JP Carroll Roofing - Milford, CT

I just had my roof replaced by JP Carroll Roofing. I was impressed with the entire team. My consultation was with Christian, and he was very accurate in the estimate and answered all my questions, never rushing me. Jocelyn was also excellent at scheduling the project. She was very professional and friendly as all the employees were. Mike was the project manager, and he called the day before. He went over what to expect, told me what time the crew would arrive and answered all my questions. The crew arrived on time and only took one break. They worked hard all day and did not leave until the job was complete. I have an old house and there were a few unique problems with the roof. Mike and Miguel took everything about the job seriously and found excellent solutions to the problems. Mike kept me informed on the work for the entire project. I was amazed at the attention to detail the crew took in both replacing the roof and the cleanup. When they left, my lawn was clean of any debris and you couldn’t tell they had been there, except I now have a beautiful roof. Mike called the day after to see if I had any questions and to make sure I was happy with the results. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I would recommend JP Carroll to anyone who needs a new roof.

I am very happy with the job JP Carroll did: with how quickly the work was scheduled, the quality of the work, and the customer service. Patrick, the salesman, explained how the work would be done and the materials that would be used very clearly and thoroughly. Jeff, the project, manager had to secure a back up crew when the first crew's van broke down, but was still able to complete most of the job on the day it was schedule and finish up the next day. Both men were a pleasure to work with. When the job was complete, the site was left completely cleared of debris. And thanks to the hard working crew who did the job on two very steamy days! An excellent job all around!

On Monday, July 28, Alex and Jenna from JP Carroll called me to remind me that the planned job to replace my roof is scheduled for Tuesday, July 29 and that the JP Carroll crews will be here around 7am and if I had any questions that I could contact them at any time. I mentioned to them that my electrician, Verona Electric, will be here around 8am and that Eversource would be here at around 9am to shut off the power so that JP Carrol crew could work on replace the roof safely. They both stated that it will be great and that all should work out well. Well, Alex and his crew were here at 7am sharp and they began to work immediately. While I met Alex and his crew, Alex begins to go over the details and scope of the job that the JP Carroll crew will be doing, Alex was very thorough. At about 8am Verona Electric appeared, and Alex introduced himself to them as Verona Electric began to replace my entrance conductor. At around 9am Eversource arrived, and Alex introduced himself to them and all three, Alex, Verona Electric and Eversource huddled and discussed the job and each one’s responsibility, Alex was very pivotal in this process as he coordinated the work with Eversource and Venora Electric. At the end of the day, I witness Alex acting in the capacity of managing the work with his crew (JP Carroll), Eversource and Venora electric. At the end of the day the job went well, Alex crew managed to assist Venora Electric and Eversource with the result turning out to be a well-coordinated job completed on time by all. Venora electric completed the entrance conductor, Eversource replaced the electric service and Alex and JP Carroll completed the replacement of my roof. JP Carroll cleaned up with ease and precision. Alex and I did a work around at the completion of the job and I was incredibly pleased.
