Kitsap Roof Pros did a great job on my roof. They connected me with a great tree guy to remove the problem tree. They repaired the damage made by the tree. took down the chimney that is no longer used, resurfaced and shingled the entire roof. Arranged gutter placement also. It all tied up in an nice package. All of the workers were very courteous and friendly. There was no mess left behind. The office staff was wonderful to work out payments with. Great service. Thank you.

Kitsap Roof Pros is an exceptional company. This was my first time getting a metal roof. Mr. Erin King was part of the project from the signing of our contract through the start to finish of the project. He ensured that I understood all the options, costs, and processes involved and made sure I had no misunderstandings. He is an excellent listener and communicator. He somehow managed to not only endure, but to enjoy the barrage of questions and expectations I showered onto him. I felt peace of mind and knew in my heart that Kitsap Roof Pros would do an outstanding job. A crew of six roofers removed the old roof down to the rafters and installed my new roof in one day! They were remarkable - so polite, professional, and hardworking. I had a bird's eye view of the installation in progress from the balcony of another home nearby. I marveled at how the six of them could do all that work without being in each other's way. It was like I was watching musicians in a symphony and it truly was music to my ears. And they were meticulous in keeping the surrounding area clean. There were no nails or debris left on the premises throughout the day. Upon completion, Erin inspected the job and made sure I was completely satisfied. Satisfied?? I was ELATED!

Had a metal roof and new skylights installed. The team was awesome and worked hard to make sure everything was perfect. The quality of the work was excellent and the value was the best in Kitsap. They took extreme care to make sure everything was protected from any potential rain at the end of each evening. I got five bids to replace my roof in Port Ludlow. I went with KRP because of their competitive bid, eagerness to work with me and want my business, and their superior communication - a special shout to Brad for being available and retuning my calls so quickly. The quality of their workmanship and attention to all the little details is excellent. There was little hiccup at billing but it was quickly resolved. Had our roof replaced September 2023 and Kitsap Roof Pros did a great job. We had a bid by another company that came in about the same price, but the other company could not get to the project for 8 months, so we went with KRP since they could get it done sooner and we wouldn't have to go through the rainy season with our old roof.
They have also been very responsive to questions and didn't hesitate to come out to look at a chimney issue for us more recently.

In addition, we had them replace a large window for us this spring and all went well.

Kitsap Roof Pros did our neighbors roof earlier this year, we got a card from them. They had done their roof so fast and it looked really good. Brad, the roofing spec., came over and looked our old roof over, took some photos, and estimated what our roof will need. It was the original roof from 1971. They came in early April, on time everyday, friendly and ready to work. The first day we were blown away that they had ripped out all the old metal roofing, rotting boards, cardboard (Yes, there was cardboard on our roof!), and a few rotting trusses. They hauled off the old roof debris and started fixing and replacing the old trusses and replaced all the cardboard with plywood decking. They worked so hard, we were really impressed. They finished our roof ahead of schedule and cleaned up the work site and hauled off the rest of the old roof and the nasty gutters too. Our new roof is stronger than ever and we feel very safe now. This company, these guys went beyond what they originally came to do at my house. They were only supposed to replace my roof w some minor repairs, but ended up pretty much rebuilding my entire foundation. There was much more underlying damage than we thought, but they made it happen. Of course there was a change in the cost of all this, but that was advised and discussed as well. I hope not to have issues w my roof for the next 1000 years!!

We had an issue of a roof leak happening from some heavy rains and a worn out roof. All of the crew members were already out on jobs so Erin came out personally and made sure we got a temporary tarp up and secured to prevent any damage to the attic space or interior of the house. When we had them quote the roof replacement, Kitsap Roof Pros provided a quote that was one of the best values of all the quotes re received for the job. They are professional and they care. Needed to replace roof vents. Called roof pros and Joe came out and notified us the roof vents definitely needed to be replaced but also noticed roof ridge line was rotting and splitting. He sent pics and would not have known how bad it was if he hadn't checked. They gave us a great bid, promptly completed the repairs, and kept us informed the entire time. The repair looks great.

On a stormy and wet weekend our roof started leaking. The following Monday morning I contacted Kitsap Roof Pros and they had someone come out and take a look. They gave me an estimate for the repairs and scheduled me to do the work. An employee showed up on the scheduled date and time and completed the work. I was very pleased with the results and the bill was less than the estimate. I would use them again for my roofing needs.

Lonnie and his crew installed five skylights and one solar tube at my house in early October. They were all so kind and professional! Arrived on time, listened to my concerns, warned me when there would be a lot of noise, cleaned up at the end of each day, etc. They skylights have also held up great so far! It has only been a month, but we have had quick a lot of rain and no leaks so far. Great warranty on their work too! It is nice to work with a company that isn't afraid to stand behind their work and will come out and fix any issues that come up.

I also worked with Justin as the project manager. He was excellent at communication, even giving me his cell number so I could shoot him a quick text if I had any issues.

Hearing my predicament, Aaron offered to stop by and assess at the end of the day on a Friday; when no one else could help me until Monday at the earliest. He and John, colleague/master roofer, kindly helped me assess a poor reroofing job that had been attempted on my home and protected my roof from any further damage. My husband and I highly, highly recommend Kitsap Roof Pros for all your roofing and restoration needs, from day one all of the team members worked really hard to get and supply all our needs.They took on all the responsibility of working with our insurance company so we didn’t have to deal with that stress. The roofing crew worked tirelessly through the rain doing repairs and upgrading vents and completing the work in one very long day for them. There is still a couple other repairs to be finished, just waiting on parts. I live in Suquamish and I have a very complicated, steep, multi-tiered roof that had bad water damage and black mold underneath. Kitsap Roof Pros fixed it all with precision and thoroughness.

Bryan and Mikey and the crew were up there in the sun all day for multiple days, working hard, and still took the time to explain the whole process to me step by step, providing photos and videos of the work so I could see what was happening without having to climb up a ladder.

Kitsap Roof Pros cleaned the metal roofs on our house and one large garage outbuilding. They also cleaned out the gutters. The house roof had not been cleaned for a long time.

The entire process was very professional, from provision of the clearly written free estimate through completion of cleaning and treating the roof. All contacts with the office personnel and the estimator were pleasant and efficient.

The two men who did the cleaning were pleasant and polite. They worked hard all day, cleaning up all debris and leaving nothing on the ground or on the decks. When they realized they would need to return a second day, they explained what still needed to be done and how much time they expected that would take. They returned the next day as promised and completed the job.

We are very pleased with the results, and would definitely use this company again.

Very pleased with the work that was done after a tree fell on part of our roof. Erin was able to negotiate with the insurance company to get a full roof replacement when I thought there was no way that would be possible given the amount of damage. They worked in my grandmas house and shes doesn’t do this google stuff! I told her I would do a review because she was so happy and satisfied with the roof and gutters she still talks about it till this day. She said from the inspection to the last day the crews where sweethearts and where so helpful. I know grandma can be a lot sometimes so for them to keep her satisfied they must be good! From the neighborhood and mines later view the roof and gutters look awesome! Ill be using them on my house!

Bought a second house as a investment.. The house needed a roof and gutters replaced after a storm. I called and at my convenience they came by and stepped me threw the process. They didn’t try and sell me more then I needed and I appreciated that! With the roof done and the gutters all buttoned I feel a lot better with my sale of this house! Had a tree come down on my three season rooms roof. Called and same day they where here to tighten up the house and get everything safe that same day! During a real stressful ordeal this roof repair was the a breeze due to the help of the Kitsap team. Things went as planed from beginning to end and I was happy with every step. I ended up getting the whole roof done instead of just a repair, for a reasonable price at that! Definitely can see myself getting more done by them in the future!

Roof needed redoing. Had multiple layers and never knew till they showed me first hand. Awesome information and walked me threw what i had to do and gave me options on what i could on other things. Roof looks awesome! Neighbors agree!

We were having an issue with some bats getting into our attic. Erin came out and made an inspection of the roof and vents. Fortunately, everything was ok with roof but Erin was able to find a couple vents along the eaves where they probably got in which we have been able to fix ourselves.

We couldn't be more pleased! Our house originally had a shake roof. We installed a shingle roof using a local contractor who is still in the area. That roof did not allow for enough ventilation causing condensation and mold. Fast forward to Bryan and Kitsap Roof Pros, our house feels and even smells fresher. Go with the Pros!

We had shingles flying off of our roof during a big windstorm causing our roof to leak. Erin came out to check it out right away. He was very knowledgeable in current codes and regulations. He had somebody come out to tarp our roof in a down pour to prevent further damage. The bid was very competitive. Erin also gave us great advice dealing with our insurance company. I cannot recommend Kitsap Roof Pros, and Erin in particular highly enough. Go with Kitsap Roof Pros- they are the pros.

They came out and did a roof inspection free of charge after an initial property inspection indicated a possible issue. They let me know that issue didn’t really need repair and “fixing” it could actually lead to more problems (even though I was fully prepared to hire them to do the work - what company intentionally talks you OUT of having work done?). They checked both the roof and attic space and did find a vent that was starting to leak (provided pictures). There were a couple of issues with scheduling which is why I deducted a star, but both times they were good about communicating and attempted to reschedule at times that would work best for me. The technician that came out to do the actual work was quick and respectful. All and all, a very positive experience and I’d use them again.

Received prompt, professional service from Kitsap Roofing Pros. They explained their minimum costs & scheduled our repair quickly. Joe came out & fixed the problem then looked over the rest of the roof for other issues. He also assessed our interior damage—all in about an hour. We were very impressed—especially after having called several other companies. One even refused to work on our style of roof! Highly recommend this company.

I’d been calling around town for roof repairs to get estimates for a leak we had in our living room. I called around to many companies in the Kitsap area to look at my roof because I had a couple shingles fly off in a wind storm earlier this year. Erin King from Kitsap Roof Pros came out and assessed the damage. He was professional and gave me a couple options. I ended up going the insurance route because it was wind damage and he reassured me that it would get fixed one way or another. Insurance adjuster came out and Erin met with us and did all the talking since I had no idea what I was doing. He was nice and professional. After all was said and done and the long wait from insurance, they patched my roof to get through winter at a reasonable fee. I would definitely recommend Kitsap Roof Pros for their nice demeanor and their professionalism.

The whole team worked with me, months in advance of the job. I had my roof replaced and they compensated me for the work I performed prior to the job, took them 3 days to start and finish my roof. 2 anchor bolts in my cieling fell from incorrect installation from the previous owners, and they repaired the holes and reinstalled the bolts. Fantastic service, great job. Highly recommend them to anyone in the future.

This company was excellent, all from the staff, to the roofing crew and the gutter crew. They all made the process very simple. I am happy that i chose such a great business that cares about keeping their clients happy, and giving the best results.

Could not reach my gutters and also didn't want to risk climbing up on my roof due to my knee problems. They were quick to schedule me and also sent out some awesome friendly staff that got the job done quickly. Also were able to safely remove a birds nest up in my gutters which I appreciated.

Initial post: I was surprised about our experience with this company based on the other excellent reviews. They were initially very responsive, came out right away to assess the situation and were going to get back to us with a quote. Unfortunately after that they seemingly ghosted us. I left multiple voicemails asking for updates on the quote and never heard back. If they were unable to meet our needs I wish they would have just let us know.
