My experience with West Point Roofing could not have gone any better. Bella, my contact kept me informed throughout the entire process- from dealing with insurance company, scheduling, and answering any question that I could come up with, and promptly at that!
The crew arrived at the crack of dawn and worked tirelessly throughout the day until the job was completed 12 hours later. Then they spent another hour or more making sure every single nail and scrap of old shingle was cleaned up- you wouldn't have ever known they were there! Minus the perfectly executed brand new roof of course!!

This place is constantly calling me about a roof inspection. Bella called me early this morning, woke me up, didn’t say anything when I answered the phone then hung up on me. When I texted her to ask what she wanted, she could not even reply to my text. Horrible company and I recommend you use someone else if you need a roof inspection/repair.

Kyle was great to work with, made everything so easy. He was quick to respond when I would ask questions and made the process of getting our roof redone so simple. The end result looks great. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you Kyle!

This is the worst roofing company I hired to replace my roof. So disappointed with there work left damaged shingles, gaps between siding and roof guys do your self a favor and stay away from this company they want the easy money. I told them my siding was damaged by the hail of 5-30-24 and they literally called me liar. I told them to submit it to the insurance but they never did. If you do hire this guys double check there work because they do a shitty job.

I was almost ready to throw in the towel with getting my roof replaced after a few contractors being too aggressive. The get a call from Jake, set up an appointment. He was real friendly and wasn’t trying to push me around or begging to put a sign in the yard. I liked their numbers and thought I would let them continue to replace my roof. The install went and finished in a timely matter. However, during the install one of the screens was cut and I found roofing nails all over the place. Jake got the screen replaced, stopped by on his day off to pick up nails in the driveway and yard. Also, cleaned out debris in the AC condensor. So to sum it up, I would recommend West Point Roofing for your project, they’ll do a great job!

These guys have cold-called me so many times over the year, and I tell them every. single. time that I am not interested just because they’re “in my area,” They’ve called me at 9pm and are rude when I say no, and they called me at 8am today. When I mentioned this is too early for a cold-call that I’ve already declined, the guy starts to tell me “Well legally speaking..”

Brother, I don’t care about the legality of it; I’m telling you it’s annoying and like these other reviews mention: YOU GUYS DO NOT LISTEN WHEN PEOPLE SAY NO!

It’s 2025, most people do NOT like cold-calls especially multiple over time.

I have family that does roofing and I will always go to them every single time; why have a “list,” if you don’t take the people off that don’t want your services?

Had roof windows and gutters all replaced. Nate did an amazing job walking with the insurance agent and myself - with him pointing out damages the we didn’t see. He did an excellent job communicating during the whole process and keeping us informed during the complete process — Have and will continue to recommend him and West Point roofing for all our home repair needs to our neighbor and friends. They are a 10 for 10 in all parts of the business!!!!

Showed up 45 minutes late for the first consultation. No call, no show, no business. I understand things happen, but if you can't be bothered to call a potential customer how do they treat actual customers? I would have been fine with them being late had they made any effort. Terrible customer service.

WP Roofing was great to work with for our hail damaged roof and gutters. Nathan met with our appraiser and coordinated roofing, solar panel removal/application and gutter replacement. All crews were professional and easy to work with too. I would highly recommend WP Roofing.

This business keeps contacting both my wife and myself even though I have stated multiple times we don't wish to be contacted and to stop.

We have never had a business relationship with the company and they are violating the do not call registry to do this.

6 months ago I didn't know anything about this company, but now all I have is a very negative impression.

Edit since I cannot respond directly: Being in the area, hired by "neighbors," or "neighbors" having damage you can fix are NOT valid exemptions to the federal do not call list. The list is very clear on what valid exemptions are.

West Point came by and inspected my roof for free after a hail storm. The worked with my insurance company when I filed a claim and I was able to get my roof replaced quickly. They handled scheduling my solar panels being removed & re-installed. My new roof looks great!
