Santiago and his crew were absolute legends. They showed up exactly on time and kept me in the loop when they found an issue that needed some extra TLC. Bonus points: they even pointed out a way for me to save a few bucks.

When the project needed an extra day, they didn’t ghost me—they were back the next morning, bright-eyed and hammer-ready. They did a bang up job cleaning up the site as well-even my Halloween decorations were lovingly returned to their proper place.

Oh, and mid-project, a guy who hires them for his apartment buildings showed up. He gushed over Santiago and the team so much it really confirmed I had made the right choice. Long story short: these folks are roofing rockstars. 10/10, would trust them with both my roof and my Halloween pumpkin army.

Santiago and his team were excellent. They gave me the best quote and they did quality work and did not cut corners. They worked with me on my strict timeframe and were communicative throughout. They even came in on Saturday to finish the job. I don't think I'll need any roof work done for a very long time but if I do for a different building, I will call them again. Could not be happier with JSS Roofing Contractors. We had some roof repair and a new roof put on. Santiago was prompt returning our call, came out to see our roof/house and our quote was in our email box within 24 hours. We set our date and they showed up and working by 7:30 both mornings! They covered our landscaping around our house plus protected our siding. They did a thorough clean-up and even used a big magnet they rolled around to pick up any nails…. Excellent service, professional and top job on our roof. I highly recommend using them!

After consulting with 5 different contractors, Santiago & JSS were the only company that physically came to our home to get on our roof and inspect the damage. After a 60 minute review of the roof and 5 skylights that needed to be replaced we hired him on the spot. His team is the hardest working group and would throughly clean the site each night to protect our child and dogs from loose nails. The end result is everything we could have asked for and highly recommend his services.

He and his team did high quality work in a tricky flashing repair around my chimney. The end product not only performs right, but it looks great. Professional job all around. Working with Santiago and his crew was a pleasure . His pricing was very fair and he was great about communicating about details . He was able to provide clear pictures about needing some plywood repairs before proceeding . Even with that extra repair work he was more than fair in the added expense . We were also pleased that they were able to replace the skylight . They were one of the only roofing companies that was willing to both roof and skylight . His crew was amazing, working extremely hard on such a hot day and finishing completely and doing a great clean up after all in one day . We are very pleased and would highly recommend them .

Santiago from JSS construction was the only person out of 4 roofing businesses (that boasted 24 hour emergency service) who promptly responded to an emergency I had after a storm. He was very friendly and calming to me. He assessed the problem, got the materials and worked very efficiently to fix my roof. I was very impressed and called him again a few days ago after some wind blew shingles off my roof. I would recommend them to anyone that has roofing problems, questions or needs a new roof. Did an excellent job replacing our roof peak which the squirrels had destroyed. They were efficient and friendly and did a really good job cleaning up once they had finished. Would definitely have them back for any future roofing needs!

JSS construction did a fantastic, professional job replacing our complicated roof- many angles, many valleys and it’s a big roof. We were in constant contact with Santiago and the crew was very professional and safe- we had a copy of their insurance and the workers used harnesses and safety ropes the entire time.. Additionally, they did not upsell or say certain things needed replacing . And almost most importantly, they were extremely neat - all of the old roof was carefully and neatly put in the dumpster and after the roof was finished they left the yard cleaner than when they got there - and went over the lawn with a magnet to make sure they got all of the extra nails. And I didn’t have to wait six months to have my roof replaced because all of the other roofers are too busy!! I highly recommend JSS. Would use them again!!

We hired the JSS crew to install a skylight and exterior window moulding. Leading up to the work, Santiago stayed in touch as the weather needed to be dry. They arrived at 2pm and completed the job by 8p. Great work.
