JOHN PETERS ROOFING

John Peters lives in our neighborhood and did discuss with us about replacing our roof which was 28 years old. We did believe we had some hail damage but our insurance company had previously denied our claim. John had Alex Moffett (worked for John Peters Roofing) to come out and review our roof for hail damage. Alex took pictures and determined that we did have prior hail damage. We called our insurance company and Alex made it a point to be here when inspector came out so he could point out hail damage. Long story short, our insurance company paid over $24,000 for our new roof and we were just responsible for about $9,000 due to replacing gutters and adding one gutter run.
I would highly recommend John Peters Roofing since they not only know roofs but also have the experience in working with insurance companies so they can help work through insurance companies denials. John Peters Roofing also provides insurance companies very professional electronic documents on roof condition along with pictures.
Our roof & gutters look great and entire removal of our roof & installation took less than 2 days. John Peters Roofing brought in a very large crew to take off roof & replace it. They were very careful with our existing landscape and cleaned up very well after removal of roof & installation. Highly recommend John Peters Roofing for any roof replacement and/or repair.

I have used John Peters Roofing for the past 7 years and have been extremely satisfied. We had a little bigger job this time with them. They did again a fantastic job. The only issue I had was communicating with the roofers. I called Ben my rep and he was right on top of it, and with in 30 minutes the little problem was taken care of. Had a appointment on Oct 7th 24 had to reschedule due to weather for Oct 11th 24 Eric showed up with a guy got on the roof and explained who ever put the roof on did not use flashing their for causing 2 leaks had to go to work and I was told he would email me the cost fast forward to Oct 28th 24 called Eric he said he was off work today and would call me back but had to call the office never got that call back they couldn't give me a new ROOF for free it's a crying same you can't find any company that's worth a d***. The kick in the nuts is i told him I wanted to get it fixed before cold weather can't get any easier to sell a job than that

Big thumbs up recommendation for John Peters Roofing. I found water damage in the ceiling of my house on Memorial Day. Contacted John Peters Roofing on Wednesday. Chris from John Peters came to the house Thursday and found the problem. A crew fixed it the next day. Turns out it wasn't the roof but Chris still found the problem and it was fixed promptly for what I thought was a very reasonable price. Definitely five stars.

The owner tried to be intimidating when I mentioned his company charging my insurance for things they did not do, but after a few messages and my insurance coming out to see for themselves, he fixed the billing issue and all was well!

I highly recommend John Peters roofing. Peters roofing has reroofed.three different homes that I have owned over the years. Four months ago. I had my roof replaced because of storm damage and they did a beautiful job. They are dependable. reasonable, prompt, and very neat and tidy. I have a lot of landscape plants and bushes, and nothing was damaged. I would use them again if the need arises.

Insurance paid out for roof, gutters, windows, interior damage, metal roof of the home. John replaced the roof and gutters and nothing else and claimed that insurance didn't pay enough for them to fix the rest. Communication about the job itself was good but they did not communicate about how much it was going to cost until insurance paid then claimed it wasnt enough. Greedy business practice

All went well with my minor roof repair. I was disappointed that after paying for a new roll of metal wrap that the balance of the roll was not left with me after the job, in case I needed another repair.

I'm not sure how the roofing experience would have been but customer service and communication appears poor. I reached out on Oct. 8th about an estimate for our roof. I was told one was being sent the following day but never received anything. I reached out on the 10th with no response. I then reached out on the 11th and was told the measurements were being reordered because the estimate never came through. It is now the 19th and I've never received anything. I've reached out via text and on the website with no response. Atleast we found other companies who are responsive and seem eager to do the work.

The team at John Peters Roofing made it incredibly easy from start to finish. They were prompt in coming to perform an investigation, worked with my insurance company, and handled all the details. I had John Peters replace my roof after a windstorm as an insurance claim. Jared did a great job coordinating with my insurance company. Jared got in the attic and noticed the spacing between roofing slats would not meet code and pointed that out to my adjuster. As part of the replacement/repair the insurance company paid to have the roof re-decked. it was a great install with wonderful communication.
John Peters then installed gutters on my new pole barn. It was the same great experience!

I was told by 3 different contractors that State Farm was impossible to deal with and they will not likely replace my roof. Chandler from John Peters Roofing came in with a positive attitude. John Peters Roofing was very reliable and did quality work. My Representative was Chandler S. Chandler did a fantastic job in negotiating with State Farm. In fact they were instrumental in getting my roof and gutters replaced. The first State Farm Inspector Denied our claim and wrote up about $1200.00 of storm related damage. Chandler had me request a second inspection and he met with the inspector. With Chandlers help we ended up with a new roof and gutters. State Farm Paid for 90% of it. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism throughout the whole process. I Highly recommend John Peters Roofing. I was referred to them by two other friends who also spoke highly of Chandler and John Peters.

This is the second roof on our current house that John Peters Roofing has done for us. Last one was put on 23 years ago. There was no question on who we were going to get this time.

This company is fantastic! There was excellent communication throughout the entire process. They did everything they said they would do the way they said they would. Chandler was able to provide me with valuable information about roof damage and insurance processing, he was able to guide me with hail and wind damage on roof. He is very knowledgeable and should be able to help anyone who needs help with inspection and next steps to fix the problem.

Also, when our Insurance Company tried to deny our claim, Chandler step up to make sure we were not taken advantage of. He fought for us until the whole roof was covered under our insurance claim.

I am so thankful for John Peters Roofing they were willing to reroof our garage, my husband called a couple other roofing companies they were not willing to do it because was under a certain amount of money, puzzles me why any one would want to turn down money no matter how much or how little it was. John Peters Roofing did a great job.

I have left my review but it has been deleted..Just beware, they expect you to pay roof repairs up front before they schedule you or any of the work is done. And. If you question them, then they accuse you of being rude. I put down half but they wanted me to sign a contract which I understand but the only way the could get me the contract was vis email and I never got it. I ended up asking for my half down payment back. It was too much of a hassle for a $500 repair.

I first contacted Peter's Roofing 5 months ago to assist me with a claim for roof damage as a result of hail last summer. They fought hard to get my claim approved but thru no fault of theirs to no avail. I hired them to replace my entire roof and install 3 new skylights. They are by far the most professional contractor with stellar expertise. The crew's work ethic was second to none and special kudos to Chandler for his reassuring attitude and extreme professionalism. After trying to call on Friday and schedule an inspection and estimate I was called on a Saturday and they tried to talk me into giving them my business without them coming out to look at it with promises of doing the work for whatever the insurance company offers even if under what everyone else bids, sounding like a broken record repeating himself pretty much just saying he didn't want to come look but wanted the worm. When I explained my situation and that I had a dozen other guys coming the following week to look at It with me. He asked to come out the next day, Sunday evening. He called me an hour and a half before schedule to be there, trying to sweet talk me some more into just hiring their public adjuster but swore he'd still be out at 6. He texted me 15 minutes later saying he was backing out.

Would highly recommend John Peters Roofing and thank you to Chandler for his professionalism and assisting us with the claim from start to finish. Crew was here and gone in one day and everything looks great.

We were not disappointed. I worked with Darrin King and he was very knowledgeable about roofing and the insurance process. From start to finish everything went smooth and they cleaned up well after the job was complete. Our roof looks great and I recommend them to anyone wanting a professional job done.

I dealt with Chandler on our quote. He was very professional and even with dealing with a very aggressive inspector from insurance he was on point with his attitude and how he handled the situation. Jared was always very good with taking care of everything I needed. They got my house taken care of weeks before they thought they would. With my roof on the house and shop and all the gutters it was four days worth of work and I think I found maybe two nails that they missed on clean up. Can’t ask for much better than that. They also ended up doing even more than what we agreed upon just because. Would definitely use in the future without considering another company.

They do a good quality job with a courteous and professional team. They came on schedule, work fast, clean real good after completion and they try to make a client happy. The supervisors are on site before the team leaves to make sure the job is well done. They know Indiana code and work well with the insurance companies. I worked with Darrin King from the beginning to the end on my son's house and mine and he went beyond the call of duty by finding for me a painter and cleaning crew and wall siding repair contractor, so my son's house went on market fast. Working with this company was a pleasure, I recommend them with confidence.

Recently had to replace my roof. Peters Roofing had the best price (for the same roofing product) and I was so impressed with Jared's responsiveness to my questions. As soon as we had a clear, warm enough day, the crew was here. They replaced several sheets of decking and repaired flashing around the chimneys-- I have no doubt the job was done right and I can sleep easier now. The roof looks great and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Would highly recommend.

We were concerned on having the roof on our home replaced as it has ix a large hip roof with several peaks and valleys. As we asked around for an experienced roofing company, John Peters Roofing came highly recommended. The recommendations were correct. John's crew came in and within two days and his crew not only did a suburb job, with the roof but also in cleaning up the area, I normally do not give a contractor a five, but the job was so well done, I couldn't give him anything less.

I asked John if he knew of a company that could build a bridge across a creek that runs through our property. and was surprised to hear that John also does construction projects. We also had John's company build s 5 1/2 foot wide by 22 feet long bridge and again like our experience with our roof replacement, they did an outstanding job. I wish I could give them even a higher score.
