Jon and his crew were great. Communication was fast and clear, pricing was fair, installation was pretty painless, and clean up was perfect. Jon worked with us and our insurance to get them to pay for a full roof replacement. When they accidentally dinged our gutters during installation, they immediately scheduled a repair, and got us fixed up. No questions asked, easy peasy.

If you need a new roof, these are folks you can trust to treat you (and your exteriors) right.

I cannot give this company enough praise, especially to Al Gomez, my point of contact throughout the entire process. It is unbelievably refreshing to work with a company that still values great service, gratitude, and timeliness. Total timeline, from start to end was about 3 weeks. On the day of the install, Al stopped over a few times to check on the crew. And at the end of the day, Al came over and climbed on the roof to inspect the work. Great experience working with Benchmark!

We experienced hail damage this spring. Our rep, Nate, was in our neighborhood the next day. He was very helpful and explained all the repairs needed. Everything was completed by competent installers, the work was done quickly and cleanup was great.
We would recommend Benchmark for exterior repairs.

We absolutely love the new siding and gutters! It's a completely different house now. Tom kept a constant line of communication with us regarding when the crew would be at the house and made sure the work being done was high quality. Our City had a freak hail storm back in May of 2024 and out of all the bids, we went with Sam P from Benchmark Exteriors. He came back twice because the first time we had family over. Very relatable and a people person. His crew was very respectful of our property. We didn't have to do anything, Sam took care of all of it. We got our house and garage roof completely replaced along with gutters. Our insurance denied us the siding replacement but Sam didn't give up a month later....our insurance approved the siding. It was a pleasure to work with Sam.

Did a great job on both roof and siding. Sam was easy to work with and very responsive to any questions or issues. Would work with them again for any future exterior work.

Al was the best, took care of everything from beginning, middle and end of the job. Answered all of my questions and concerns and treated me like a person and not a number.

Benchmark did a great job replacing our roof and siding. It was done in two days. And Al Gomez was easy to work with, and was friendly and professional throughout the entire process.

I was very upset after being denied my claim by my insurance company. Then I met Dave Bourke,.and he took care of the whole thing. I have my new roof and gutters, and it was all covered. Everyone at Benchmark was excellent to work with. The crews doing the job were all amazing, they were done quickly, they did a great job of cleaning up, and it all looks fabulous. Saint was a great help. He made sure everything was in order for the insurance. He was notified me about delivery date. He was here to oversee the work that was being done. A very wonderful experience. I think everything went smoothly because he was present. Great job Saint.

He was very knowledgeable and patient even when we had trouble picking out the right shingles for our home. The crew showed up on time and finished on schedule. I met Renardo on a job site while walking my dog in the neighborhood and we clicked immediately. He is very professional and friendly. He guided us through the complicated insurance process and advocated for us with the assessor. He is knowledgeable and informative as well. When the crew showed up for the work, they were very thorough and professional and cleaned up perfectly. And the work is very precise. Renordo even went above and beyond when they found a colony of ants in our house. He picked up some ant poison and applied it to the affected area. The whole team at Benchmark is a class act. We couldn’t be happier with process and outcome of our whole house exterior transformation with Benchmark Exteriors. First and foremost the communication was top notch. I have to start with Dan Berlinski, my one source of contact throughout the process. Every question, inquiry or follow-up I made never went more than 10 minutes without a reply. I felt in constant contact with Dan and his Benchmark team at all times. Professionalism was on display every step of the way! Next, the roofing crew, siding and trim crew and gutter installers were all professional, respectful, responsive, fast and efficient. The yard was left clean and excess materials were promptly removed. They seemed truly dedicated to their craft and proud of their work! Lastly, we are delighted with the appearance of our transformed home. To sum it up, it was a pleasure to work with Dan and the Benchmark team and we were extremely satisfied with their communication, attention to detail, professionalism and quality work.

I would highly recommend benchmark exteriors. Chris was a great salesman, not pushy. He gave us a qoute after the hail storm for a new roof. Chris dealt with the insurance company and followed up with us the entire time. Their crew came out 5 weeks later and had our entire roof done in 1 day, including a thorough clean up.

I can't say enough about this company or Austin! They did not approach us. Saw signs up & down my neighborhood. Austin was my main contact. No pressure, explaining everything to me so I could understand. Work was done in a day and looks fabulous. I recommend them to anyone!

My experience with Benchmark was amazing. After a hail storm I didn't think twice about it as I just had a new roof. The team knocked on my door and asked if I wanted a free assessment...months later I have a new roof, new siding, and new gutters. They took a pro active approach and my house looks amazing now. The workers were so nice and respectful of my space. When the work was done I hadn't gotten my new shutters yet and the team said no problem, when you get them we'll install them. So flexible, so friendly, and an above and beyond experience for someone who had never dealt with a home insurance claim. Every step of the way they told me how it would work and helped me communicate with the insurance company. Friendly, responsive, and overall a wonderful company to work with!

Saint-Hylton Coombs from Benchmark Exteriors has been our guide through the process of repairing our roof from hail damage! This young man inspected our roof, and then 'magically' everything fell into place thanks for his precise knowledge of how to handle the insurance process and immediately getting things organized... and always with a smile and ready to explain.The experience culminated today (April 25, 2024) with the installation of the replacement roof, cleanly done with a great crew, in one day. Saint-Hylton was always present today and previous weeks at key moments, explaining all the various aspects of the processes... either in person or by phone. Really the best customer service one could ever expect during the whole process. Benchmark Exteriors and Saint-Hylton will be my first choice in future house improvement projects, and will certainly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Had a great experience working with Dave! He explained everything very clearly and kept in touch with us throughout the whole process. He addressed all of our concerns throughout and made it as painless as having to replace your roof can be! Will definitely be using Benchmark again if we ever need anything else done.

The build crew was very efficient and put in extra effort to ensure the yard was cleaned from all detritus once the build was done.

Just had our roofs replaced after a hail storm. Austin was great to work with, and the crew did an awesome job!

Our house got hit from the hail storm on 10/23/23 .If you want a fantastic person to help you out that's Austin Juhlin from Hartland. All we had to do is call our insurance company to file a claim. Austin did the rest for us. It took so mush stress away. Austin is so kind,helpful and amazing person. You would be so happy with him . His worker did a beautiful job ,there were 10 of them working together as one. They put tarps all around the house to catch nais ect. then took a metal detector over the yard and driveway to make sure there were no nails. I would recommend Benchmark exteriors and Austin to anyone.
