These guys did a great job, was an easy process and came out to the house next day and completed the moss removal off our roof. Highly recommend

Full disclosure, my first round with Johnny Tsunami was suboptimal. I hired them to clean the metal roof on my house, and there was nearly as much grime and moss on it after the first technician left as there was before he arrived. It looked like he just applied some cleaning solution and sprayed off the loose debris, and I can do that myself for free.

BUT. The sales guy who quoted the project (JP) immediately took action to correct the situation, and the second tech (Alex) did an incredible job. Any company that owns up to subpar workmanship and goes above and beyond to quickly correct it is worth a five-star review in my book. I’ll be hiring them again!

I am happy with the gentle cleaning my roof received, and when I did have one concern, they sent someone out who took care of it right away.

Dylan did an absolutely phenomenal job of cleaning out 3 years worth of debris from our gutters. Our roof looked brand new when we came home, this is top-notch service at its best. Thank you so much!

Most of the job was done well. There were, however, areas that could have been done better. For example, not all of the moss was removed from the asphalt driveways. Lichens (I think) were left growing between the Trex on the upper deck. Pea gravel and other debris was left on the upper driveway, steps, and pavers.

I wish I had known about Johnny Tsunami Exterior Cleaning earlier. My deck is clean and now inviting. I look forward to using their exterior house cleaning services in the future.

The experienced bidder and phenomenal team that showed up to pressure/soft wash was the best service we have had on our home period. The team worked smart, and diligently to complete everything to perfection. Special call-outs to JP, Michael and Lagne.

Peter did an excellent job cleaning my exterior windows. He was very professional, thorough and explained what he would be doing. In addition, he was very patient with me and kind. I was very happy with the results!

Although the pricing exceeded my expectations, I must express my satisfaction with the individuals who completed the task: Ty and Garrett. They demonstrated exceptional professionalism, respect, and collaborative efforts. Notably, the company’s supervisor, Ozzie, visited the site during the project to provide guidance, offer suggestions, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and inspect the work. I am optimistic that their diligent efforts and chemical wash will effectively mitigate the moss growth for at least several years. I extend my gratitude to Ty, Garrett, Ozzi, and the Tsunami team for their prompt and efficient response to this urgent matter. Tsunami Cleaning promptly provided a quote and executed the job the following morning.

Just had our windows, screens and skylights cleaned and we are so pleased!! Excellent job! Ty went above & beyond to make sure we were happy. Highly recommend - we'll avail ourselves of more of their services for sure!

We had not had our tall, high-pitched metal roof cleaned in five years, and it even had debris from several windstorms. Needless to say, our roof was a real challenge to clean. Once the crew finished the job, we are super happy with their work! This crew did an amazing job!!! We also had the crew clean the exterior of our gutters, and now they look like new! The crew was also especially careful around our plants, which was most appreciated. If you need your gutters and/or roof cleaned, call Johnny Tsunami!

After posting a two-star review I was contacted by Johnny tsunami management who wanted to hear from me about my experience. I've deleted my old post but as a recap I had several appointment times missed and maybe 80% of agreed upon work feeling completed.... Johnny tsunami wanted to make it right though and sent a senior technician out to finish the work that was started and we had a lengthy phone conversation that was productive and cordial. Really appreciated the follow-up from their team and moving forward I would recommend them on the grounds that they want to make mistakes right and that's definitely not something every company is willing to do these days

Dathen and his sidekick were very thorough and went the extra mile when I asked for some windows to be washed again to remove stubborn spots. Friendly, cheerful, professional, and on time!!.Would highly recommend this duo.

This is my second and final review for Johnny Tsunami. Downgraded to a 1 star for TERRIBLE customer service! We had a bad experience with a technician and SaraBeth from the office wrote a what I thought was a sincere message and left a vm stating to call back so we can resolve because they take customer service very seriously. HA! Called -was put on hold for an extended period and then told Sarabeth would call me back. It's been OVER 6 weeks and never received a call back from SaraBeth or anyone else! ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS, Sarabeth! We'll be taking our business elsewhere and from the looks of it, Johnny Tsunami is ridiculously OVERPRICED as well! HORRIBLE and do not recommend.

Service was great, I was scheduled within a few days of calling, technicians were great, everything from first call to final payment went smoothly.

Team was conscientious, thorough, and polite. A bit pricier than other options but having confidence in the performance is worth something, especially with a specialty roof like we have (cement tiles).

Tyler did a great job cleaning our roof & windows. He was very friendly, professional & very respectful. When he was done, he left our deck & yard all cleaned up. He even made friends with our dogs!

I'm very pleased with the results of the work. I plan to schedule annual cleaning of paved areas, with roof, gutters, and decks as needed.

So, I gave a previous review about the state they left my roofs in and they did come out to re-clean them but we clearly have different definitions of the word "clean". One of the two properties I had them clean the roof on was finally done to my satisfaction but the other one still looks like it's covered in fuzzy white mold (seriously). I'm trying to sell both properties so, tell me, would YOU purchase a house with a roof that looks like it's what's left in a petri dish? I'm wangling with them now to give me a paper copy of the warranty but so far they haven't. They charged me over $3,000 to leave my roof in this condition. I have to now hire another company to actually clean the roof. I will admit, the roof is steep and was quite dirty with moss growth but I expected more than simply blowing the loose debris off, brushing it with a feather, spraying the moss with a bleach solution, and calling it "clean". I don't have another $3,000 to spend on this roof but I guess I have to find it somewhere. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company. I hear they were once really good but I did not see this in either of my encounters with them except for the enthusiasm with which the estimator gave me the estimates and with their avid pursuit of payment. I'll give them credit for their promptness with both of those things.

The first team was over 6 hours late from the 4 hour time slot. They had to leave because they forgot something and when they returned they did a quick hose down of one gutter and some of the roof, leaving a huge mess under the eaves/gutters on the front corner of the house. When the second group came out they finished the roof and solar panels, cleaned up the one corner of the siding and sprayed down the windows. The windows were still streaked and dirty on the second floor that they were supposed to clean. There is still a mess on the siding from spraying out the gutters, though both gutters were cleaned as well as the roof and solar panels. Before the second group left, they asked us to check the job, but left before we could get to the upper floor and look at the roof and windows and return.
They did give a $75 refund of the nearly $700 bill, so there is that.

Arrived on time, courteous, professional, listened and addressed any concerns, got the job done within the time prescribed. All that you'd want for this service. Estimate was not the lowest of those I received but for the experience and reputation it was fair. And remember a relatively smaller expense now can prevent a much larger expense later if it keeps the roof from failing/prolongs life due to moss :)

Vince did a great job cleaning our roof and skylights, and in a timely manner. Since we live in the woods on Bainbridge Island this is a yearly exercise, and I would like to have Vince back again next year if possible. Johnny Tsunami did our house last year and we plan on using them in the future. Their office communication skills are flawless, and Vince was here exactly when the office promised he would be. Having been a business owner ourselves, Johnny Tsunami gets a big thumbs up!!

Michael and crew showed up in the time slot and went right to work even though it had started to rain.Michael pointed out some future concerns and went the extra steps to eliminate some of them. Clean up was quick . I highly recommend Johnny Tsunami for roof cleaning and treatment.

I had them clean several roofs at two properties but they didn't do as good a job as I thought they could have done, especially for the prices they charge. They left a LOT of moss, alive and dead, clinging to the roofs. I now have to hire another company to finish the job.

One thing good I can say is that they are fairly responsive with coming out to give estimates. It's why they got three stars instead of one.

Excellent experience. Bobby was our Representative, Ty was our Crew Chief, and Lane was his Assistant. All were competent professionals, knowledgeable in their fields, and using obviously top-tier equipment. Expect plenty of referrals from us!

Excellent Service and Results

This was our second time using Johnny Tsunami Exterior Cleaning, and the service was just as excellent as the first. We had our windows and siding washed, and all concrete/paver surfaces pressure washed. Tariq did an outstanding job. He was professional, efficient, and the results are fantastic. Our home's exterior looks clean and well-maintained. We confidently recommend their services.

Friendly, on time, great job! I had gutter and roof cleaning and Vince power washed my carport! Both look fabulous. I would love to have him come back and do more power washing ~ let's get that scheduled.
