Karl and his team were amazing! They did a beautiful job on my roof and left no debris at all. The were so careful not to damage anything in my yard, windows or plants. Karl was so helpful and prompt and knowledgeable. Highly highly highly recommend karl and his team!

They did a great job replacing the roof over the shed. It was done in a timely fashion. They were nice, approachable and professional.

The owner Karl Camilo is a very unreliable, unethical and dishonest man. When replacing our roof, he damaged our helmets. He promised to come back and fix the helmets 5 times but has never shown up for any of our appointments. We took time off our busy schedules to work with his appointments, however he never showed up and ignored our calls. We are very disappointed. We hope that our experience with this bad contractor would help others when seeking for his services.

The roof replacement was done by KAC Construction last year in the summer of 2017 and not years ago as you stated. This is one more proof of your unethical and unprofessional handling of the work that you were hired to do – replace the roof – and of you not taking responsibility of the bad job done and the damages caused by you while doing the roof replacement.

In addition, you've never inspected the roof with my husband together. We found leaks in many spots soon after the job and my husband contacted you immediately for so many times. You promised my husband that you were going to come back to fix the gutter helmets but you never showed up for any of our appointments - at least 5 times in the last two weeks - and ignored our phone calls. Our homeowner insurance doesn't cover this because the damages were not caused by the storm. The damages were caused by the roof replacement done by KAC Construction. A reliable technician of the Moonworks came to inspect our roof and stated that the damages were the result of the roof replacement. He said that you should not remove the gutter helmet when replacing our roof. When you put the gutter helmet back, they don't fit back well. The attached video is a very clear proof of the damages to our gutter helmets and the condition on which the hose was left after the roof replacement. This is by no means small damages.

We have never experienced such unprofessionalism from other contractors. We hope that our experience with this company/contractor will help others when looking for professional reliable services.

They removed heavy snow and ice from my roof very quickly for a very reasonable price. I would recommend, they were very professional.

Met with the owner and had several areas of thick ice and snow. His men took care of the roof ice in a few hours and completed the job to my total satisfaction. I would recommend this company to anyone thinking of getting roof ice dams removed along with heavy snow ..

Called on a Monday for a leak in my roof. Knowing it was going to rain on Thursday I asked if it was possible to determine the problem and fix it before the next rain. Karl checked the roof that afternoon and got right back to me. Wednesday morning around 8 am two very nice gentlemen arrived and made quick work at fixing the leak. They explained the problem and how they were going to fix it. I received quick, polite and fast service at a reasonable cost. Thank you very much. I will be able to sleep tonight knowing that when it rains my roof won't be leaking. I highly recommend KAC.

Received a timely quote to have new gutters installed. Price was very good and they came to complete the job within a week.

I had a very good experience working with KAC. Karl and his crew were very professional and worked extremely quickly. We had to add a few additional repairs to the overall roof project, and Karl had no trouble taking on the additional work and completing the job within our deadline. We were very pleased with the finished product.

What a team from start to finish Karl was so courteous explain in detail just what was going to happen. Also there was other small issues that came up that he took care of with no extra charge. If you chose KAC Construction it will be the best and easiest contracting experience you'll ever have .

Got the best price to repair my roof and gutters. The boss is a GREAT guy, his was very KIND and RESPECTFUL. I contacted him again 5 years later when i moved into a new house and i loved how the roof was made again. It looked damp and ugly, water falling from the celling so i decide to called kac construction and got it repaired. After the job was done it looked fresh and brand new. It looked like i had a brand new house but it was the same one. He is a great guy and gives a very good PRICE. If my house roof got damaged i would call him AGAIN.

We called KAC Construction to get a quote to install a new roof to repair a leak problem we were having. KAC met with us in a timely manner. We agreed with a contract and he told us they would be here the following Thursday to start. That day came and went with no one showing up. After a week we inquired about the new start date. He stated they would be out the following week. Still no one showed or called. Many weeks have gone by and he has not returned any of our calls or emails. We now have to void his check and continue our delayed search for a new roofing company. Such unethical and unprofessional business service.

Great job. We had to use them to get the ice dams off the roof this last winter. They were friendly and very dependable. They worked through the night and the next day making sure that all the ice and snow was off the roof to fix our leaking problem. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs.

Got a free estimate and great price on a new roof. They were timely and professional. Roof looks great and they cleaned up the yard and everything surrounding the property (even my own mess). I will absoultely use them again and recommend them to friends & family.
