I needed some work done on an issue with a skylight in short order due to leakage. I called several places but none would work me into their schedule. King Roofing fit me in on a Saturday to come out for a quick fix, and then scheduled time to come back for a thorough repair. This company offers a really comprehensive warranty. Why? Because they know you'll never need to use it because their work will be that good.

They picked up EVERYTHING, save two nails and some tape. When we did the walkthrough, I jokingly mentioned the two nails as a way of saying how impressed I was with how good the clean-up was. The foreman's response: "I'll have a talk with my guys."

Excellent experience from the beginning. The estimator told me about an exposed area and fixed it at no charge before I committed to their bid. The other companies didn't mention it. All work was conducted in a safe, timely manner. Jobsite was cleaned each day and at the end of the work. I recommend King Roofing.

We had contacted king roofing a year prior but never had the time to follow through so when I contacted him the next year Jose remembered the project AND kept the estimate the same even though many other estimates came in double what they quoted the year before. They were knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive. They got the job done the next day once agreement was signed and we were very impressed with the finished product. Provided excellent roof and gutter cleaning. Roof had pine needles at skylight fixtures, roof valleys, and at gutters where trees had been recently removed.
Performed thorough cleanup afterwards.

They were fantastic to work with! We needed new siding and roof repair after a wind storm, and this was right during the holidays, and a lot of people had damage from the same storm. We also have 2 very large dogs that are one of my top priorities. Jose was fantastic to work with. He helped us to coordinate with his workers to make sure work was done in the back yard first at every step and cleaned up fast to make sure the dogs had access as much as possible. They were great at communicating when they were arriving in advance, and when we had something come up (for example, zoom court case) they were flexible and willing to work their schedule around with ours so there wouldn't be noise issues. Anything we were not satisfied with, they fixed in an instant, and went way above and beyond to make sure that we were happy! It came out beautiful!

Just had our roof replaced. Very happy. Competitive priced, did the job surprisingly fast and cleaned up well. Not one real issue. Even the neighbors were surprised. Roof is better than the original now.

Work was completed within a week of me calling. Inspection team was quick, professional, and informative. The quote came back same day. A repair man came out to do emergency repair same day to prevent water damage. Repair man came back out a couple of days later to complete job. I appreciate that the repair man went straight to work and did not cause any disturbance. Overall, we would use this company again because of their quick response, customer service, and competitive pricing.
