Karl & his crew were amazing! Karl met with me & explained the entire process. He advised that due to roof damage, I could have the roof replaced at no cost to me. He was professional and answered all questions I had. The crew that came and replaced the roof was in & out in one day!!!!
I was very impressed & would highly recommend!

They are reliable, Honest and they did a great job replacing my roof, I only paid $500 for my insurance deductible.

They help me to get a my roof replacement paid by my insurance..

Thanks karl for your help and great job, I recommend them to anybody who want their roof done

I contacted karl regarding a roof leak . He was very courteous and sounded professional, we set an appointment for 4pm on the same day i called. Did not show up until 6pm. He came with a drone and flew yhe drone over the entire home to determine the cause of the roof leak. Not only was he wrong about the cause of the leak but over charged, and when we called him to tell him his repairs did not fix anything, he kept giving me the run around, i had to hire another company to actually fix the cause of our leak, since then he has not even bothered to call to see if his services was able to solve our problem , I personally would never recommend Karl to anyone , we lost alot of money and time investing in this man

The owner Karl Camilo is a very unreliable, unethical and dishonest man. When replacing our roof, he damaged our helmets. He promised to come back and fix the helmets 5 times but has never shown up for any of our appointments. We took time off our busy schedules to work with his appointments, however he never showed up and ignored our calls. We are very disappointed. We hope that our experience with this bad contractor would help others when seeking for his services.

The roof replacement was done by KAC Construction last year in the summer of 2017 and not years ago as you stated. This is one more proof of your unethical and unprofessional handling of the work that you were hired to do – replace the roof – and of you not taking responsibility of the bad job done and the damages caused by you while doing the roof replacement.

In addition, you've never inspected the roof with my husband together. We found leaks in many spots soon after the job and my husband contacted you immediately for so many times. You promised my husband that you were going to come back to fix the gutter helmets but you never showed up for any of our appointments - at least 5 times in the last two weeks - and ignored our phone calls. Our homeowner insurance doesn't cover this because the damages were not caused by the storm. The damages were caused by the roof replacement done by KAC Construction. A reliable technician of the Moonworks came to inspect our roof and stated that the damages were the result of the roof replacement. He said that you should not remove the gutter helmet when replacing our roof. When you put the gutter helmet back, they don't fit back well. My video is a very clear proof of the damages to our gutter helmets and the condition on which the hose was left after the roof replacement. This is by no means small damages.

We have never experienced such unprofessionalism from other contractors. We hope that our experience with this company/contractor will help others when looking for professional reliable services.

Excellent service for a very affordable price, they come to my property in providence and I got a big surprise when I found the roof of my house and garage completely done, at the time get home from work..

They leave everything meticulously clean and the roof looks great, I already refer them to my clouding and my sister, thanks for your excellent and affordable service
