Greg and the QSPS team was great and walked my in-laws through the process and made it very easy for all to navigate. It was very easy working with all parties and were very communicative throughout the process. They were polite and professional and answered all of our questions. They promised the work be done in one day which is unheard of for a 5,000 sq foot home. But they completed it from start to finish in one day. It was amazing to see the team work in sync to get this project completed on such a cold day. They even picked up every piece of roofing, no matter how small from their flower beds. I would highly recommend this company for any project no matter how big or small. There prices were competitive and affordable. During their inspection, they even noticed a small water stain on my ceiling which they also remedied. Something we wouldn’t have noticed. Their attention to detail was meticulous. We plan on hiring them back to upgrade their windows and siding in the spring.

Greg and his team QSPS were here early than scheduled time and were efficient and reliable. The QSPS team did my roof, garage roof and my gutter guards in one day. GREG was patient with dealing with our insurance company's issues. The cleanup was amazing it was as if they were never at my home. Originally I gave QSPS 5 stars, out of excitement of receiving a new roof, & I wish that was still the case because I am grateful for the new roof. However, due to having solar credits on my electric bill, I did not notice that my solar panels were not reinstalled correctly.
I have Tesla panels & QSPS did not want to pay more for Tesla to do the job & hired Sunrun instead. Sadly I cannot seem to get anyone from QSPS, Sunrun, or Tesla to help make this right.
Currently my solar panels have NOT worked since 4/28/24 when they were reinstalled, all my accrued solar credits are now gone, & the panels have not been able to converted any solar to electricity all summer long. Today is 9/15/24 & the weather has been gorgeous for some time now.
I had my roof replaced roughly 24 years ago by a different roofing company & had an issue with them too. Back then the 1 town building inspector gladly looked at our roof, but the 2 currently at the town hall refuse to go on our roof & we own a standard roof style home, in order to inspect this company's skill & competence.
Due to this situation now causing a hardship to my family, I must tell that sadly the job was NOT fully completed in a timely & professional way!
If this situation is resolved, I will consider changing my rating & comment.
