Larson and Keeney Home Services

I am very pleased with Larson and Keeney. Luke did a thorough search of my roof and gutters and presented his suggestions and my options. Joe and Will along with their team, did my roof. They cleaned up after and other than my new roof, you wouldn’t have known they were here. The next day Kes and his crew did my gutters. Shutter Gutters are the way to go. I had to leave while they were working but came back to the job finished and again, everything cleaned up. My new gutters look so nice.

Joe and Will were professional and got the job done in an efficient matter. Roof looks great and yard is clean!

I just had my roof repaired and a few other roofing issues. Luke came initially and gave me an estimate. He explained everything in detail. When the work was scheduled Joe text me to make sure he could come and do the work. There was great communication of what needed to be done. Joe and Will executed the work just like I expected. They took pictures so I didn’t have to go up and inspect it myself. I can appreciate the level of work they provided. Worth every penny.

Guys were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Joe, Will, and Robbie did a great job. Had two roof fence replaced and the ducting replaced to fix Builder shortcoming.

Joe & Will did a quick and complete repair of my roofing problems. Spotted all leaks and repaired. I recommend Larson to anyone looking for a quote on roof repairs. Did not try to up sell to a complete roof replace like several other quotes

Just had Larson & Keeney replace a portion of my roof a redo the insulation in my attic. This work replaced the work done by another contractor. It started with the salesman Tom Anderson who explained the potential work they would do, and he offered a reasonable price. This brings us to the actual work which was a two day process. On day one a team from the Madison area came and began working on the insulation needs. That team consisted of Chris A., Chris S., and Cooper H. On the second day the Madison team was joined by roofers Will L. And Joe A. (From Milwaukee office)Who did the roofing work. My wife and I were very impressed by the workmanship, as well as the cleanup afterwards. These guys were all professional, and courteous as they baked in hot humid weather as they worked. I would have no qualms about having them do work for me or my family again.

We just had them complete a project at our home. Our insulation was completely removed and replaced with energy efficient spray and blown insulation. Crew (Robbie, Reese and Aron) were great, polite and cleaned up after themselves. Great communication. Highly recommend.

Joe and his team worked on our neighbor’s roof and did a nice job cleaning up our driveway and even assisted by getting rid of our garden compost.

Joe, Reece, and Chris did an amazing job on our insulation. They worked in the cold rain all week, cleaned up every afternoon, were very flexible with our situation. They always answered our questions and showed tons of pictures after. They communicated well with us throughout the whole time

We had some gutters installed on our new home this week. I have to thank Jordan Saucier and Jonathan Tavares for the hard work and long days they put in. They were great at communicating and making sure the quality was as good as they say they are.
I would be leaving a 5 star if it wasn’t for how the office team communicated with us. They would call and tell us one thing and then I would call and get told another. The scheduling team is very poorly structured and would suggest they overall work on their communication.
Overall, the gutter install team was fantastic but the office team could use some work.

The crew arrived yestetday to redo the ceiling insulation in our house. They were very professional and really dedicated to do a good job. Protected our floors and cleaned up after they were done. I am very happy with what was done. Excellent job you guys!

Not particularly pleased with our experience. We were in a bit of a panic as we had a leak at our new home after being there one month. It was addressed that day with a $500 tarp nailed into the roof by the Larson Keeney team. Luke noted our roof “needed to be addressed immediately” and gave us a sales pitch for a $50k project. After multiple price decreases, he said “surely you can afford this price.” Even if we could, we said we’d want some other quotes as we had no formal budget for this. After we had multiple other quotes that week, every single contractor said the tarp “solution” was extremely poor business practice and a way to “claim” the project and left us with more holes than we originally started with. Every other contractor also said we’d have a few good years left as well and offered to patch the hole (which was our original ask!) We were never offered a patch from LK even. Needless to say we cut our losses and don’t plan on working with them any more.

Joe, Ernie, Tom, Jose, and the crew were awesome! I have a new garage roof and a new flat rubber roof for my 2nd floor balcony.

Luke from Larson and Keeney worked on our chimney. He is a knowledgeable and very nice employee. My experience so far has been a very good one.

Larson Keeney staff was excellent from start to finish. I'd like to give a big shout out to Dave in sales who walked us through the whole process and eased our mind that the job was going to be done right. The second shout out goes to Joe the roofing installer. His knowledge and work ethic was impeccable. Friendly too! Larson Keeney will be my go-to contractors in the future.

Joe and the crew did a great job. Right on time, conscientious of surroundings and did a wonderful clean up job. Walked around the house with is and answerd our questions.

Original post-Came to my home for an estimate on a Friday. Was told I’d have the estimate by Monday then a whole week has gone by and nothing. Wouldn’t recommend using this unreliable company. Would give zero stars for wasting my time!

We hired them to do insulation for our attic. We were told the work would start 2-4 weeks, no one call to schedule the job. We called, they transfer to someone who was out. I chatted with someone and they made sure someone called us. We finally got the job scheduled not in the time frame Luke, our sales guy, promised. It was supposed to take 2 days and took 3 instead, which is unacceptable inmates filed of winter. The basement insulation has some gaps in it still, adding pictures. They promise we will get pictures of the insulation of the attic and we are still waiting for them!!! I will have to go up in the attic and get the pics myself since after noticing the basement I don't feel as confident. We usually get estimates from 3 contractors but the sales guy really sold us on it so we didn't, won't do that again! It was a very expensive project so YES, I am very disappointed.

Very, very meticulous as to “making it right” my house is 53years old. The insulation in the attic, I believe, was original and the previous owner just lived with the huge ice dams! I can already feel the extra warmth in my home! The crew was friendly, but really worked hard! I’m so happy, thanks Aaron,Chris and Manny!!

Had a piece of fascia blow off my home during a storm. Andy showed up on time, jumped up onto the steep roof, and hung it back up. He didn't even charge me for his time. I will definitely be using Larson and Keeney again.

I had gutters that was old and leaked terribly. I contacted Larson and Keeney Home Services and Barry Schmidt was the sales person who came to my home and provided a super professional presentation of what they had to offer.

of meeting Barry who had positive energy which had a lot to do with sealing the deal. He allowed me to take my time in making a decision.
The gutters offered to me was superior to others that I had viewed from other home services. I chose black on white house that matched my black window shutters and black light fixtures. My color choice added to an appealing look. Also the gutters are much deeper than the standard gutters I had on the house.
The installers were very polite and pointed out every step of what they were doing while I was watching them. They did a wonderful job and cleanup.
I will refer Larson and Keeney Home Services to others. I thank Barry Schmidt for pledging to please.

We used Larson and Keeney Home Services for a project this summer, involving gutter replacement and roof repair. They were prompt, efficient, and professional, and did a very nice job of cleanup when the project was completed. We are very happy with the results. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs these types of services!

Called and made an appointment. Their staff called me 3 times to confirm I would be at the appointment. Then sent me a text to confirm the appointment. Confirmed each time. Standing in my driveway waiting and no one shows. Called them back up asking if anyone was going to come give a quote. They had no answer other than they would call me back. Wow. How not to run a business. I can see a delay but no one called and notified me.

I highly recommend Larson and Keeney Home Services. They got the job done right and paid attention to every detail. I feel a sense of relief now that our roof will last for many more years. Thank you!!

The salesperson, Luke, was very informative, had product knowledge, showed confidence and he was a good communicator. The installers were on time, professional and friendly. The gutters are high quality and can handle a high volume of rain. No more climbing a ladder to clean the gutters. And they sure look good!

Installed new gutters and facia. Super fast to respond. Luke who gave came out to do the quote was extremely nice and easy going. Rob who’s the Install supervisor was also really nice and explained everything that was going on. Their team got it done in a day and a half and without a doubt these are going to last.

We were very satisfied with the process from beginning to end. Luke was super friendly and able to identify our needs and sell us exactly what we needed to prevent our recurring issue of water in the basement due to our current, very outdated and old, gutters. The Gutter Shutter team installed their gutters on my house and they look tremendously better than the previous leaking gutters on the house. The company came to my attention at the home show, where I was able to view their product, as well as several competitors. Darrin was very good at demonstrating the features and benefits of their product and promptly answered any additional questions I had. Scheduling the installation time was also very easily accomplished.

When the team came to install the gutters and the protective shields, they were very professional and courteous. The installation was completed in a two day period. I am looking forward to having a leak free product that also improves the outside appearance of my home.

Original gutters leaked and looked terrible. Had to clean them twice a year on a 2 story house. Now I have new gutters that don't leak, look great, work fantastic and the best news: no more cleaning the gutters! Salesman and work crew were all top notch, guys id just hang with. No regrets here!

I had LeafGuard installed a year ago. Expensive Gutter system but didn't want to clean gutters anymore. After hearing Max McGee (former Packer) died while cleaning his gutters, which always stuck with me. This year after a hail storm I needed to replace my gutters again because of damage. I looked into Shutter Gutter because of the design. The holes on top help with water rolling off the top if a very hard rain occurs. And the 6 inches verses 5 inches are better in my option. Price was less and install was very good. Fit and finish was awesome. The installers worked around my schedule and cleaned up nicely. So I feel I got a better gutter at a better price!

We had our gutters replaced by Gutter Shutter and I must say the people are friendly, professional, willing to assist with answering questions, patient, and most of all truly knowledgeable and accommodating. They were here and confirmed it was OK to install. They did the installation, cleaned up all debris. They removed the old gutter and then requested that we take a walk around to see the finished product and again, answer any question I might have. This company is excellent!

My wife and I are going through some extensive home remodeling work, and I have to say this particular company is the best we've interacted with from start to finish. I initially had a down payment in with another local group for a basic gutter install, but after 2 months passed and zero communication, I got my money back, took a coworker's recommendation and called Ernie at GS SE Wi. I had the site visit with Luke, who walked us through the product and gave us the quote. After less than 3 weeks we started the install with Rob and his team. 3 guys, and ultimately 3 full days to install ~400ft of gutter with a ton of complicated corners to contend with.

These guys worked so hard, and did such a quality job. Not only is the actual gutter shutter material very rigid thick gauge aluminum, but the bracket system they use to secure it is so strong you can literally hang on them. They offer a lifetime warranty which is incredible on its own, but honestly I don't foresee having any issues. My friend who used them is now 2 years in without a single clog or structural problem.

In addition to a perfect (and aesthetically nice) gutter install, they also were able to replace several sections of rotten fascia board for me with new cedar plank. Several of my old downspouts that descended at funky ankles now go straight. They also managed to eliminated a downspout completely by incorporating a new section of gutter that they hid perfectly along the fascia board. The install team is second to none in terms of expertise and attention to detail.

After all is said and done, my wife and I are confident that this is one of the best investments we could have done for our house. Now I don't have to worry about putting myself at risk on a ladder or shelling out $350/visit for a local crew to clean out a traditional style gutter.

First a visit from Luke for the demonstration and sales pitch for this product. Luke was on time, extremely personable and very knowledgeable. Luke answered every question I had and really knew his stuff.

In my research, this product is by far superior to anything else on the market based on a few features including the hood/material deflecting system, the way the connect the gutter to the downspouts, the opening to the downspouts and the mounting brackets they use. So, we hired them.

The crew was on time, professional, personable, helpful and not only did they make quick work of the project they cleaned up and put everything back the way they found it.

From the visit with Luke til Rob and the install crew came out was 3 weeks.

We had our estimate and decided to go with Gutter Shutter. The price was a little bit more expensive than our other estimates but it offers a warranty that is transferable that covers every single component of the gutter system for 30 years and that means we don’t have to touch a gutter again. To us that was worth a little bit extra.(plus they took care of the gables, facia and bad wood) Within a week we were on the calendar for the following week to install, which we were very happy to hear that they were able to get us in so quick. The crew came on Monday and completed the job on Tuesday and we could not be happier . They were professional, they worked with us on the locations of downspouts and what would work best for our home. They replaced the old rotted wood and fascia and that looks absolutely beautiful. The crew leader, made sure to contact me before installation of our product, and made sure to discuss any concerns that we had.
When the crew arrived we walked around and talked about anything that may have concerned us and they went straight to work. Thank you so much for reviving our home.

My wife and I went to a couple of Home Shows earlier this year where we learned about Gutter Shutter and their unique product. We knew that we were in need of new gutters due to our current gutters not handling the water flow during heavy rains and in the fall when the gutters were clogged with leaves. We spoke with Luke at the first show and at the second show we spoke with Ernie. We were convinced after seeing the product again that this is the system we were going to go with. Last week Rob and his crew installed the gutters and downspouts. Rob and his crew were very timely and professional from beginning to end. I would recommend looking at You Tube Gutter Shutter videos and speak with Luke or Ernie @ Gutter Shutter. Never will I need to climb a ladder again to clean out leaves and gunk or worry about water damaging my basement walls.

We don't have our installation yet but the quote process was very easy, straightforward, and no 'sales pitch" I loved it! Also price is within the range of what I researched, not the highest and not the lowest which is usually what we shoot for.

After watching Robs installation team work on my house 2nd story project for 1/2 a day I added a gutter to my remote garage.
