I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of work. From the initial appointment to the final walk through.
Initial appointment - Made notes of minor concerns such as my grass and making sure the debris were cleaned up because my grandkids are constantly running around in the yard.
There was a delay in the start date. Oscar informed me well ahead of time and didn't wait until the last minute.
The day the work started - The foreman introduced himself to me and acknowledged my concerns from the initial appointment with Oscar. They showed up at the same time everyday and and stayed all day. I have dealt with contractors before that come for a couple of hours and then leave, come back, leave again, etc.
It was nice to see that they stayed committed until the job was done.
Final walk through - Jose showed up at the exact time he said he was going to be there and went through the details. He pointed out a couple of things I didn't even notice.
In a nutshell, nobody wants to spend money on a roof, but King roofing made the experience pleasant.
