Greg and the QSPS team was great and walked my in-laws through the process and made it very easy for all to navigate. It was very easy working with all parties and were very communicative throughout the process. They were polite and professional and answered all of our questions. They promised the work be done in one day which is unheard of for a 5,000 sq foot home. But they completed it from start to finish in one day. It was amazing to see the team work in sync to get this project completed on such a cold day. They even picked up every piece of roofing, no matter how small from their flower beds. I would highly recommend this company for any project no matter how big or small. There prices were competitive and affordable. During their inspection, they even noticed a small water stain on my ceiling which they also remedied. Something we wouldn’t have noticed. Their attention to detail was meticulous. We plan on hiring them back to upgrade their windows and siding in the spring.

Originally I gave QSPS 5 stars, out of excitement of receiving a new roof, & I wish that was still the case because I am grateful for the new roof. However, due to having solar credits on my electric bill, I did not notice that my solar panels were not reinstalled correctly.
I have Tesla panels & QSPS did not want to pay more for Tesla to do the job & hired Sunrun instead. Sadly I cannot seem to get anyone from QSPS, Sunrun, or Tesla to help make this right.
Currently my solar panels have NOT worked since 4/28/24 when they were reinstalled, all my accrued solar credits are now gone, & the panels have not been able to converted any solar to electricity all summer long. Today is 9/15/24 & the weather has been gorgeous for some time now.
I had my roof replaced roughly 24 years ago by a different roofing company & had an issue with them too. Back then the 1 town building inspector gladly looked at our roof, but the 2 currently at the town hall refuse to go on our roof & we own a standard roof style home, in order to inspect this company's skill & competence.
Due to this situation now causing a hardship to my family, I must tell that sadly the job was NOT fully completed in a timely & professional way!
If this situation is resolved, I will consider changing my rating & comment.

I’ve never had a roof replaced before so I can’t compare the experience that way but I can tell you that this company did an A1 job. The hardest part was choosing shingle color and brand. Greg and his employees took care of the rest. It took one day which I never thought was possible because it’s a 3000 sq ft sprawling ranch. They started first thing in the morning and finished well before dark. They covered all of my shrubs and landscaping with tarps to protect them. After they left there was not one piece of debris or nail to be found. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you QSPS housing solutions!

The QSPS Team was incredible. I contacted them after I noticed some shingles missing after a storm. They handled everything! First was a free inspection. Once they saw all the storm damage they helped me with the claim from start to finish. The insurance company then sent an adjuster out to assess the damage within a couple of days of calling in the claim. It was determined I had significant storm damage and got approved for a full roof replacement for just the cost of my deductible. The roof was put on one week later and the team was wrapped up and done in one day! The best part is, my premium did not go up. Thank you so much Tom, Greg, Dawn and the entire QSPS Team.

Want an honest review? I had the roof replaced on both my house and garage by QSPS in February. Once completed, I collected over 100 nails left on my property. After one rainstorm my bathroom ceiling was completely saturated with water, moisture, and had potential for mold. This was due to faulty flashing done by the roofers. The flashing was corrected however the initial response for repair to my bathroom by Owner Greg was to "paint over the water mark" although the ceiling was visibly collapsing. After explaining the necessity for a full ceiling repair, a contractor was sent in. James, who did a great job, was instructed by the owner not to paint the bathroom walls, which had compound on them from the ceiling repair. I placed text/calls to not only Greg but also John and at no point were my calls ever returned. I was ignored and had to communicate through the contractor.
The only calls I ever received, six to be exact, were to schedule an "in person" Google review at my home, for the QSPS service provided. Unlike the rest of the QSPS assisted and manipulated 5 star reviews, I did not have the experience that others have stated they had so I will opt to write my own, unassisted review, which I am actually keeping brief. I tried to include photos and ironically this page will not allow it - It gives an error message “The connection was reset” I can provide pictures and receipts for any/all statements made. I hope for the future QSPS clients you start focusing more on respecting clients homes, their time, returning their calls and allow them to write their own reviews without the manipulation of your forced 5 star reviews. The roofers themselves, Dan and James deserve the recognition, you sir and your lack of concern for my home and my situation do not. Do better.

QSPS is a great company to work with, for the initial inspection of our roof damage to the completed job. Everything was smooth and easy. Customer service was great and we felt comfortable leaving the work to the team. Our roof looks great.
The team did everything in 1 day, from removing the old shingles to adding the new ones and any minor repairs needed. Clean up was also awesome, you would never know there was even work done if you looked around the house. Shout out to Jeffrey, John and Greg for all the assistance. We will recommend their services to friends and family and will call QSPS for our future siding too.

We had a vent covering for our attic crawlspace blow off during a storm. The repair was a small job but up on a ladder and something I didn't feel safe attempting myself.
