King Roofing roofed my house 18 years ago. They did an excellent job and it was a very pleasant experience so, I had no question who I would call to roof it when I needed a new roof this year. Even though King roofing has grown, I see the same friendly attitude, in that my needs and satisfaction superseded all other considerations. The project managers and roofing teams professionalism and dedication to excellence were far above par. King Roofing as a whole communicated well on all issues and helped me to understand what the insurance company could, would or would not do. They wanted me to have the best product for the best price and I believe I got the best. It was like having an old friend come to help with a problem.

I am been very pleased with the professionalism that I have been shown during the installation of my roof after the major hail storm we had a few weeks ago. They worked well with my insurance company to make sure that all hail damage was identified upfront. Trever, the contractor, did a great job of keeping me informed when there were any issues or delays. I was very pleased with the roof color that was recommended. We were lucky of the quick turn around time of a new roof so quickly after the hail storm.

King Roofing is amazing. We had hail damage back in May. We called King Roofing and met with Larry. We have been in a limbo state for months due to our solar company being unresponsive, Larry hung in there, called to check on us and finally the solar company was able to get us scheduled. King Roofing was here today to replace the roof and it's beautiful! Larry was here multiple times to check on progress and quality and just really had been amazing through the whole process. I highly recommend them if you have a roof needing repaired or replaced.

I could not have been more pleased with King Roofing. They worked with my insurance company to get the roof inspected for the claim. I have 5200 square feet of house so a fairly large roof had to be replaced. King Roofing had a large crew there to remove and replace the roof in 2 days, plus another half day to replace the gutters and downspouts around the entire house. They cleaned up all the debris at the end of each day and swept the sidewalks, porches, and yard with magnets to pick up all the nails and bits of metal. They filed the paperwork with Texas Farm Bureau to get the balance of the claim for my replacement cost reimbursed.

King Roofing came out quickly and did a great job on a tricky leak problem around my chimney resulting from storm/freeze damage. Trevor was informative about the possible problems and worked to schedule me in during a rainy season. Great service, great work, and a fair price. I highly recommend.

Nathen and Trevor were they sell people and the inspection people they were there every day during the process to make sure everything was done correctly oh, I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. There were over eight different contractors that I tried to contact with no results some of which are located in Gun Barrel. But Kings Roofing was on time a very fast quote and a very excellent job

Steve Tracy (salesman) was very pleasant to deal with. He spent time to explain what the work entailed and made excellent recommendations on color and ventilation. He seemed more of a consultant than a salesman. He came across as sincere and honest. He also showed up everyday from start of job to end of job making sure everything was on schedule. And answered his phone when some questions arose during the actual work. I thought it was very refreshing doing business with an honest salesman like Steve.

Price: I had 4 bids. King Roofing was in the middle. That’s was okay with me consider The quality of workmanship I felt I would be getting. And the final product speaks for itself.

They did an awesome job. I was very impressed. All timeframe commitments were met as promised from start to finish.

Lastly - I am 78 years old. Been a DIY all my life because I enjoyed it. This is the very first time I ever wrote a review (honestly). . .can’t you tell, but I meant everything I wrote and felt very comfortable writing this - sorry for its very length.

I needed a roofing company quickly, a real roofing company and not 'Chuck with a Truck', I called King Roofing and spoke with Nathan Deal. The 10 year old tin roof on our home had persistent water leaks. Resealing only effective for a short time. Multiple areas of water intrusion damaged our ceilings. King Roofing, LLC is a USAA preferred contractor. Our roof problem resulted from a design flaw, and was not covered by our homeowner's insurance; however, because of USAA high standards for customer service and quality workmanship, i did not hesitate to call King Roofing. They did not disappoint.

Nathan is the best!! He came out on a Sunday to give me an estimate on repairs. Then he came out on a Saturday with a crew to get the job does before the rain came in. They are reasonably priced and very professional. I have already recommended them to my neighbors. Thank you Nathan!!

Great work! Replaced our roof on guest house. Removed 3 roof vents on main house in preparation for our attic to get spray foamed. You can’t tell vents were ever there. Larry was easy to work with. Roofing crew did amazing! Great clean up afterwards too!

Our new roofs on the house, carport, and boat dock look fantastic. Larry made the process with the insurance company stress free. The carport needed structural repair and they did a great job making sure it was reinforced as it should have been. The crew (only some of their names) Elicio, Jose, Lupe, and Otros were professional, friendly, and worked very hard. In two days they had our entire job completed including a thorough clean-up job. Not only that, they helped us move a very heavy smoker in the carport.
