I reached out to JP Carroll because I had concerns about my 25-30 year old roof on my house.

Colton came out, went up there, (two story high rise colonial mind you) and took a thorough detailed video of what I needed to focus attention on. He also went over the features that their materials provide, as well as the warranty. He was knowledgeable with solutions and transparency. SOLD.

Lee And Shawn came out jointly to coordinate the project, and as someone involved in a client facing industry myself, I could not have been any more impressed. From start to finish they made sure I was involved in the process, including photo updates as the job progressed. They are highly respectful and respected by their team, they are efficient, and they GOT IT DONE.

I always say "you get what you pay for", and in this instance I got far more. My roof is amazing now, but what sets this company apart is their polished professionalism. True white glove service, highly recommended!

We were very pleased with the help we received from John Baiet in supporting us with the solar uninstall and reinstall with our solar lease company. He was incredibly efficient, friendly and helpful in finding the right form we need to begin this process and ensure that we are on schedule with our roof replacement. I just had my new RED roof put on today. I cannot tell you how great the workers were. They put the on fabulously. The red matches my shutters perfectly. The project manager, Matt, was here all day. In a day, the JP Carroll crew completed three porch roofs (not the slate upper sections that were already in good shape). Efficient, clean, friendly. All at a great price and with top quality. Highly recommend.

We looked to JP Carroll to put a new roof on because our old one was leaking terribly and also install new gutters on both sides of our building. They sent Kevin out to do the estimate on our roof and gutters, and we felt like this company had things under control, and it would go smoothly. However, communication fell short heavily and it was just over a month since our meeting with Kevin and we had multiple delays, weather was understandable, but our leak was getting worse and we were weary of feeling pushed out. So we contacted Kevin, and he assured us the following week the roof would be done, and we said we'd hold out till then before making any cancelations plans.

The following week came, and we got materials and a dumpster delivered, and the next day, the workers came and started work on our roof. Ashley, who was our scheduling contact, came out as the project manager, and my wife made them lunch, and they were very appreciative of that. When I got home from work, Ashley updated me with how the job was going and was hopeful the Gutters would be installed the next day, They finished and picked up the premise nicely.

Unfortunately, we're still waiting on Fascia and Gutters to be installed.

Since posting our initial review Ashley had contacted us apologized for the delay and wanted to make things right and get the job to a done stage she quickly got a crew out and put up new Fascia and they did a great job.
The next day, I got home from work to see brand new gutters installed.
We really appreciate the urgency and willingness to finish up the job while we were a bit disappointed with the process taking a bit longer than expected. JP Carroll does good work, and the representatives Kevin and Ashley were very friendly and accommodating.

We had a complete roof replacement by J P Carroll of Westfield Massachusetts and they did a great job. Matt Tkaz oversaw the job and interacted with me throughout. He made sure that I understood what was needed and how they would accomplish it. During the job we had some rain delays and he was prompt about getting the crew back here as soon as was feasible. They did a quality job -- they replaced the old substandard plywood, the roofing shingles lie flat, and the chimney flashing is excellent. Their clean up was thorough. The roof looks perfect.

I had a couple of quotes and even though JP Carroll was not the cheapest, I chose them to put on my new roof. I have to say that they did a fantastic job from Jonathan, the salesman to Michael and his crew. My neighbor called to tell me that she was so impressed when she saw one of the workers raking the front yard. The dumpster was only in the front of my house for one day. First thing the next day it was picked up and the worker swept the driveway. The roof is beautiful. I am so pleased that I picked JP Carroll Roofing!

My husband and I chose JP Carroll roofing to have a new roof put on our home. From the moment I first contacted their company they were quick and sending someone out for a quote and started the job in a timely fashion. Very impressed with how hard the Employees worked to get a new roof put on our home. They were very professional. They showed up on time and worked continuously throughout the day even in this warm weather and Did an excellent job! As promised, project managers were on site the entire time. We worked with both Lee and Jeff. Both answered all of our questions in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. The roof looks spectacular and we are beyond happy with their work. Also, I should mention that the cleanup was done very well and nothing was missed.

My work was perfectly done on time as was promised, This was my 2nd time of using JP Carroll. The 1st time was in 2015 when they roofed my primary residence. Their squad descended on my property, this time, in the morning and by late evening the job was completed and the premises completely cleaned. The people ( Wayne & Michael ) I worked directly with, were completely professional in their interaction with him. In fact, my recommendation is that the two men be given a raise for the way they conducted themselves during the roofing of my house.
Jose also merits special mention for the way he came up with a solution to a problem they encountered during the roofing process.

I’m in the midst of gutter replacement. The JP Carroll team that removed my gutters last week were professionals. They were skilled, friendly, polite, and extremely careful and respectful to the property, while working on each side of the house. After the house is painted they will be back to install the new gutters. I have no worries with the excellent Carroll team process.

Terrible communication, and scheduling. We needed the roof done to install solar panels, their poor communication, terrible project management cost us months. We paid them the deposit, which they told us we had to do. To then find out we were supposed to pay the deposit to the solar company. Had to have JP Carroll send us our deposit back (which took weeks) to the pay Earthlight.

I called JP Carroll Roofing because I needed the roof on my front porch and garage replaced. They sent out a representative who was friendly and knowledgeable who took the time to explain my options. When the roofing crew came out they finished the entire job in a single day. I am extremely pleased with the workmanship, especially with the clean up of the roofing materials from the front yard.

JP Carroll replaced by 30 year old roof two weeks ago and I couldn't be happier. Matt B. had come a few weeks before the replacement to inspect the roof and to give me a quote. He was great. He explained the whole process and I found his enthusiasm for the company to be genuine. He inspected my roof both inside and outside. He took numerous pictures from inside the attic and explained each and every problem. He gave me the quote and explained all of my options. The process was fast and easy and there was zero pressure. A couple of weeks after getting the quote Mike C. (the project manager, another gem) arrived followed by the crew. Mike went over the replacement process and they set to work. When they were done they thoroughly cleaned up. The finished roof looked great and I've gotten compliments from my neighbors on how good my new roof looked.

JP Carroll just completed a major project for us--we're thrilled with our new roof, the workmanship, and the customer experience. JP Carroll's professional, thorough, and patient estimation and proposal process was so much better than the others. From scheduling to completion everyone from the salesperson Will, to the office manager Amarelis, to the project manager Kevin, were in synch, proactive, and always available to address questions or concerns. Last but not least, crew chief Edison and the team of 10 were amazing--working safely, being very careful to protect our home and landscaping, and working so well together to complete the job promptly.

We are very satisfied with the work of JP Carroll Roofing to replace our 22 year old roof. Josh Pearson, the roofing inspector, did a very thorough job in explaining the condition of our roof, assisted by drone captured images, and answered all of the questions we had regarding our existent roof and chimney. He also laid out clear information regarding the installation of a new roof (the installation process, materials used, choices to be made, etc.).

Mike Chase, our on-site project manager, was also an excellent communicator about the work to be done, and during the process of being done. He answered all of our questions and has been attentive to every detail. His crew was extremely hard working, and their clean-up was immaculate.

Ashley was the coordinator for my roof. They showed up promptly at 7 on the specified date and finished in 1 day. EVEN though they had to replace the wood on an entire side. They were very safety conscious and made sure no property, mine or my neighbors would be damaged. When they were finished, they left my side yards cleaner and prettier than when they showed up and made sure there was nothing in my neighbor's yard. It was also the lowest quote of the 4 I received to do the job even with the added expense of wood replacement. They made getting financing easy and affordable.
I cannot imagine anyway they could have made this easier for a new homeowner. If I could have given them 10 stars I would have.

We recently had a new roof installed by J.P. Carroll Roofing. The complete job was excellent from start to finish. This company is top shelf. It had been 26 years since our previous roofing job and we had concerns about underlayment. Steve provided the estimate with a thorough walkdown of the roof and also the attic. He showed us various options for shingles, vents, warranties and answered our concerns. Kevin, the job supervisor, came with Miguel and crew. Kevin answered additional questions once the job was started and was very knowledgeable about the job. It was amazing watching proficiency of this crew in action. They set up tarps to protect windows, siding and landscaping while the old shingles were being removed. The entire roof replacement which involved our main colonial, family room, garage, deck roof and pool pump house including cleanup was done within seven hours. You can tell this company is experienced by the way they perform the operation. They left our house and yard in the same clean condition as when they started. We had wind damage to our roof during the recent storms. JP Carroll fixed the roof quickly after I called and it was perfect. It looks good as new! I recommend JP Carroll without any hesitation!

JP Carroll Roofing did a great job from start to finish! They came to my house within a few days to assess the issue and talk with me. David visited and got up on the roof and took pix and video of the issues and then was really thorough explaining the full process to me. He was very knowledgeable and really nice to talk with! Then, Ashley - who was going to lead the project on the ground - was really organized and great to work with also! She called me to make the plans for the actual work a few days ahead, then got to my house to walk around to talk through any issues and oversaw the work for the whole day. The team all showed up and started working immediately - great crew of folks! I was super happy that they all tied off for safety reasons. They completed my roof in a day and it looks fantastic and they cleaned everything up perfectly! There was also a small issue that happened where part of my lawn and driveway had a bit of damage (due to the forklift that brought the shingles getting stuck on a wet part of my yard) - but JP Carroll sent a landscape/driveway group to come right away and fix it. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend them!
