Unfortunately, I was involved in an accident and I rolled my truck. It was totaled! I am okay, but I needed a new truck. I went to Kim Hansen Chevrolet to look at their used truck selection. There were two trucks that really impressed me. I worked with Luke Hansen. He is amazing! He treated me well, answered all of my questions, and helped me to pick out the perfect truck for my needs. I highly recommend Kim Hansen Chevrolet. They made truck buying a very pleasant experience. Nice job Luke!

They fixed my problem in half a day. They also picked me up at my motel which was a big help to me.

I love that they have that nice warm waiting area while they do my oil change and take care of my vehicle needs.

Went in with concerns about some trim on drivers side being loose. They took it in same day and replace clips and had it back the next day. If we had lived in town it would have been same day.

They are very pleasant to work with and addressed all of our concerns thoroughly. We would love to buy from them again in the future.

Make sure they actually do your tire rotation. I’ve gone numerous times in the past three years and apparently they’ve never done them. My tires are worn down at only 30k miles (when they should last until 65k). I should be able to get them replaced but because this Idaho Chevy dealership never did the rotations, which I asked for, I don’t qualify for the warranty and need to buy all new tires. 35k miles sooner then needed.

It was great! Adam Cook is an amazing salesman. He took time to answer questions about the vehicles we were interested and told us about different features. He took us for a test drive and told us things inside the vehicle.

Jordan Torrez was great with our financing. He was headed home for the day, but happily offered to stay and help us. He had a great attitude and didn't act "put out" over us keeping him late.

We much appreciate everyone staying late to accommodate us. We stopped in around 5:15pm to when we got off work.

Quick and wonderful. My car had a really strange issue and it took almost no time at all. Plus as a mom of two small boys, they also cleaned my car, which I can't begin to express how much I appreciated that.

Chris in the service department is always so helpful. The finance gentleman and the car salesman gentleman are great too.
Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that wants good service.

My friend got a car there two days ago and its already showing an engine code they said there was nothing wrong with the car customer service has been horrible and they aren't willing to try to resolve anything I gave her a lawyer to contact because they are rude and unhelpful buyers beware shady dealership

I broke down in burley idaho on my way from Oregon to Denver. I was blessed with the fact that there was a chevy dealer.
They completely understood my situation and were hospitable to me while I waited for friends to drive up and pick up my trailer.
I left the truck with them for 2 weeks for a new transmission. The work was done on time and the work was absolutely professional and on par with my expectations for a chevy dealer. I picked up my truck and drove it back to Denver with zero issues. In fact, I inspected the work at every fuel stop and my confidence in their work is only heightened.

My only wish is that I lived closer to this dealership so I could use them for all of my maintenance needs.

Fastest car deal I have ever done! I knew the car I wanted made a call and the paperwork was ready when I arrived. Took 15 minutes and I was the owner of my new truck!

Reached out about a vehicle and talked to Luke and got very little back. Had to call and text many times to get any info back about the vehicle then stoped responding. We live far from the dealer so we needed the info before we drove up and could hardly get anything.

What sets this service apart from all the other places to get a service is the vaccum and wash job which is included in the price.

Karley was super helpful and nice helped me find a nice car and the staff was great not super pushy or trying to sell me anything I didn't need. Definitely recommend them.

Terrible customer service. Called parts to ask if they had a part, gave them parts number, multiple names that this part is called. Vehicle, motor, year, ex.. The man didn’t even try, it felt like he just sat there and didn’t do anything, he didn’t even speak.
Dealerships in general these days don’t care about the customer.

Changed the timing belt on my 2014 Sonic. Transparent throughout the process, fair pricing, and easy drop off / pickup. Would definitely take a vehicle here again to get it serviced.

Tristan in the service dept. was so great!! He explained everything to me in a way I understood….I didn’t feel overwhelmed or pressured. I took my car in for transmission issues. I have a couple negatives: I went in for a diagnosis and it took an hour. I then made an appointment to get the issue fixed, and when I showed up for the appointment, they didn’t have time to fix my car and I had to reschedule. I have a hard time with booking an appointment if you’re not going to keep that appointment. That said, i brought my car in on the next appointed day (early) and they had it done before the time my appointment was set for! I wasn’t able to pick the car up until I got off work at 5. Tristan stayed late to ensure I was taken care of and I got my car back. He’s a gem and an asset to that service department!!

Jasper was Amazing. My car was finished on time, and I received a call to pick my car up. Very friendly young man, and polite. I will give referrals and have them request Jasper.

The only thing keeping me from giving a five-star 10/10 rating is the STRONG automotive fluid/fuel smell in the service department and in my vehicle after it was there.

Definitely pleased with the purchasing process as well as the phenomenonal customer service. Luke did an awesome job setting us up with a new pickup as well as addressing any concerns we had. Will recommend to friends and family, and would easily buy another vehicle through Kim Hansen.

My wife thinks that you're awesome, as do I. It's a heck of a deal for $50, including getting the car washed, vacuumed and tires rotated. If I didn't have a lifetime oil service agreement with Chevy in Twin I would be taking my truck to you as well.

Ordered a few parts for my vehicle and got in quickly and undamaged. Customer service was trash... this one fool, for some odd reason expected me show up at the exact moment my vehicle part was available, like if I had a meeting with the governor or some chit. The degenerate expected me to have a voice mail, like that was going to do anything, either way I would have missed the call. My purchase, my time, my product. Would I visit again? Sure... but with a much different attitude.

Came in and noticed that it was a small dealership, but every employee treated me as if I was a regular, they were all super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back to take my other vehicles for service .

Needed a rear evaporator changed out on my 2010 Buick Enclave. They did the job competently. I do wish that it took less time to acquire the parts, but considering that I am a parts manager at a tractor dealership, I understand the current struggles with parts availability and will let it slide. They were very open with us during the course of the repair.

Great price and personable service. Eventhough he was busy with others still welcomed us. Paperwork was a breeze. Full tank of gas and nothing was hidden in the paperwork.

Service was fast but one of the items ordered didn't fit. Had to reorder wasn't Kim Hansen fault it was Chevy's fault for not having more information on a new trucks.

Bought a 2007 Ford F-150 in 2018 the dealership team were very nice but they told me this truck was healthy as can be but the moment I left the lot with the truck it has been nothing but problems and failures. I’ve put in more money fixing it Then what the truck is worth
