Chandler and his team did so much for us we have dogs and he cleared out the nails personally so they could come outside he is so great and easy to work with highly recommend king roofing.

They are such kind and amazing people everything they said and promised was TRUE! No lies no stress no issues none at all! They are such great people I left out water for time and they were so happy about it! We let them know about a humming bird in our front yard and her nest and they were so sweet and protective about her! And her baby! Especially chandler he was so curious about the baby! Abolutlwy recomending you guys to everyone ever!

I would not recommend this company for service. They do not communicate well with each other and are constantly shifting responsibility to different personnel. King roofing did a poor job of debris removal when I specifically requested a magnet to cleanup from the roof removal and nails. Our project was slated for one day and took two. It wouldn’t have been a problem, except it rained heavily on the second day with the decking and felt exposed. Jacqueline Martinez was deceitful in her presentation of the materials and is refusing to credit our account for overages that were not used and returned. King roofing intentionally switched out materials for lesser grade quality and expected us to be satisfied with the outcome. They tried to upsell me on everything from the grade of shingles to the number of type vents while expecting full payment for a job before I was even on the schedule. They could not keep track of the materials that were picked up and returned, citing that they need to hold on to the extras in case of a repair. I contacted the roofing supplier, QXO and received the correct purchase order without help from King roofing. We are disappointed with the company, the process and the time frame which this has drug out.

King Roofing was wonderful to work with. We had significant problems with our insurance company and King Roofing was patient and so helpful. The guys who put the roof on the house couldn't have been nicer or more professional. We have small puppies and they took extra care not to leave any nails or other items on the ground that might hurt the puppies. I would strongly recommend these people. They did an excellent job and I would go to them again.

I recently had Jeff Carter from King Roofing Co. come to my home for a roof inspection. I have never received better customer service in my life. Within 30 minutes of calling, Jeff Carter was at my home ready for inspection. He was polite, courteous, professional, and overall just a good person. I had the pleasure of working with Luke Andersen for a roof inspection on my new home, and I was thoroughly impressed. Luke is professional, polite, and very thorough in his work. He arrived on time, carefully inspected the roof, and provided a clear, detailed report. Although there wasn’t enough damage to require any repairs, I truly appreciated his honesty and the free inspection. It’s refreshing to meet someone so genuine and dedicated. I’d happily recommend Luke to anyone needing a trustworthy roof inspection.

Didn't get any services done but Luke Anderson is a very polite young man. We have the same last name and bonded over it. After an inspection of my roof he said it looked good. His pitch was very convincing but I simply didn't need anything done. He is truly the King of Roofing!

King Roofing made the whole process of getting a new roof on way easier than I thought it would. King roofing handled the insurance claim for hail damage.
There was a little delay for a good weather window. The whole job was completed in one day between storms.

Roof replacement was great. What set King Roofing apart was their communication and customer service. Every time I reached out with a question or "concern," someone from the team responded in a timely fashion. I enjoyed doing business with them and would recommend them to my family and friends.

It has been a horrible experience. Took probably 6 months to get any work done. They tried to finagle the insurance company into paying for things that were unnecessary, as well as double charge for other things. Luckily our insurance agent was on top of it. They appear very unorganized, and one area of the business doesn’t know what the other area has said or done. Most importantly they lost two different checks we sent them for payment, which has created more work and hassle on our part as the costumer. No effort to remedy the situation or even apologize. Customer service at its worst.

The person driving the white truck with the bashed in tailgate nearly killed myself and a few other motorists this morning on northbound I-15, 1600 N Orem. Driving recklessly, tailgating, cutting two cars off and changing lanes without signaling, brake checking and giving the finger. I don't even want to imagine what working with this company would be like based on the disrespect and unprofessionalism exhibited by them in just driving. Unbelievable.

King roofing has done an absolutely incredible job on our roof. The people from Molly and Hector in the office, sales guys Charles and Van, site manager Chandler, All the laborers and everyone in between. Such a great experience, communication and excellent work but also fabulous

Quite the miserable experience all things considered. First, their contract states clearly that payment is due upon completion. I had to argue with them over several calls because they wanted half before even getting me on the schedule.

Once I finally won that battle, it took several weeks to get a hold of literally anyone to get on the schedule (don't leave a message - they will never get back to you).

Then, once the work was finally complete, it took them more than 4 weeks to finally remove all the materials and debris from my property. It took several messages, texts, and finally a threat of leaving bad reviews to get anyone to respond to remove it. If I hadn't done that, I suspect those materials would be on my lawn to this very day.

Then, when I thought everything was over, I climbed up on the roof to check something else. I found that they had charged me $700 to detach and reset the gutters. They didn't do that - the metal is clearly cut around the gutter fasteners. I've begun the runaround again to try and recover that money. Have sent texts and left messages with no response. Maybe this will help.

King was great. I had some pretty severe wind damage and the decking under the shingles wasn't up to code. Worked with Karim to come up with a quote, and the whole team tore out and reinstalled my new roof (and cleaned up afterward) in 2 days.

The great folks at King Roofing were great to work with. They dealt with the insurance and I got a brand new roof for $2500 (my deductible)

Horrible experience, popped our pool didn’t clean up any of there material, plus left places unfinished on our roof, now there charging me more than what was quoted was told it would just be my deductible now there charging me more, beware people.

King roofing reached out to me. And all issues were fixed in a timely manner, and they made everything right!

The process was a little more stressful as the timing of replacing the roof was during the holidays. The back and forth with the insurance company and Kings dragged on. Then there was an issue of Kings trying to withdraw from my account before i even got paId from my insurance company forcing a overdraft on my account. Honestly, it seem I worked alot harder to coordinate payment etc. The people of Kings were good in relation to talk with but the process ie timeliness of email responses, charging of my accout put a slight damper to the whole experience.

King Roofing is the King! They did an excellent job on my home's roof. They even helped me navigate through the whole insurance claim. Due to wind damage the insurance company covered it and King roofing helped me remove my swamp cooler as well. We had some wind damage and started having roofing companies knock on our door, telling us that insurance could pay for a replacement. I got quotes from multiple companies and ended up choosing King Roofing and have been super happy with them throughout the whole process. They helped us work with our insurance company to get the whole thing covered, and did a great job with the new roof, which was done in 2 days. I highly recommend them!

I would definitely recommend King Roofing if you need a new roof. They are amazing to work with from Tommy, Martha, William, Joseph etc.!!! They were able to get our roof fixed after a bad hail storm. They handled everything through our home owners insurance and always kept us updated through the whole process! They came and started a little later than planned, because of a high chance of a thunderstorm in the morning. They started after noon and were able to rip the old shingles off and put new shingles on and pickup before it got dark! Very impressive, they are very hard workers, and great at what they do. King has done a great job working with my insurance, including working directly with them with no added effort on my end to get supplemental coverage to make sure it’s replaced correctly.

Our roof was damaged from a severe windstorm. King Roofing came to our door and pointed it out to us and said they could help. I normally send salesmen away, but just from their professional first impression and knowledge of roof repair processes (especially when dealing with insurances) I was genuinely impressed and felt relieved I could finally get my roof fully replaced with only having to pay my insurance’s deductible! I can’t say enough how absolutely wonderful everyone at King Roofing treats their customers, especially Austin! He has been extremely thorough and helpful throughout our entire process. When they say “they will handle it” they mean it! I hardly had to deal with the insurance company, maybe one or two emails and a phone call at most. Austin and his crew handled all of it and made sure everything was quoted correctly and followed Utah codes. They have been so understanding, helpful and professional. After the recent storms, I had concerns that our roof might have some damage. I am so pleased that I was able to get Nate Q. out to check out what damage we might have. He came by promptly, when he said he would to inspect, took pictures and informed us that our roof is still in good condition. Having heard accounts of others with negative experiences dealing with exaggerated damage and questionable practices from other companies, it is nice to know that I can count on the best people, like Nate at King Roofing to act with the highest integrity!

Over the last year I had at least 5 different roofing companies attempt to help us with our roof. Each one was flaky or expensive or inexperienced. When King came by I was blown away with their expertise and customer service. Every step of the process was easy and I really appreciate how well they worked with our insurance. King Roofing is the best!
We had over the last two years hail and wind damage. One day Kyle from King Roofing showed up at my door and told me my roof needed help. I told him to tell me something I didn't know. I explained to him that I have in the past tried to get my Insurance to help us out but my insurance company had found lots of loopholes and ultimately denied us, He told me that if I gave King Roofing a chance they would fight for us.

They did it! We now have a beautiful new roof - which insurance paid for and they helped our house get up to code. We did experience some unforeseen issues, but they really went beyond to make things right and they stayed with us through the whole process and took care of us. Which lets just say they could have told us not my problem and to float our boat up another stream. They went over and beyond to make us happy, not the other way around. You all cannot go wrong with this crew of professionals. They truly value you as an individual not a number and want to make you happy.

I was so disgusted with this company, I simply had to post a review. A salesman came to my home recently and didn't ask if I needed a new roof, he simply said he could write an estimate to send to my insurance company and they'd have to pay for an entire new roof. Talk about insurance fraud!! They should be put out of business!

King Roofing did the roof on my apartment building and the new roof looks great! The crew was pretty fast and cleaned up afterwards.

I had wind damage on my roof and King Roofing showed up at my door not too long after. They quoted me over $15,000 on a 2 story 2700 sq.ft. house. My insurance wouldn’t even cover half of that and King assured me that they’d be working with my insurance to get the whole thing covered.

After weeks there was no avail and the whole thing was sitting in limbo. Well I did some more research and was referred to another company by my neighbor that quoted me almost half the cost. I luckily went through them and they tore off and reroofed my house in under 5 hours and did a great job. I talked to other neighbors on my street that went with King. They have smaller roofs and King took multiple days and left debris on their yard. I wish I could have helped discourage my neighbors before their poor experience.

Take my advice and find a better company. These guys profess “the best prices” when they are actually way over priced and just trying to milk your insurance for all it’s worth. There’s much quicker and better priced companies out there that do just as good a job if not better.

King roofing is a company with integrity. We called for an estimate on what we thought was a large leak repair. Nate Q. came out, took a careful look, researched, and found it was condensation instead. He could have upsold a major repair job and we wouldn't have known. Instead he presented real and affordable solutions for our problem. Next time we have a roofing need Nate and King Roofing will be the first place I call.

I usually never bother with solicitors but there was something about Nate. I really felt like he had my best interest in mind. King roofing has been great and taken care of everything for me, including working with insurance (which can be such a pain). Great customer service, great sales team and managers, great company!

I don’t typically take the time to write many reviews to post on the internet. I am very fussy about Customer Service, because of the number of years that I have spent serving customers. I typically will give feedback if someone does an absolutely outstanding job or someone is just plain rotten. I’m happy to say that I am giving King Roofing, a good review. I will admit that there were a few times that things were not communicated to me when promised, but it was quickly resolved. For the most part, they hit the nail on the head. When it came time to replacing the roof, they told me what day they would bring out the materials, when they would start and finish. Everything was as promised. It was completed in two days. The area that I have the greatest appreciation for them is working with my insurance company. My roof was probably around 30 years old. I suffered wind damage several times in storms last year and earlier this year. I had contacted my insurance company last year to file a claim. The appraiser came out and said that I had $621 worth of damage and my $500 deductible, which meant that the insurance company would pay $121. I told him to withdraw the claim while I decided what I was going to do. shortly after that, Ethan Milliken, from King Roofing came knocking at my door. I don’t normally talk to sales people that I have not invited to my home. He was very low pressure and explained to me that there are certain laws in Utah about the shingles needing to match. Another thing that he pointed out is that if even if they had matching shingles available, every time they tried to replace one, it would damage the one next to it. It was a domino effect. He told me that for those reasons, he felt that they should be able to get the insurance company to pay for the entire roof. I told him if he was able to negotiate that on my behalf, that they would get my business. It was a somewhat long process, but because of the money savings to me, it was well worth the wait. I paid extra out of my pocket to have upgraded venting. We used black shingles.
It goes so much better with my house and trim. I have gotten quite a few compliments from neighbors and friends that have driven past my home. I would like to thank Ethan and Tommy (co-founder of King Roofing). There are a few other people that I should thank, but I cannot remember all of their names. I will definitely use King Roofing again and recommend them to others for any roofing services required in the future.

Updating my review: The owner called me and really took the time to listen to what happened with my patio roof, my frustrations with the communication, and worked through a solution with me. I was really impressed with how much he cares about each customer and wants to make things right.

We worked out a solution for the patio roof and he took every concern seriously and will work with his team to make things better going forward.

Although initially I felt very frustrated with the experience, the owner truly tuned things around and I am walking away with confidence he will work with his team to be more consistent going forward and the work they did overall on the roof I am happy with.

Original review: When I first met with Nate to go over the details on having King Roofing install a new roof it seemed like it would be a seamless experience. Everything since then has been a nightmare. I had to reach out several times to even get scheduled, materials were delivered a different day than I was informed, and when I reached out with questions I didn't get answers. The day of the install the crew removed shingles from my brand new patio, I was told it was part of the bid (even though specifically told Nate I didn't want it touched), however they told me they would redo it so I didn't worry. Well, instead of putting it back to how it was originally they added rolled roofing instead of shingles (which have a shorter life). When I asked about why I was given 3 different answers. Ultimately I was told they weren't going to put the shingles on it because it was against code, so thanks to King Roofing my patio is worse off than it was prior to hiring them. I called to get support and figure out how we were going to resolve the patio issue, was told they would see what they could do and would call me back... They didn't. Eventually they came to pick up their supplies and sent me a text telling me to pay my final bill without even attempting to resolve any of my issues.
