Peter did a great job. Very thorough and made sure walls, windows, and decks were rinsed down after treating roof.

Michael educated us about the benefits of using bleach on our metal roof. We knew that we did not want bleach and requested it when we set pup the job order. I respect his opinion both Michael and Lane did a good job..

Can't speak highly enough for our first Johnny Tsunami experience. Gavin was friendly, efficient, professional and went above and beyond. We will definitely recommend JT (Johnny Tsunami) to our friends in the area and we will call them for other outside jobs in the future!

JP arrived at my home on time to give me a quote. He was knowledgable and professional. He got up on the roof to inspect it and demonstrated the brushing technique used to remove clumps of moss. I paid a deposit and the very next day Jack arrived to clean my roof and gutters. He was a complete professional and worked by himself for almost 10 hours. His work was detailed and complete. I could not have asked for a better cleaning job.

The job was done fine. The communication was poor. We had to make 4 calls because we kept getting one appointment time missed after another, and nobody called to explain they weren’t on going to be on time.

First appointment was scheduled 9-11 am. We called and they said oops, 1:30 pm. They didn’t show up until 3:30 pm. We ended up spending the whole day at home waiting, which shouldn’t have been necessary.

Ty and Gavin did a great job on my home. They cleaned the windows inside and out, and soft pressure washing of my decks. They showed up on time and worked quickly. The entire experience from my initial call, the appraisals, to the finished product, was handled very well.
This will be my go-to company from now on!

I haven't used their services yet, but they contacted me immediately after I submitted a quote inquiry and quickly scheduled a free estimate, which I really appreciate. They also sent a calendar, which was very helpful. Will update when the work is completed.

Wow! Johnny Tsunami wowed with detailed and kind service. My home needed a thorough window cleaning after 2 years of construction. My 59 windows were also challenging by being high and vaulted. The windows look brand new and crystal clear! I am thrilled with the results and highly commend them and Miral with my 110% recommendation. Great service!

They did an excellent job on the hottest day of the summer. I put up a canopy and chair with a cooler of water and told the guy to take lots of water breaks. I will recommend Johnny Tsunami to anyone.

Shawn & Cameron showed up promptly on appointment day and did a great job with roof and gutter cleaning (even retrieving the dog’s frisbee that had landed on the roof after an errant throw). They paid special attention to our many skylights and really made them gleam after the coating of pollen earlier in the spring. They cleaned up the needles and cones from the Douglas firs that had fallen from the gutters & left the yard and around the house looking great!

We were looking for gutter cleaning and roof moss treatment and we had a positive experience with Johnny Tsunami. Scheduling was painless and they were able to work around our travel schedule.

JP was very informative in our initial consultation and broke down the pros and cons of each roof cleaning method. He gave accurate estimates which aligned with what we paid.

Tristin did a great job with the gutter cleaning, he removed a lot of crud from the gutters and unblocked the downspouts. He treated our roof with a moss-prevention powder which dispersed (as intended) the next time it rained.

Our technician worked several hours! She throughly cleaned the roof and washed away the moss that was growing on the roof. After she completed the job, she showed us before and after pictures of our gutters. Our roof looks spectacular! Thank you.

We just had our roof cleaned as the summer heat started and was drying the moss, that were falling of the roof. They were very professional and have done a great job, not to mention their prices are veryreasonable. Now I am going to use them them for my annual roof cleaning.

The techs arrived promptly and quickly handled the cleaning of my roof and siding. They spent time to explain the process and sent before and after photos. I had one downspout that was clogged and difficult to clear but they were able to get it taken care of. Excellent service. My first experience with Johnny Tsunami the first appointment I had scheduled they called 30 min before and had to cancel and reschedule after I had already made arrangements to be home that day. The guy Angilo seemed to struggle with getting the work done - I had my roof treated gutters cleaned (with face wiped off) and exterior window cleaning. He had to redo some windows as there were streaks from when he hosed the gutters off. Also i realized the next morning he had missed the three windows above my entry way and once again when scheduled to return to fix he cancelled 10 min after he was supposed to be there)the office said he has done this before). I also noticed about 15 minutes after the worker left as I was outside cleaning up a bit of a mess he left my patio was discolored with a rust tint to it. At first they were very nice saying they would have someone try and clean it off - they ended up denying any of their products would do that and never responded back to my reply to their email. I would never recommend them as their workers seem very inexperienced with no supervision. I do believe it was most likely the moss treatment or the chemical used to clean the gutter faces that discolored my patio.

I contracted Johnny Tsunami for cleaning of my metal roof, and the 2-person crew (led by Michael) did a fantastic job. The roof looks like new, all debris was cleaned up and carted off to my yard debris pile and the surroundings of the house were left completely clean. Communication before and after was great (and I got good pictures of the "before" and "after" on my roof). Not cheap, but worth it to preserve my roof!

Johnny Tsunami is a company that will come out and blow off loose debris and then apply a strong bleach solution - they call this “soft brushing”, but there is no brush involved. It also will kill the plants around your home. If you like the way my “after” pictures look, then feel free to pay them $1200. If, however, you want your roof cleaned, please hire someone else.

5 stars for the workers. They were great! I took a star off for scheduling. The company’s communication and scheduling mix ups were frustrating. This isn’t the first time either.

I called 2 weeks ago and requested to have someone reach out to me for a quote for windows and perhaps roof as well. She took all my information and nada! No calls, no emails, silence. Johnny Tsunami did a great job washing the windows of my house last year, so this year I hired them to clean my roof, deck, and front path. Ty and his team did an awesome job. Not only does everything look like new, but soft-washing was much gentler than power-washing. Highly recommend!
