Craft Decking and Porches replaced our old collapsing deck with a beautiful new one that we are really enjoying. They were great to work with, friendly, prompt and professional, and clearly take a lot of pride in their work. They were also very flexible -- we had some other emergency construction work that delayed our scheduled start, but Lucas stuck with us and worked around our revised schedule.
Can't say enough positive about our experience with Craft Decking and Porches. We wanted to upgrade our 30 year old deck and expand it 12 feet. We had 3 companies provide us quotes. Craft Decking was so "good" that we decided to see about having that extra 12 foot expansion become a porch, which they worked with us about options and were up front about costs, what upgrades would be the best for the money while looking at all options and by no means were they pushy. I asked for references and immediately they provided 3 very satisfied customers with various levels of projects (one small, one very large etc. and ALL the customers had nothing but great things to say.) They started right when they said they would and the major project was completed on time and surpassed our expectations. The few small issues I noticed throughout the project they were quick to resolve PAST my expectations. The quality and hard work of the crew was very impressive, they also cleaned as they went. The communication was constant as well, whether it be inspections, working with sub contractors (electrician) or material deliveries the contractor was in constant communication with my wife and or myself. We now have a beautiful deck and porch addition that does not need the constant upkeep that our previous dated deck did' We could not be more happy with the work, professionalism and timeliness of this amazing company!
