Servpro of Bloomfield/Enfield, CT is great! They completed a pack out of our personal property and the labor to return the property into the home. This was an incredible amount of work and the crew was amazing! Noemi is the owner of this franchise and it shows in the work ethics of her team that she’s a great manager! I strongly recommend this franchise and her construction company Sante Builders!

Rick Sanpias and his team were extremly professinal and understanding during the clean-up of our building, after we had a fire and extensive water damage. Every step of the process was reviewed and a clear and concise plan was laid out to minimize the impact to our business.

I can not say enough great things about our experience with Sante Builders. We have little experience with contractors and were not planning any work. We had a flood in the house which required major work in the kitchen (tearing up and replacing floors and we then added taking down a load bearing wall). They were amazing. Peter DeMaria, the Project Manager was extremely communicative, and often came to the house to check on the project. He always sent a text to make sure we would be home and available. The men that did the work, Selso and his crew were wonderful. They were professional, prompt, polite, and made the house immaculate after each day of work. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with each stage of the project. I have heard so many horror stories of contract work and for our first experience this was a pleasure.

My roof looks Great!!! Thank you!!! You helped me every step of the way. You helped me pick the perfect color and explained what a good quality roof I was getting. I highly recommend Sante, especially Donna Robbins. She is their estimator/project manager and our 'go between' for negotiating with our stingy insurance company. Using her extensive experience and knowledge, she was able to more than double the amount our insurance company was going to pay us to restore our flooded basement. The job came out beautiful! Five stars!!

A garage fire damaged my roof (blew big time). Never thought it would look just the same. A thumbs up for the crew @ Sante. Hard workers and got the job done... the right way!

Sante did a great job on my restoration. They walked me through the project and answered all my questions. Their team was fast and efficient. Very friendly, they arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended!

I dont usually write reviews because most of the time I thought they were useless but this company was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!. This company should not be in business. I had to fire Sante after the first day They removed items from my home without my permission and would not compensate me for the items taken. Then, stole the insurance company check deposited it into their account without my signature. When the insurance company finally got the money back from them, they had with held funds for work they did not perform then refused to explain their cost or submit paperwork for review. The project manager was totally competent. If you are considering using this company. "DON'T " It's in you best interest. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
