He is true to the name of his company and he'll be our first call for as long as he's doing this. I definitely recommend him for all your handyman needs!

Reliable Maintenance was recommended to me when my kitchen sink sprung a leak and needed to be replaced. Kevin responded immediately to my calls and texts and set up a date to do the install. I am not a handy person, so his advice and guidance through text was extremely helpful when shopping for replacements and planning for install day. Kevin arrived promptly and we immediately hit it off. He is so personable and you feel like friends almost immediately. Kevin stayed and chatted while getting the work done and i had a great time having my sink repaired which is crazy to type out. He charged me an incredibly affordable and fair rate and we talked about more future work that i plan to have done. Let me start by saying that I am a female as it is important to note that females are sometimes hesitant about whom they let into their homes. I had a leak underneath my kitchen sink. It was a Friday, when I called 2 other places & Reliable. 1 of the other 2 places called me back and said he was not available till the following Friday. Reliable returned my call, stated that he was out of state, but would be back on Sunday & could take a look at my leak. Well, Kevin from Reliable did exactly that. He arrived on Sunday at set time, was very respectful, responsive, professional & knows exactly what he is doing. He explained to me the issue and possible causes. In the pocess of fixing my leak, he found another & fixed that one also. I explained to him that my 2 toilets weren't flusing properly and he fixed those as well. I was nervous about what the cost would be and was pleasantly surprised at how reasonably priced he is. I must note that he wore a facial mask and disposable booties over his shoes before entering. I highly recommend Reliable Maintenance LLC to any and everyone. My experience was very good as he is very personable. My search for a handyma is over as I intend to use Reliable for all of my home projects, small or large. I am giving 5 + stars.
