After having to replace our roof for the second time in as many years, the difference between the two experiences was remarkable. Mark and his crew from Remarkable Roofing were fantastic from start to finish.
Unlike the first time around, when communication was lacking and the process was stressful, this team made the whole experience seamless. Mark took the time to thoroughly explain what needed to be done and followed through on everything he promised.

For transparency, I worked with Mark the owner for a few months at a roofing company many years ago. He made an immediate impression on me for his candor and his investment in himself to become successful in the roofing business.

Mark made things very easy, guiding us through the insurance claim for the damage to our roof. He is there every step of the way including installation day & project closing. His crew was very skilled and respectful of our property including no profanities.

They installed a temporary type of scaffolding to protect my wife's plants and trees. The cleanup of nails etc.. during the project and after was great. They even bent the drip edge on my bump outs to channel the water away from my house siding to prevent staining. Valley cuts are laser straight, as are shingles.

Mark made an interesting comment to me while on the job. He wants to focus on quality, not quantity to build his business. He worked for a large company that lost its focus chasing money instead of satisfying the customer. He didn't want to build his business like that.

Don't be put off by Remarkable Roofing being a new company or only a few reviews. Mark has a wealth of experience and knowledge to make his customers extremely satisfied.
