GM Concrete did a superb job on my side yard. Not only did Gilberto show up on time for his estimate, he said he could get the job done in a day. They showed up early this morning and by 3pm this afternoon they were done. Professional and large crew. I couldn't be happier. A+++++

I always strive to support small local businesses, but experiences like this waste my time and money.

GM Concrete never started our side driveway/sidewalk project. My initial conversation with Gilberto was great, he was helpful, understanding and motivated to get started. He was quick to meet with us to measure and discuss the project. However, when we realized we had a drainage problem that had to be resolved as a part of the project, the design had to change.

After discussing the new design which required piping under the concrete, I purchased the piping and was prepared to help install it. Gilberto told me he would contact dig line so we could start the project the following week.

Dig line was never contacted by GM Concrete and I never heard from Gilberto again. He never returned any of my requests for information or to call. My last request was two weeks ago and I still have not heard from him. What a disappointment. I hope these small businesses remember how they treated customers when the work slows down.

Shopped around for a few estimates (pouring a concrete sidewalk on the side of the house) he was the first to respond and came in at the lowest price and was able to start the project the same day. Gilberto and his business are incredible. I made an online request for a bid. He called me that very day, came by to give me a quote and was able to start and complete the job the next day. His father and two crew arrived at 6:30 am and worked really hard. They moved sprinklers and did everything needed to make the project work. He made helpful recommendations to what I wanted and the final product is outstanding. We wanted a concrete path from our driveway that connected to our back patio. Honestly, Gilberto and his team’s professionalism and hard work were impressive.

They even helped us move the tree from the front to the backyard with their Bobcat (we just had to dig the hole.) Love the new parking spot and that the drain spout flows underneath the new driveway, and that section of sprinklers has been capped and shut off. The contractor kept me informed throughout the process. They did an excellent job and were creative in recommending improvements to my sidewalk from the driveway to my house. They added an extra step and it looks much nicer and functional. I will hire them again if I need more cement work done.

Gilberto and his team were very fast! They completed our project in the time they told us. We added onto our driveway and created a RV pad in the backyard. It looks beautiful and is angled perfectly for drainage. They even put pipes under the concrete to drain our roof gutters away underneath. They are very polite and reasonably priced. GM Concrete did a really nice job on my 67 foot long driveway. They made the slope correct with a center drain and nice clean finish. We are beyond pleased with the services provided by GM Concrete and Excavation- and are so happy we found them! We had received several other bids and by the time we found GMCE, were losing confidence that we would ever find a trustworthy team to work with- much less have it done anytime in the near future. Not only were they prompt to respond to our inquiry and provide a flat rate quote (who wants to wonder if their final price will be different!?), but they were able to tackle the job (which was a rebuild of our existing concrete back patio along with a significant extension) starting the following week.

The job was finished in a very timely manner, and they even came back twice to double check the work. Their team was incredibly professional and efficient- and while I was worried about noise/time it would take as I work from home (very close to where the project was taking place), I had zero interruptions with the work. Their team was very polite and professional, were very attentive to cleaning up after themselves, mindful of where they parked as to not disturb neighbors, and overall- surpassed our expectations.

We had such high hopes for this company as they responded to my inquiry for an estimate right away and came to the house the next day. Gilberto took measurements, explained how the pour would go, and said he'd have an estimate for us that evening or the next day. He never followed through nor has he answered our emails. Extremely disappointed.

Gilberto and team are great! I was able to schedule a quote online and the day they came to quote they were able to start digging for our patio. They worked quickly and answered all of my questions. The big patio they poured looks awesome! I definitely recommend them.

I tried to find a concrete contractor to do a patio slab in the back of my lot. It was about 150 sq ft, needed. After waiting for another firm for nearly 3 weeks, I contacted GM Concrete and Excavation, about 9:00am on Monday. Gilberto and I exchanged information, and by noon, I had a proposal and a price. By 1:00pm, they were onsite and were clearing the area. They framed the work the next morning, and poured the concrete and were finished by 3:00pm. So in just a little over 24 hours, they did the entire job that I had waited for weeks to get even started.

They did a very good molding the concrete slab to the area I needed, the concrete poured was finished very professionally, the area was cleaned fully before they left. I will use this business again if I ever have a need.

Gilberto and his team are awesome! They gave us a reasonable estimate to install a gravel parking area (weed control fabric underneath) and to level a section of our backyard and install a gravel base for a hot tub.
They did impeccable work and cleanup! Great guys to work with!

Gilberto and his crew from GM Concrete and Excavation build us a 37' x 12' concrete patio with a stamped 1' border and extended our RV parking area by 16' x 29'. Gilberto and his crew were very knowledgeable, friendly, showed up on time, and performed a very clean job. Gilberto and his crew cleaned up after themselves even hosed down our driveway afterwards. The price was reasonable. We even recommended them to a family member who is having them do their driveway.

We've had Gilbert and his crew do quite a bit of work for us in the last year. Front driveway, large backyard patio, fire pit, and a pad for a shed. All are looking beautiful and have gotten a ton of compliments! They showed up on time and did the work exactly as I had pictured in my mind. I also appreciate that they found solutions to make it look how I desired, rather than trying to upsell me on something I didn't really want. Several other contractors didn't like my idea for our fire pit and wanted to build something different. Gilbert listened to what we asked for and executed it exactly as I had hoped. Gilberto and his father were fantastic! We had a drawing of what we wanted our patio to look like and they brought it to life. Their work ethic is top notch and the attention to detail, coupled with their kindness, and thorough work is what sets them apart. an example of that is how they encountered unexpected rain on the day of the final pour. They stayed at our home until 9pm making sure everything was finalized with the concrete pour. They constructed a 40ft x100ft tent so that they could work and protect the concrete during the downpour. their work ethic is fabulous. We will use them again in the spring for our sidewalk and driveway. I would not hesitate to have him come out and have a look at your project. You wont regret it.

They were just fantastic,about a month ago my son's and I poured two small slabs about 7 yards by the rental cart one yard per trip took all day and just wasn't worth it he did twice the size in short order and perfect

The crew knew exactly what to do the boss knew what had to be done they cleaned up they took care of it of everything and I am very pleased with the work they did if I ever need something done again I will be contacting them it's an A1 job thank you
