My wife and I want to thank Ron Barker and his crew for doing our whole basement remodeling project. Ron gave us a reasonable estimate for the job. He listened to our plans and made suggestions which improve the look, functionality, and saved money. He is very knowledgeable in the home improvement trades. They were open to Changes we decided To make that work in the original contract. He and his crew showed up, were courteous, hard workers, clean and respected us at our home. I recently hired R.A. Barker to renovate a house I purchased. I had worked with Ron and his team to renovate a small bathroom in my previous property, and I was so impressed with their work that I didn't hesitate to hire them again. This time, they tackled a full renovation of a 3,000 square foot house that was in terrible shape, with holes in the walls, writing on the walls, roof leaks, and outdated bathrooms and kitchen. Ron and his team transformed it beautifully. They were great to work with. Ron is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. The renovation was completed on schedule and within the discussed budget. The quality of workmanship exceeded my expectations. They used high-quality materials and left the place clean and orderly each day. Communication was seamless, keeping me informed and involved throughout the process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend R.A. Ron helped us replace our windows in the early fall and we've been incredibly pleased with the end result. The original windows in our home were letting in a fair amount of noise from a busy street behind our house and we had condensation freezing on the inside of the windows on the coldest days of the winter. Ron suggested triple pane windows to help with the noise and add additional insulation. The windows were delivered in a timely manner and installed very quickly. All of our existing trim was barely disturbed by the install and within a day we had all new windows. The road noise was brought down significantly, we had no condensation issues what so ever, and the temperature was much more consistent in the house, even on the coldest days. We'll definitely be working with Ron for future projects around our home.

I had hardware installed for my cabinets. I am very pleased with all 70 cabinets the guys did a phenomenal job. I recommend this company for all work you want done. I’m definitely having them do all the work I want done in my home as well as outside work I want done . Thank you R A Barker you have a long time customer.

We remodelled and expanded our bathroom over the summer and did a lot of the work ourselves. Ron redid the drain plumbing for the shower and hooked up our new tub. He went out of his way to ensure the work got finished in a timely fashion and came back to double-check that it was working correctly. He gave me a massive amount of information that helped me with other aspects of the project and was friendly and professional the entire time.

We will be recommending him to all of our friends and will work with him again in the future should the need arise.

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to recommend this company. Water was seeping through my garage wall from the outside. They took the time to diagnose and fix the problem. They were professional and friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Ron helped make our vision a reality by redoing our secondary bathroom. During our consultation he took the time to really plan out what needed to be done and made us aware of any challenges that we may be faced with. He provided multiple suggestions and let us pick the options that we wanted. His workers were extremely pleasant, family & pet friendly, and respectful. At the end of each work day, Ron and his workers would ensure the safety of our family by cleaning all areas that were affected by construction. He worked efficiently and within the time line that he provided. He is a perfectionist in his field and we would recommend him to anyone looking to complete a home project.

RA Barker installed a powder room in my laundry room. They built the walls (frame, drywall, finish), installed all the plumbing, ran the new electrical, installed the toilet and sink.
