They did a wonderful job replacing my roof! The crew was very respectful of my property and did a great cleanup afterwards.

I could not ask for a better experience. This company apparently has excellent management and it certainly shows in the quality and training of their employees. Both Eli, the roof inspector, and Steve, the roofing project manager, both did a wonderful job along with the workmen who installed the new roof. I will be recommending the JP Carroll Roofing Company to my friends and associates at every opportunity.

Very good and responsive people with good materials used, especially their project manager Mikey he was a big help and answered any question we had on them reroofing and fixing some spots on our roof!

Sales rep did a very thorough inspection, revealing what we did and didn't need to be done. Installation crew was very efficient and spent extra effort in cleaning up (the process is messy!). Project Mgr. (Michael) kept us informed and was on the job and available for any questions for the whole project. Excellent results!

JP Carroll replaced my garage roof. The crew was careful and completed the job on one day. They covered nearby garden areas and put removed shingles and other discarded things in a dumpster. The nails and tacks were gathered via magnets and put in the dumpster as well, though I did need to sweep the area where the dumpster was after it was removed.
I am very pleased with their work and my garage looks great!

Our new roof was just installed by JP Carroll Roofing. From start to finish, the project was a very positive experience. We are extremely happy with the people we worked with as well as the quality of the material and the final results of the project. Everyone at the company is wonderful to work with. Just had an amazing experience with Mr. Consolini. We had quite the experts on the job as his whole team was very efficient and professional. Mike as the project was moving along noticed that our roof needed a bit more plywood cause some of ours was not in great shape. He swiftly went and grabbed more as to not delay the job. He also noticed that somehow the bathroom vent was disconnected and kindly connected it for us. Overall a great experience, I am a service worker myself and the level of clean up afterwards was top notch!

I am genuinely surprised on how my experience went with JP since their price was over $10,000 than any other quote I received. The initial consultation with James was amazing. He answered all my questions told me the installers were all professionals… since JP takes two weeks out of the year to train them their standard. They installed 25 roof squares in one day, which is impressive, but it came at a cost. They destroyed my gutter guards, damaged my HVAC unit which caused water damage in my kitchen ceiling, they had to come back to fix my roof because they didn’t nail the plywood down correctly the first time. They would send someone out and say they fixed the problem but they didn’t. This is where I met their in-house employee Asanti, who actually fixed it, and got them their third star. Everything was resolved and Jp ended up taking the damages off from the bill. I gave them 2 stars because now they sent me an email saying they are sending my account to collections after 4 days of sending me the final invoice. I tried calling them all week to resolve this but no one has reached out or answered my phone calls. Only advice I have is i strongly advise anyone who gets their roof replaced to double check it, and make sure you walk around your home with a magnet.

Very professional company. Did a great job without a long wait between estimate and work being completed. Was all finished in one day as promised.

They used high quality materials and of the three estimates we got, JP Carroll was in the middle. So not the cheapest, but we felt they were reasonably priced for the quality of work! Would recommend.

JP Carroll replaced our roof and we couldn’t be more pleased. The crew arrived on time, were efficient, professional and extremely hardworking considering it’s the middle of July. From the salesman Will who was not only knowledgeable about the product, he was friendly and actually instilled so much confidence we couldn’t say no, to Jenna in the office and the project manager Mike Consilini, who made sure to stay in touch during the install. When the roof was complete the crew made sure all of the nails were picked up, the debris was blown off the driveway, porch, steps, etc. and the roof looked amazing! We recommend JP Carroll as a first class operation, without question or concern to the homeowner!

We had a wonderful experience with JP Carroll! Steve was so great in getting us set up and explaining our options and making the process so easy. Then the project manager Mikey was great the day of and we are absolutely in love with the new roof.
The only issue we had was during install a big hydrangea bush got crushed under a ladder. Seems like the ladder could have been placed just a few feet over to avoid the damage.
Even so, I would still highly recommend JP Carroll.

Great experience. We have a very large old home with an aging roof and three different roofing materials. JP Carroll Roofing was able to handle the job with confidence when other companies couldn’t take on the job. Super quick and efficient. Roof looks great!

The crew wasn't careful around our house and took no care protecting bushes. Some got destroyed and they only gave a $50 credit. We were still finding screws and pieces of shingles around our property throughout the following year. Don't buy their gutter guards. They don't work and actively cause problems. When bringing up these issues, our rep just laughed and offered the $50 credit.

Five stars! The JP Carroll roofing team (Lee and Luke) truly care customers, they pay attention to small details and keep customer notified on every step. JP Carroll did a great job installing our roof. Their hard working team arrived promptly at 7am and seemed to work nonstop in excessive heat to finish the job in a day and a half. The team also did a great job cleaning up after the job which is no easy feat considering how messy it is removing and replacing a roof. Thanks to Mike and Mike who were the two project managers. Their communication with me during the job was excellent.

I don’t have any complaints. I have no doubt at all that they are worth every penny. We just weren’t interested in the bells and whistles for the higher cost.

TLDR; Higher end, very skilled team, exceptionally professional, middle-of-the-road pricing.

Recommendation: If you are interested in highly considerate, patient, customer service with strong warranty’s and guarantees, and you don’t mind paying more for a “perfect” experience – absolutely choose JP Carroll. If you want a great experience, to support a local business, and have a lower cost – go with JS&R. Avoid Bob & Sons at all costs.

We reached out to JP Carroll for two reasons: One, they left a flier in our mailbox saying they could offer a local discount and a military discount. Two, we wanted to get ATLEAST three quotes.
A few days later, they sent James out – hi James! James was an excellently skilled salesperson, very kind and respectful, and so generous with his time (he did not try to pull a fast one, and there was only one selling point he made that I challenged – and he conceded). He spent over 2 hours with us, including getting up on the roof to look it over and show us a video of it. JP Carroll is the only company that actually got up on the roof before giving us a quote, and let us see photos of our roof. We thought that was awesome and were comforted by the thoroughness.
James went in detail explaining JP Carroll’s priorities, their team members, and what the day would look like – including someone who would be here, on site, to answer any questions or concerns that could possibly arise. This on-site-customer-service-manager is something no one else offered – we just didn’t feel like it was necessary for us. James also dutifully explained why the awards they have matter – they allow extra warranty’s with the manufacturing companies and more promises of satisfaction. This was a strong selling point.
James said he could offer us the local discount, and explained the military discount was actually just a $200 rebate – I was disappointed in that, but it is what it is. Just felt like false advertising.

Unfortunately, we already had a roofer in mind. Once James gave us the quote for JP Carroll, we knew for a fact that we wanted to go with JS&R (you can read my review for them for more info). I texted James to let him know, and another member of the team reached out saying they worked out a way to quote us less. While we appreciated the thought and the guy who called us was very kind, we (personally) are not a fan of haggling – proxy, or no. Quote us what it costs.

From the initial admin woman we spoke with, to James, to the gentleman who followed up with us – JP Carroll’s customer service was EXCEPTIONAL.

The biggest positive from JP Carroll wasn’t the large, well-established team, the warranty’s, or the discounts. It was James’ joy of being a part of the team. That speaks volumes to us.

I could not have had a more professional, high quality experience than what I had with Edison, roofer and his team and Mike Chase, project mansger. I would not hesitate to recommend JP Roofing for their workmanship, high quality products and professionalism. Great company to work with!

Full strip, 12 sheets of plywood replacement, 2 skylight removal, and 3500 sq ft of shingles start to finished clean up and spotless in under 8 hours. The crew was incredible and the project manager went out of his way to ensure that we were in the loop and on the same page as far as what was being done, the reason for it, and the options/methods.

I filled out an online estimate request for a roof inspection estimate on Angie's List. I literally requested to be contacted by companies that have the ability to schedule inspections online. I work.... ALL DAY EVERYDAY doing landscaping. I do not want to field tons of phone calls while using lawnmowers, chainsaws and other heavy equipment (and I hate talking on the phone so online it is!!!!) I filled out a questionnaire... age of roof, number of floors, why do you need an inspection, type of roof material, major concerns etc..... My phone blew up from all of these companies trying to call me all hours of the day and night. I ended up getting a text message from JP Carroll on a Saturday afternoon while I was mowing saying, "I know you said that afternoons and Saturday afternoons aren't good for you in general, but can I ask you some questions via text so we can schedule the inspection. I said YES TEXT! Answered all of the same questions all over again. Age of roof, visible damage, any leaks etc... set up an appt. Phone starts blowing up again an hour later. "Hi, sorry, double booked, can we do Thursday morning at 9 instead?" So I gave them my husband's name and phone number and said, "Please contact him from here on out. I will not be home at that time, so he can take over. " They claimed to pass this info along. A few days later, more calls and more texts, "Hi, this is the roofer, I just have a few more questions...." SAME THING AGAIN!!! "How many stories, age of roof, leaks, attic access, who is the home owner, will they be there?" I copied and pasted all the information again (3rd time is a charm, as they say). I also let the roofer know that this house is owned by an elderly family member who lives nearby. I rent the house from her and I've lived here for 6 years. I set up inspections and you can forward all of the findings to her. She makes the ultimate purchasing decisions. I gave him her name, #, and email address. No answer from him. The morning of our appointment my husband calls me at 9:30 to say, I've been waiting and watching since 8:50, no one showed up!? He called the roofer who claimed to have been at our house for a half hour and left and when my husband challenged that and said, "You must have the wrong address!" He described our house including the fact that we had a red door?!?! The office people claimed he had the wrong address.....we think he showed up before 9 and left. I have no clue. He came back. Got out of the truck and shot my husband a price. He didn't even take out a ladder!? He didn't take pics. He eyed the roof from ground level. He complained that the home owner wasn't here. I TOLD HIM SHE WOULDN'T BE HERE!!!!! He said he would send him a detailed quote within the hour. Nothing. We never heard back.
Mind blown.....
I know appointments can be made online. We've since set up one with Rhino Back Roofing and SkyView Roofing! SkyView came that afternoon and sent us a detailed report with photos of damage and an itemized weather incident report for our address which can be submitted to the insurance company. They did this without needing to ask me for all of the same information 3 seperate times and without calling me 47 times despite asking to do things online. Holy moly. What a waste of time. If setting up an inspection is this frustrating, and communication is this lacking already, I'm actually afraid to see what would happen if they peel the roof off of my house and run into an problem.

This entire experience was a joy. JP Carroll, Sean Ryan and Michael Consolini were fabulous. The crew finished the entire project (40 upscale condominiums) within budget and ahead of schedule.

As a community manager, the key to successful large projects is communication and JP Carroll's was excellent. Working as a team we were able to keep the homeowners informed, forecasted dates were met and no one had any surprises.

Issues in the field were handled professionally and in a timely fashion. Cleanup was completed daily and the site was left in excellent condition. I cannot say enough good about this company and would most certainly keep them on my bid list!!

Highly recommend using JP Carroll for your new roof. From first phone call to installation, every step was seamless. Christian came out the day after I inquired and did a full inspection of our current roof including going into the attic. He was professional and there was zero pressure. Roof looks great! A little disappointed that we were told we would be getting fitted covers that are installed
over our old rusted vent pipes then we're told that we weren't because they don't have covers that fit our pipes. Otherwise job was done as promised

Mike and his crew are on their final days of completing our Condominium complex roofing project. From the first day Mike and his professional hard working crew have maintained our complex areas organized cleaned and contained with barely no disruptions on our daily living. They worked under extreme hot weather/raining conditions and still managed to do an excellent job with his supervision. Our complex looks awesome with our new roofs and the new tile color makes our units look more modern.

I had J P Carroll replace my roof recently and could not have been more pleased. Jocelyn, my project manager kept me informed at each step leading up to the installation as well as post installation. The installation crew were there at my place on time. The crew was hardworking and braved the summer heat to complete my project without issues. They were led by Mike and Lee, project managers who were very courteous and professional. Mike and Lee kept me updated on the progress on the days of the installation and I appreciate their transparent and clear communication. They ensured the clean-up was complete after the installation. Any issues in invoicing or change orders were quickly dealt with. I am glad I had a very smooth experience with the J P Carroll team. I will recommend them if you are considering a roof installation.

I just had the experience of having Joe and his assistant Jay at my home to install an attic fan. Good guys all around. I will definitely recommend them for any roofing work needed.

I’m updating my initial 5-star review to 3 stars while I work with JP Carroll Roofing to address an unresolved issue regarding the scope of work and product performance. I’m currently in the process of seeking a fair resolution and hope to have this matter settled soon.

Once everything is resolved, I’ll update this review accordingly to reflect the full experience.

Spoke with Sean and was able to get some good information about the humidty and temperature range. We looked through data gathered from the thermostat/humidistat and found that the values were within range. We decided on adding a secondary solar fan to stay on the safe side. I must commend Sean for his great troubleshooting skills and detailed explanation.

Kudos to Joe and Fred for their customer service as well.

A lot of lessons learned and I look forward to working with JP Carroll again in the future.

The JP Carroll crew is stellar! They responded promptly to our need to have a hole in our attic repaired. Sean was so easy to work with and got this scheduled easily. Joe came by and filled that hole and did it with a smile. They also replaced one of our condo roofs 2 years ago and did a phenomenal job from start to finish. I highly recommend this company!

The roofing job was a big purchase for us. To top it off the guys had to deal with extreme heat conditions. All said Alex and crew did a great job. The job took three days from start to the final clean up a dumpster removal. It is hard to predict what will happen to the roof in the next few years but we are confident that the job was well done.

Joe Marinone and Jake were here first thing on yet another heat wave day to inspect my garage roof after a neighbor's tree branch fell on it. They were friendly, polite, and efficient. They inspected the shingles and even pointed out minor damage to the siding and offered to fix it before determining the siding was still sound. I loved the roofing job JP Carroll did on my main house roof last fall, so I turned to them after the tree branch hit my garage. They were honest and didn't try to sell me on a needless roof repair. We are very happy with the new roof installation! Jim the project manager was ready to answer all of my questions during the process. The entire crew were professional and hard workers! It was obvious they take pride in their work. The clean up was very thorough. I definitely recommend JP Carroll.

Really horrible communication between the sales team, production, and billing. We were given an original estimate, which was change about 3 times. Shingles we wanted weren't available, this difference wasn't adjusted in a new invoice. Couple items were not installed as per agreement, and the amount of back and forth to get the invoice adjusted was not worth the headache for what you pay. They kept getting the numbers wrong, and while I appreciate the ladies patience this could all have been avoided. The work, well, we shall see how it holds up. They ruined bushes, left trash, and I'm still finding nails in my yard. Toward the end of the day they were rushing with clean up. I would not recommend.

I was part of a complete roofing renovation at my condominium complex. They did a great job from beginning to end. Always cleaned up and kept things contained throughout the job. The roofers are such hard workers..in this heat I don’t know how they do it. Michael was on the job every day overseeing any questions that might come up..what a project manager should be. And..the roofs look GREAT!

The crew came in when they said stripped, replaced materials where it was needed and completed their job as mentioned. They also cleaned up the mess at the end.

A very professional experience from the initial call setting up the estimate, the estimate process itself, scheduling through the office, and one day installation lead by the foreman Mike. Arrived on time and thoroughly removed the old roofing and completed the install in an efficient manner. They even helped me out by putting back some flashing that had come down in a recent storm.

The JP Carroll team not only replaced my flat roof, but also significantly improved the drainage to minimize splashback that was creating wear on my house. John and Lee were excellent to work with on scope and costs. Alberto and the crew worked hard each day. The roof was never left open to weather overnight, and the crew cleaned up after every shift.

The crew that worked here did very well to replace the roof quickly, and cleaned the property of nails and scrap wood.After having an outside and attic inspection with Lee, he went over any cosmetic or structural issues that we were concerned with, rust run (where chimney meets roof)and any gapping in the wood panels.Lee gave us his plan to have a crew come back and help update our house to look better than ever!
